The cottage was lovely, the facility was very nice.We had so much fun kayaking!
The air conditioner kept going off, and it didnt get very cool up in the loft for the kids. We had to use fans to keep them cool.

The bed
The high grass in the dog park and no bags to pick up poop. No access to swim at the lake. High grass at the cottage.

Location great, there was no breakfast
For the price of the cottages we had a hard time getting trash bags for the trash. We did not want to leave our trash for the clean ladies to have to sack up but not enough trash bags for a 6 day stay. Overall

The cabin was exactly like the picture, a tiny house. The location was lovely. There was a dog bed on the floor and deer off the back porch. There was a pond right off the front of the cabin with picnic tables, a zip line to right, and a nice playground to the left. Very peaceful. We were 10 minutes from a main road of restaurants and stores. Happily, a doughnut/coffee shop was 3 minutes from the campground right by a Dollar General. The staff was pleasant and accommodating with check out. Late check in was as simple as removing an envelope with my name.
I liked everything, but my puppy dragged out 2 bits of a clear broken glass from under the bed. Otherwise the place was clean.

The cottage was great! We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the landing. I will definitely be booking here again and referring others.
The only thing I did not like was the pocket doors have a metal bracket or lock type object that sticks out when the doors are open. I ripped several shirts on it when going in and out the doorways.

Cabin was clean. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Very pretty and maintained.
The website did not have enough pictures to accurately depict the cabins size and differences. I would have paid a little more for the bigger ones had I known the difference.

I loved everything!
Maybe a real bed upstairs and not just a mattress.

Location the cottages are very cute and roomy
There could have been a hot tub, Golf carts are a little expensive

Beautiful place and perfect cottage for us. The lake and view was absolutely beautiful. Rented a pontoon boat too which was an added bonus.
4.6
The cabin was adorable and there was a ton of things to do.
Everything was great

It's was better than we imagined. It will be out to go place from now on when we stay in Hot Springs!

it was quite and relaxing
No cabins on water front

The cabin was very pretty. The mattress was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and easy to use. Front porch was nice.
The #1 issue: The sheets had not been washed. There were dark hairs on them and obvious wrinkles where someone had slept. We had to wash them before using. Not as distressing but worth mentioning: The fabric chair in the living room needed to be cleaned it had some food debris on it. There were ants on the front porch that were biting. Front door was unlocked and there were lots of bugs that needed to be wiped off.

The cottage was very clean, had full kitchen.very quiet and comfortable.
I loved everything
4.6
location, cleanliness, facilities
the appliances are a bit too loud to enjoy the peaceful night. Spotlights pointed in auch a way that they lit up our loft area of the cabin and made sleeping difficult.
4.6
Location, cottage was cozy and kids loved the loft.
There are wasp building nest on the outside ceiling fan and roof covering the deck. Spiders inside.
4.6
Great for families, the activities for kids of all ages were amazing. We checked in and explored the area and kids loved that they were able to feed the fish while we watched in the wooden rocking chairs. The check-in and out process was very quick and convenient!
Bed in the main bedroom in the cottage was not very comfortable and was very loud. Not sure if we would have been able to handle more than a day or two on it.

front of yurts could been spaced better. seemed like your neighbors at the grill fire pit table were close enough to be part of your group

pretty much loved it. a few issues. nothing that won’t bring me back.
everything was great except the ceiling fan in the bedroom rattles so much we had to turn it off. That was really the only issue (use to overhead fan so make sleeping a bit difficult)

The WiFi connection was poor.

All of the amenities and cleanliness.
Shower door and bedroom door kept coming off track. Garbage was out on time and did not get picked up and was dug I. To by an uninvited guest ( raccoon).
