About this house rental
Located in the East Village on the Copper Creek Golf Course, this townhome offers beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range. It is a short walk to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift, which takes you 2,000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes!
The main ground level features a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the views from the back deck! There is also a full bath on the main level. The guest bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level. The third bedroom, also on the main level, has a set of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.
The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom.
There is a one-car detached garage and parking for one additional vehicle. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Parking Lot for a fee in winter; summer parking is free.
The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free ''Copper Coach'' shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, a 5-minute walk. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village.
Pet Friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog, max 2.
Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving, but it could be as late as the third week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by visiting the Copper Mountain website.
Your check in instructions will be available 1 week prior to arrival.

Good trip
10.0
The home was locate in the East Village at Copper very close to the shuttle buses and East Chair Lifts. The house was clean and neat when we got there. Except for an issue with the key in the lockbox not working everything else was good with this rental. Good space for our group of 5. Especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room.

We were looking forward to this trip, since the location of this rental is absolutely great. Two minutes walk to the ski bus and another five minutes ride and you are at the lift. Unfortunately thats all the positive. The rental seems to be built in the 80ies and is in urgent need for renovation and thorough cleaning. The main issue we had was that the roof was leaking and we had water dripping in the living room. We left on day two of the one week rental period but had to pay for three days. So we would not recommend this rental unless it has been renovated.

We struggled with Wi-Fi and my husband was in town for a conference that was virtual 90% of the time. The management team was wonderful with helping but the problem was never fixed. Only other issue, is that we booked condo 0048 but were but in 0070 which was further from buses for our elderly parents.

Perfect home and location for a fun family vacation. We loved the open floor plan, the cozy fireplace and the large dining table hosting lots of great meals and family games. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable and we loved being able to walk to a quick shuttle bus or short walk Center Village. Home owner was very quick to reply with questions.

A great week of skiing - convenient to the Superbee lift, comfortably slept the six of us, and our dogs loved the place. Sky Run was great to work with and very responsive. A pleasure!

Great Location but the keys to the unit did not work. Had to leave the unit open all week. Also the bedding was not clean. Hair on the pillows and sheets. If the unit sleeps eight as advertised… please stock it for eight. Soap and shampoo, paper towels ran out quickly.

Such a cozy place. Easy access to slop, town center, Dillon and Breck. Excellent place if you want to explore surrounding neighborhoods. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and easy. When we left all we had to do is start the dishwasher. So very easy. We will be back this winter and summer!

Good condo, great skiing
Overall, our week at Copper Mountain was wonderful. The skiing here is incredible with plenty of beginner and intermediate slopes for kids. The condo had plenty of space and overall was very clean. It is just outdated a bit and could use updated beds, bedding, carpet and appliances. My 10 year old had difficulty sleeping in the top bunk bed because it was sloped and the room itself was quite cold. The property management team was very nice, responsive and had good follow up with any issues. The kitchen was plenty equipped and we cooked several family meals.
The condo is a 5 min walk to East Village and / or the bus stop to the other villages. My kids were finally old enough to carry their stuff and walk but it might be challenging with younger children.
Some family members used the amenity center once to go go the hot tub. We did miss having our own hottub accessible.

Great Value, awesome location, convenient access
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Woods 12. Very convenient access to the slopes just a short walk away. The main village was easily accessible by the circulator buss and the town of Frisco with many great dining o-toons was a 10 minute drive away. The skiing was phenomenal, we would definitely come back.

Good East Copper Village Cabin
This cabin was a great fit for our group of 5 adult friends visiting Copper for a ski trip. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Super Bee lift, and to the only bar/restaurant in the East Village. The shuttle ran pretty regularly, but we also did the 15 minute walk over to Center Village often because it was faster than waiting. It would be a stretch to fit 8 adults in the property, but 6 would be comfy and cosy. The kitchen had most of what we needed, there were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc for our stay.

Copper Mountain VRBO
Everything was great except in the room with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and the top bed a children's bed, the mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed was so soft that my adult children had difficulty getting a good night's sleep. The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom, where my wife and I slept was firm and wonderful. So the only reason I gave you a 4 instead of a 5 was the uncomfortable bunk bed mattress.

