About this house rental
Located in downtown Warsaw, Mo. on the east end of Main St. NOTE: Bagnall Dam/ outlet shopping is an hour and a half drive from us. Please check OUR location on the map before you book! We are close to Truman Lake, the Osage arm of the Lake of the Ozarks at Drake Harbor, antique shopping, and a short walk to downtown Warsaw. Also about 30 min. Drive to the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia. Our cozy, clean and spacious cabin hides in plain site, nestled inside of a 5000 sq ft building. The living room has a TV with dish network. The kitchen has a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and other with two twins and a trundle that adds 2 more twins. Outside we have a deck and BBQ area. Great for fisherman with a fenced in area for boat safety overnight! Also the perfect “girlfriends get-away!!! Families with pets welcome.

The property is super roomy, lots of places to sit and spread out. Everything was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need. We really enjoyed our stay and Ann responded immediately to two questions that I asked.

This was our 2nd stay and it was perfect again for our group of 4 fishermen. Close to boat ramp and restaurants. Its also great we can park the boat and truck in such a secure spot.

We looked for a property close to Main Street & the downtown area. This filled the bill! The first thing we noticed was how clean everything was! It is spacious, cozy, comfy & a welcome sight at the end of a long day standing in our booths! We brought a crock pot & put breakfast & then dinner in it so we were able to have a warm meal to begin & end the days!
Everything about this was superb! Would definitely recommend to others & stay here again!
Oh, & we forgot a charger & Anne even brought it to the city for me, saving us shipping charges!

Great place within walking distances to shops in town. Very clean, easy parking and comfortable little place to stay. Owners are very kind, made check in easy, and had great communication. Thanks for letting us stay!!!

We stay here every time we have a fishing tournament on Truman Lake. Great location with plenty of room and excellent parking for trucks and boats.

We enjoyed the location across from the park and drake harbor. Bunk house was nicely furnished, plenty of beds only issue was the beds were propped up making it difficult to get into especially for us senior citizens and for my disabled daughter. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the place to other family and friends, next time we will bring step stools.

We were 2 couples, so it would have been nice to have a double bed in the second bedroom. But we made do. Everything worked!

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 5 guys on a spring fishing trip. It's spacious enough to hang out in the evening and tell lies about how big your fish that got away was in the evening and play some cards. The enclosed and secured storage area was perfect for our 2 boats and super easy access to boat ramp. The location is close enough to the boat ramp that one of days we parked the truck and trailers back at property as ramp parking lot was full and just walked over to lake and were picked up in the boat. We will definitely stay here again

Came for a fishing tournament. Great place to lock up your boat at night. Rental was clean and spacious.Across the street from a beautiful park on the river. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area

It was exactly like the reviews, excellent! It looks like not much when enough pull in, but once you open that door Wow! Not fancy just comfortable, warm, clean and the perfect place for your stay! Anne had everything anyone might need to have a great vacation!

This establishment was falsely advertised. Pictures showed a pool, lake view, and lovely green space. None of this was part of this place. This is a tin shed, attached to a business. You can’t park in front of the unit. I felt this place was unsafe.

The stay was great! Close to everything! The unit was equiped with everything we needed. Even shampoo! The only complaint was the phone service due to the metal building. I'm a realtor so it was hard to conduct my business.

Great for kids
We enjoyed our time. Perfect space for our 2 little kids to run and play. More room then we expected. Fenced in backyard and fit pit was perfect. Conveniently located for walking downtown or to the river.

What a hidden gem!
When you pull up you sure dont think there is an adorable little house inside this big warehouse.. super cute! perfect if you are here for the lake with it being literally right across the street! easy check in and out!

PERFECT
This place worked out perfect for a fishing get away , can't judge a book by it's cover , looks like it was a shop of some kind . But once you get inside it's very nice everything you need , we will be back next spring.

Fishing trip.
Just stayed at this place, everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, just all around it was a great experience. If you’re going on a fishing trip, this is definitely the place to stay.

In Town for Race
We had 4 grown men stay there for a bike race over a weekend. The beds were comfy, host had bowls of candy, fresh towels, everything we needed for a great resting spot before and after our race. Zero complaints. Would stay there again!

Neat little place on Main St.
Great location! On Main St. close to Drake Harbor, Lake of the Ozarks, walking trails, historic shopping district and restaurants. Also 5 min from marina on Truman Lake. Brought our boat and had a great weekend. Plenty of space for boat and nice fenced area for leaving your boat or trailer. The Bunkhouse was bigger than we expected, plenty of room for family of 6, or more!

It's so nice!
We came back because of the location and because of the friendliness of the owner. My youngest accidentally left a barbie behind on our last stay and she put it back for us to get next time! Barbie made it home and I can't wait to hear what we left behind this time just so I can start planning my next trip there. Anne is the best!

Hidden Gem
I thought we'd been pranked at first sight as it looks like a warehouse from the outside but you open the door and your transported it to a cozy warm Ozark cabin. The place was spacious and clean. It had everything you could possibly need. The deck a great place to sit with friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bunkhouse. The locked space to park a boat is a real plus. Really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, shops and the beautiful park along the river. Lots of space inside. We will definitely return!

Warsaw, MO VRBO
Very large facility with beds for sleeping 5-6 people. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs, and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Netflix was available, so that was nice to have. Any negatives I have are fairly minor. When I ask myself if I would stay there again, the answer is "Yes, I could."
