Квартира хорошая, в новом престижном районе. Для удобства хотелось бы, чтобы было в запасе двухспальное одеяло, крючки в

Месторасположение, новый район, новый дом, система безопасности в доме, просторная квартира, новая мебель и техника.

Маленькие односпальные одеяла, отсутствие полочек и крючков в душевой.

Malonus bendravimas su ponia Ewa per booking pratformą, aiškūs nurodymai. Puikus Wi-fi ryšys ir parkingas požeminiame garaže. Estetiškas įėjimas į apartamentus. Erdvūs apartamentai. Naujos statybos pastatas. Gražus vaizdas pro langą. Malonūs, paslaugūs kaimynai, padėjo susigaudyti, kaip patekti į apartamentus. Paslaugus laiptinės budėtojas. Pakankamai gerai įrengta virtuvėlė. Minkšta miegamojo lova ir švelni patalynė. Ramūs kaimynai, gera garso izoliacija iš lauko.

Pirmas įspūdis įėjus į apartamentus buvo prastas: sklido nemalonus kvapas iš vonios kambario, neišvėdinti apartamentai, dėmėtos valgomojo stalo kėdės, staliukas prie veidrodžio visas klibantis, nestabilus, labai varginga lauko drabužių kabykla, užsieniečiams neadaptuotas televizorius, nekomfortabili, kieta išskleidžiama sofa-lova.

Beware of this scam and dirty apartment; you may be falsely accused of things you didn't do.

The location is fine, but don't expect you can walk somewhere far from the apartment. No metro at walking distance, only a taxi.

Getting to the apartment involves a very strange path. You have to enter one building, then another, and input codes everywhere, which never work on the first try. So, expect an unnecessary quest upon arrival. The apartment appeared to have been hastily cleaned not long before our arrival. The mop was left on the balcony, there were large dust clumps in the ventilation, and dust in the kitchen. The beds had no bedspreads and the sheets were very wrinkled, as if someone had just gotten up and left. My family arrived quite late, and the first thing I did was pull out the sofa bed for my daughter. When I did, I noticed stains – not surprising, given my first impression of the apartment. After checking out, the owner contacted me and accused me of causing the stains. She also tried to accuse us of stealing parts of a coffee pot, which we never used. I don’t understand how this apartment and its service could have such a high rating, but I would definitely not recommend visiting this place.

Kiedy wracałam po całym dniu obrad czułam się bardzo komfortowo i swobodnie.

Przestrzeń mieszkania. Widoki z balkonu. Sam budynek bardzo ciekawy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Podobał mi się także dostęp do kanałów informacyjnych TV. Atutem był także sklep Żabki w pobliżu i możliwość skorzystania z restauracji.

Przystanki autobusowe niby są w pobliżu. Ale żeby dojechać do centrum niestety konieczna jest przesiadka. Nie jest to jakimś wielkim utrudnieniem ale ja miałam spotkanie na drugim końcu miasta. To trochę moja wina że nie popatrzyłam na adresy. Ważniejszy był dla mnie Komfort.

Superb

Very nice, spacious, smartly decorated one-bedroom flat, perfect for a short or long stay. Nice kitchen with all amenities. Nice balcony. Comfy bed and sofa. Excellent location, easy access, a local store at the entrance to shop for groceries, nice, walkable area.

Apartment was beautiful and really liked that there were 2 bathroom.

Annoying was downstair neighbors dog who barked every morning outside in their yard. Couldnt close the windows too because there was too hot in room.

Nice and bright apart

Nice communication! We asked for early check in, and the host prepared the flat early. It has everything necessary, and a little more (like coffee machine :). It’s very good advantage as coffee in the cafe is rather expensive! We lived there for almost a month, and nothing additional was needed. The flat is bright and full of light. Good view! Perfect sunsets! (Flat 272) Tram station is 5-7 mins walk. Bus stop - just at the Vista Mokotow entrance. Shopping center Galereia Mokotow 15 mins walk. Pizzerias, restaurants, Asian food, bakeries, cafe - all right near! Bedronka shop - just several minutes far.

(Flat 272) There is a construction from one of the sides of building. They worked 6 days a week. But it didn’t disturb much (we both worked remotely all day in the flat). I don’t know how, but they were working rather quietly))) And sometimes it was smell from the bathroom. But it is ok when ventilation works good.

Superb

Very nice and modern apartment in the new apartment building in the closed courtyard with a children playground. The flat has two bedrooms, one of them has its own wardrobe, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other one with shower) and a living room with a kitchen and a balcony. There is really plenty of storage space, you can easily move in with all your belongings ;). The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher, there are some basic dishes and plates etc. There was even a baby travel bed, even though it is not stated in the description here. The parking in the underground garage was convenient and safe.

One small disappointment for us was, that there was no washing machine (with small children you can use it), but in case you really need one, there is a public place about 100m away. At the arrival, the given code for the door did not work, but we wrote the owner and got another one, which worked, within about 10 mins. In the second bathroom, there was constantly some weird smell, probably from the sink. We had some troubles to find the bins for the garbage.

Wonderful spacy apartment but there was unpleasant surprise for us

A lot of space for 5 people. 2 bathrooms. Everything is clean. Parking slot in the garage. Clear and very detail email with an explanation of how to get in the apartment (special thanks for it because the previous apartment provided rough instruction). An easy and quick way to get garage keys on arrival. Supermarket in the next building. The nice district with a closed courtyard.

We were provided with a code for apartment's lock. However, it didn't work. We called the owner but nobody answered. We wrote an SMS. No answer! Actually, we were scared because we stayed in front of the locked door with children. Suddenly, the lift cabin was opened and the man approached us. It was a serviceman who forgets to put towels into the apartment. He provided valid code. His forgetfulness was our luck!