Great in Many Ways
Overall the property was great for our family of 4 plus 2 small dogs. Great configuration for a very comfortable stay. While sufficient, the property could really use a "deep clean". We did have 2 functional issues that created a bit of angst: fireplace did not function well and it took about a day to get this addressed by property management. Also, the dishwasher broke down the day before Thanksgiving. Property management attempted to fix with no success. And no solution was offered other than the repair guy kindly offering to come over on Thanksgiving (his day off) and clean our dishes. We realized that it was a difficult time to get this situation resolved with it being Thanksgiving and with Covid-19, but I would have expected some level of accommodation, discount, or something considering the significant inconvenience of not having a dishwasher on Thanksgiving. Other than that, the property was very good for us.

We enjoyed the area. It was off season and quiet. Property management was very helpful when needed. Very nice house.

Fantastic Location w/ Views!
Overall this property was an excellent place to stay. It is an end unit that feels very private and backs up to a small lake with views of the Rockies right out the window. The location is great, being 6.5 miles from Frisco, <30 minutes from Breckenridge, and 20 minutes from Vail. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the place was well stocked and tastefully decorated. The only set back for us personally was that it felt like it needed a really deep clean, hence the 4-star instead of 5-star. It does NOT take away so much from the experience that I wouldn't recommend staying there—I do recommend this place and would definitely book it again! I would just suggest to the property management to have an actual deep clean, including the comforters / bedding. Overall, great place to stay and we will be back again!

Perfect in September!
We stayed for almost a month and loved it. The home is very cool. We loved the split level layout and the amazing view out over the lake toward the mountains. Its location is perfect. Right in the middle of all the outdoor fun of not only Copper but Breck, Vail, Leadvillle and Aspen. We loved making it our home for a while. Kids are 9, 7 and 5.

Nice place but dated
We enjoyed our time there, the location and proximity to east village was reasonable. The lack of seating in the family room was difficult at times. The owner might consider a sectional so another chair.

Beautiful location
Visited for fall break, and while the resort was mostly closed for the off-season, we loved the convenience of this location to Frisco, Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail. The windows, light and views are perfect.

Winter in the spring!
This town home was a perfect fit for 4 people. My husband and I had our own suite and my in-laws had their own respectively. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. I especially appreciated the customer service at the front office. They texted us to tell us the property was available way before the check in time. This was a big help as we had been on the road for many hours. The back yard boasted a beautiful view of the mountains. And there were nice walking trails in the area. Very close to Vail, downtown Frisco, and Breckenridge. We ate at Terra Bistro in Vail, Bold in Breckenridge, and got massages at Blue Sage Spa in Frisco. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home!

Really nice
Loved this place. Everything was awesome. The place was awesome, close to the village, nice view of the stars at night, very quiet and clean. Would recommend this place to everyone. We loved watching the baby ducks on the pond at back. The master bedroom was big and spacious with a really nice shower. Had the best time.

Great location and well-equipped.
We really enjoyed our stay in WD12. The views of the pond are lovely, and we did not notice noise from the nearby road into Copper Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped (even sharp knives!) and the layout is good for a small group. The condo was very clean with one exception, the throw rugs in kitchen and master bath really need cleaning. It's nicely sized for 6 adults and a child. I would recommend this condo to friends.

Incredible Place
We were so pleased with this wonderful town home! The pictures do not capture the brightness of the morning and the mountain views that welcome each morning. The kitchen was large and well stocked with a spacious dining room and bench seats at the bar to easily eat and converse. There were five adults in our group and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We were surprised to find three wonderful bikes that allowed us to explore the beautiful bike trail to Vail. The beds were large and very comfortable and the home is so quiet. We hope to return in the winter - it is away from all the activity and noise of center village but, definitely close enough to get to easily.

Clean
Back deck is much smaller than the picture implies and needs some upkeep. Overall, it was clean and well stocked. Amenities stated there was a pool. The "pool" is the indoor pool at the nearby Athletic Club- there is no pool on the property. Very close to I70.
