"Fort Myers Beach Strong" Come visit Ft. Myers Beach in this 2nd floor 1BD, 1BA corner unit in the A building at Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBTC) it has reopened. Well-furnished, clean, updated (new windows and furniture), pet-friendly (see below if you are interested in traveling with your canine companion!) Sorry, we do not allow cats in the unit.

Our unit offers comfortable sleeping for up to 2 adults on the brand new king-size bed and brand new twin sofa sleeper.
Up to 2 people maximum.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and all linens (and extra sheets, pillows, towels) will be provided. A boogie board, beach chairs and cooler can all be found here to take down to the pool or beach. You can travel light and still have all the conveniences of home! Attached to the unit is an open-air lanai where you can watch the sunrise. We offer high-speed WIFI and cable in unit. Laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building. The lobby entrance for each building requires a passcode to gain access to the elevators (the lobby door may be open to construction still going on).

There are tons of on-site activities to do on the tropical 10-acres found at EBT. You can play tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and corn hole on the newly redone courts, take a dip in the heated pool, lay out poolside on one of the many lounge chairs, or cook your own dinner on the gas grill. Some areas are still under construction but mainly limited to the landscaping, exterior painting and lobbies.

If you'd like to explore, you don’t have to go far! Walk steps to the beautiful 7-miles of white-sand beaches. Near is the marina with fishing charters, boat, kayak, and jet-ski rentals, and dolphin/sight-seeing tours. Santini plaza located across the street has not re-opened. Their building are currently under construction.

Don't plan on bringing your car on vacation? No problem. Take the Fort Myers Beach Trolley! It will pick you up right in front of EBT on Estero Blvd. The trolley services the Island and has stops all along the beach, running from Bonita Springs to South Fort Myers near Summerlin Road. Head north to Times Square in downtown Fort Myers Beach where you can find shops, restaurants, food trucks, farmers market, live music, and a fishing pier(being rebuilt). Head south to Lovers Key State Park. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a short 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. There are several airport taxis or car rental companies located inside the airport. There is also a CVS within walking distance and a Publix grocery store about 5 minutes away on the trolley to get anything you may need for your stay!

This unit is clean, comfortable, and designed to make your stay in Ft. Myers Beach enjoyable and worry-free. Please inquire about the discounts available certain times of the year and for stays longer than one week!

EBTC is a non smoking complex.

MORE INFORMATION FOR DOG OWNERS: The Club does have size restrictions (up to ~20lbs.) and vaccination requirements, but any pets in accordance with their policies are allowed in this unit. The Club has a one pet per unit policy. Please ask for a full description of pet health requirements. The condo association asks that you use the labeled areas to let your dog use the bathroom and also that you clean up after your pet. There is a critical wildlife area on the beach behind the condo buildings that dogs are not allowed to play in, but you may walk through it with your pet to get to pet-friendly sections of the beach (all of the beach except this specific area) :)
I do charge a pet fee of $50 per dog up to 2 dogs.

3rd floor unit (ground, 1, 2) of 14 floors. Great stay.Air conditioner acted up when we first got there but Kelly got a new one put in. The place was spotless and had no bugs (a requirement for my wife but hard to do in Florida.) All the necessary stuff in the kitchen for cooking in. Pool was great and not crowded with only 2 children all week. Beach was very nice and a short pathway from the pool. Recommend highly.

Kelly was very accommodating and quick to respond. The condo is super cute and inviting but it is a studio not a one bedroom. The king bed was very comfy. There was beach equipment and towels which was great and just a short walk to the beach. The only things that were odd to me were that toilet paper and paper towels aren't provided and our towels were limited due to there being a one load of laundry policy. I've never experienced those things but other than that everything was great.

We were very happy with our week stay at Kelly's Beach Home. We had everything we needed to may our stay enjoyable. I did update Kelly on a few things and she responded right away. Nice to know that she is available when you need her. Lots of restaurants in walking distance with great food. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Was hoping the units were more family friendly. A few stuffy folks around the pool either dont have kids or grandkids or never have visitors at all. Staff seemed friendly. Other owners were nice. Too much grass area, should be converted to something more useable. Just one pool for 3 large buildings. Maybe needs a second and third area to congregate since no one there plays tennis or shuffle board.

Pros -very nice beach access -nice warm pool -close to strip mall with restaurants, shopping and farmers market on tues-thursCons -the bed was very uncomfortable and the bottom sheet kept coming loose -there was no way to darken the room -make sure you bring your own soap/shampoo for the shower

I stayed for the first time at this very cute oceanside condo. Kelly, the owner, communicates well and has kept the condo up nicely.The set up of the room is more like a studio apartment with the bedroom area in the back and the living room in the front. Everything worked well. This was an ideal place to stay for two people.

One of the best vacations we have ever had! Kelly was an absolute joy to work with and the condo was perfect for us! Very clean and well equipped. On the second floor which made it very convenient to take our dog in and out. Location is out of the hustle and bustle of thing but still close enough to enjoy everything around. Property and beach absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning here!!! Thank you Kelly for sharing ! ❤️

We truly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The condo was great, the grounds were clean, the weather was perfect, and everything we needed was within walking distance from the condo. We definitely had a 5 star experience. Early April, 2019.

It was a very nice stay! The condo was suited well for two people, had plenty of amenities plus a few extra bonuses like the beach chairs and towels. Very reasonable price as well! Was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the building. A few options for food right across the street. Our favorite was Fish Tale! The oysters were amazing. Flippers restaurant was also very close and had amazing food. Would definitely visit again!

Kelly's unit on the second floor at Estero Beach and Tennis Club was clean, cheery, and convenient to the pool, beach, and restaurants. The unit contained all of the necessities for a comfortable vacation. Kelly was easy to reach when needed. I especially liked the beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. Ed, the security guard, was available to answer questions and walked around the buildings often. My little dog appeared to enjoy her week; the property was very dog-friendly. We walked to Santini Plaza across the street for breakfast and to Pinchers Tiki Bar for dinner several different days. The rate was affordable and the overall location was awesome. It is only 45 minutes from Naples where I visited old friends and Celebration Beach Community Church in the park with my dog. I hope to stay in Kelly's unit again in the future!

Love this end of the island. Nice and quite. Condo has everything you need, just bring your clothes. Comfortable and cozy feels like home. Good places to eat across the street from the condo.
