The property is incredibly gorgeous, secluded away in a little oasis from the city. Access to a beautiful semi-private beach just a short hike away, and the pool area is gorgeous. Anita and Norma (housekeepers) we’re absolutely wonderful to us, and Anita cooked for our group which was wonderful. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend.

The Villa is a perfect site for family reunion with small children and babies. Open air living room with fresh air, much better than air conditioning. A separate reality to Acapulco

For me this house was perfect. I love the character, charm, view, and design. The location is off the tourist path, hidden, and completely engulfed in the surrounding nature and rain forest. The pictures are an accurate representation of where you are staying. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to those looking for a true escape.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are turned off by bugs and wildlife. We encountered large birds by the pool, a family of lemurs, frogs, butterflies, crabs, a scorpion, mosquitos, and ants on the property. By design, these things are inevitable. Aside from the mosquitos, nothing was threatening or scary. For me, rather amazing.
This was my first trip to Acapulco and after taking trips to other parts of the town, I would choose this house again and again.
Thankful for my stay and to the staff for keeping the house clean and being available to answer questions and assist us through our stay.

I find Anita very intrusive and rude towards the guest, she kept spying on us through the windows, she was upset that we slept in late and she wanted to clean we came on vacation not to be scolded over how much we sleep, she made comments about misplaced old towels (which we brought our own) for future reference it may make guest more comfortable if she communicates and coordinates with us the time that it would be best for her to clean. I have a list of things that make the home very unsafe environment for children, things you might want to look in to to prevent a serious accident, the fence is very low and fragile has missing bars both in the pool area and in the upstairs balcony that make it easy for a child to fall out from , the television in the living room is very small and hidden the speakers are blown out making it uncomfortable to hear, the fan in the last room to the left appears to be unsteady and appears to be falling apart when spinning same room the electricity socket makes electrical shocks noises when clicking on and off and the bathroom door won’t close for privacy, the room downstairs is unbearably hot needs some type of air circulation aside from a fan it was unable to be used, there is no lighting toward the entrance outside of the house, it’s extremely difficult to locate the home no sign of direction towards the house outside, Anita was not very helpful in giving directions, we found huge water bugs in the kitchen, the kitchen has a moldy smell, the stove is not working we need to light it up using matches which makes the kitchen smell like a Gas leakage at the same time, there’s a lot of dogs rooming around the house, the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, with that being said the house looked very beautiful on line but like stayed above it needs a lot of maintenance for safety issues and to make the home a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Location is not within the radius advertised on the listing (approx 22 mins drive from advertised area). Vehicles were rented on the day of arrival in order to accommodate. The view was incredible. Pool area is impressively beautiful.

The villa has fabulous view of the cove. The villa’s layout is perfect for family or friends gathering place. But the best service feature are property managers, Emilio, Anita & Norma. Their personal warmths
& attentiveness was wonderful. Anita is a wonderful cook, highly recommend you treat yourself to a meal.

We had the most relaxing time at Villa Elsa. It was a wonderful vacation and the views were amazing. It’s an authentic escape with open air living. The host was very responsive and looked out for us during our stay. The caretakers- Emilio, Anita, and Norma were the best at making sure we had everything we needed. Anita cooked amazing meals for us and we were completely spoiled for the week. We felt safe at the property and had fun taking day trips to town to enjoy restaurants and cocktails on the beach. We definitely recommend visiting Villa Elsa if you’re looking for peace, ocean air, and breathtaking views.

The house was big, and cozy. The view is incredible and we enjoyed using the pool every day. We went to the private beach but couldn’t get in the water. The current was strong and the rocks made it hard for us to get in. I definitely recommend hiring the lady that cooks. She cooks really well! The house is very hidden so I would recommend getting there during daylight. Some areas of the house do need a little TLC but all and all everyone in my family enjoyed staying at this house. We had so much fun! Stephan was also quick to answer any questions that I had. Thank you Stephan 😊

Our family of 8 thoughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation at casa Ellsa. The view was incredibly and the staff was amazing. We ate out a few times but the food was never as good as what was cooked for us at the villa. Ruth, ericka and Elias took great care of us. We would go back again!

Our familiy had a great time at Villa Elsa. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a relaxed vacation with your familiy, this is the house to rent. The garden is spectacular and the view overwhelming. You can spend the whole day at the swimming pool, sunbathing while looking at a beautiful scenery. We'd love to come back to this house!

Great location. Lots of space. Absolute quiet--except for the waves. Walk to low-key restaurants, and easy access to Pie de la Cuesta beach--no need to deal with Acapulco's crowds if you don't want to. We'll go back.

Villa Elsa is simply amazing!! If you like to be touch with mother nature... this is the place. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The braking of the waves and the beauty of the sunset is unbeatable. Armando and Jazmin were very helpful, and do a great job keeping the house sharp at all times. But, Socorro.... there is no words to express what a great cook this woman is... her succulant seafood and traditional Mexican dishes were all mouthwatering... We definetly love everything during our vacation at the Villa. Thank you Stephan for all your answers and helpful suggestions.

We had an amazing vacation at the Villa Elsa! It was very family friendly, a great place to be with our children - they loved spending time in the swimming pool. We had spectacular views of the ocean and enjoyed listening to the waves and watching the sunsets. The owner was very accommodating and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The Villa Staff was also very accommodating and made us feel very welcome and at home. She also was an amazing cook - fresh seafood and Mexican cuisine! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Amazing Villa, it is literally a mini hotel for you and your family only! The whole family (Parents, brothers, sister and of course the kids) stayed there over the past Christmas week. It was very relaxing coming from Los Angeles and Mexico City, perfect weather during December...you don't even need to go out to eat, there is a kind Lady that cooked for us a BIG delicious red snapper from the catch of the day + a lot of fresh shrimps cooked with different Mexican recipes, fried rice, salad, etc; all for less than US$200...can you believe it?? We can't wait to go back to that paradise. We enjoyed the incredible view, the sunrise, the sunset, the whales, the dolphins, etc. Don’t miss it!!
