This beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo located at Palacio Del Mar has spectacular views and upgrades galore! Just walk 80 feet and you are at the shore of the Sea of Cortez. Rocky Point is located just 65 miles south of Arizona. It is a very peaceful, quiet resort town with restaurants, shops and a fresh fish market. Beautiful brick domed ceiling, ceiling fans, lovely Mexican tile, very tasteful furniture and covered patio! Master bedroom has french doors opening up the the great room with an awesome view of the ocean! Custom cabinetry and granite counter tops complement the classy decor! Very comfortable king sized bed and queen sized bed. Also, queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. Directv. Pool and hot tub may not heated in Winter.

The place is exactly what it is in the photos. The pool and the hot tub are both clean and ready for use each day we were there.

This condo is a true gem! The beautiful pool is right off the back patio and the beach starts right past the pool. We stayed in early August and the property was not too busy. We had the entire pool to ourselves on several occasion and any time we did have company, they were very pleasant. There are several cabanas and a covered seating area near the pool to enjoy the shade. The property is adjacent to a rocky tide pool area which was great for collecting shells and checking out sea life. Within very close walking distance there is a nice sandy beach area as well. The condo had secure parking. The security guards were all friendly and they made regular rounds around the property. We felt safe and secure the whole time. The unit was well equipped with towels and dishes as well as laundry supplies. The decor in the unit was a very nice touch and we loved the decorations and colors. There was a full stock of DVDs and we enjoyed watching The Three Amigos while in Mexico! Overall, we had an amazing time, and we hope that we can go back sometime in the near future. I highly recommend this condo for your Rocky Point vacation stay!

I recently stayed at Brenda’s condo on the beach, and it was an amazing experience. The place was impeccably clean, which made it feel very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It offered a great level of privacy, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without any disturbances. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep every night. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach getaway.

We have been going to Rocky Point several times a year for years. We stay at various resorts and other VRBO condos.
This condo jumped right to the top of our favorite list as soon as we walked in. The place is so well decorated. The view is amazing. Well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. Water pressure was outstanding! Host was so attentive to any question we had. There was even frozen large beer mugs in the freezer for beer when you arrive. Master bedroom I loved! So much room!
I can't say enough about this place. The pictures on the site do not do justice that this place deserves. I just hate to post a great review because I want this place available for the next time I visit Rocky Point. This is totally our favorite place to stay now!!!!

This condo is even better than it is represented on this site and Brenda is amazing. She was quickly available when we needed her. A ground floor location just steps from the pool and jacuzzi. We loved just relaxing on the patio listening to the waves crash just beyond the pool. We walked to the beach a couple times and drove only a few minutes to a beach with great rentals. There is security that is always somewhere nearby. They are friendly. We felt safe always. There is also a basic grocery store just a 2 minute walk away for essentials. We highly recommend this place and will return.

The condo is located near everything you may need. Plus it is dog friendly! We all had a wonderful stay! We loved that the TV had American channels!! Wish the condo beach area wasn’t so rocky.

We have gone to Rocky Point for my November birthday for most of twenty years now, and over that time we have stayed at many different places. No question this one was the best in our long experience. For starters, it was very clean and everything worked. It was especially nice to have a microwave, which other units we have used did not have. We also appreciated the showers -- they were clean, drained properly, and had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The view is just as advertised -- spectacular. One of our party lamented that there was no direct, on-site beach access, but there is plenty of sand just a short walk to the east. A couple of minor items. The screen door to the patio was dysfunctional because of wear or abuse, but those doors always are problematic and impossible to maintain. We made do. There was a box of coffee pods in the cupboard, but they were wrong for the Keurig coffee maker on the counter-- likely a tenant bought the wrong ones. We don't ding the owner for either of these things. Finally, I failed to turn off the AC and water heater when we left. That was on me because there was an instruction to that effect in the information packet that was provided. However, in my defense (but not an excuse), the instruction was at the very end of the information packet and I didn't see it until after we had departed. Departure instructions might be more clearly identified and placed more prominently in the packet. Back next year !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and bed was pretty comfy, but the absolute BEST was the view! The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved that we could just walk out our patio door and the pool and jacuzzi were right there with that view! The jacuzzi wasn’t heated until Friday evening, but Brenda had let us know this in her description. We had the place mostly to ourselves during the week, but there were a few more people on the weekend, which was to be expected. We were glad that Brenda accepted our pets and she was great with communicating! We could hear the music from Manny’s, but we brought our white noise machine and we’re able to tune it out at night while inside. There were some people who came from the condos next door to use the pool and set off fireworks. I’m not sure if they are supposed to share the pool or not. They were a little noisy, but they had young kids, so not surprising. The Fireworks, however did upset our fur babies. I realize it’s Mexico and legal, but it never really occurred to me that people would set them off at the condo. Overall, we would stay here again and even discussed possibly buying something there. Thank you Brenda, it was just what we needed.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Brenda's condo. We love it! Brenda is easy to communicate with and the condo is in a perfect location! We are already looking gorward to our next visit!

Our trip was amazing. The condo was as good or better than what was posted in the pictures. It was such a lovely space. Very quiet and serene. The view from the living room / kitchen was perfect. We felt very safe and very well taken care of the entire four days / three nights. Nice close walk down to Manny's and great exploring. Also, as we left the property and sadly got stuck in the sand, Brenda was very quick to respond to help us get help to get unstuck. Note to any travelers, do not drive on Sandy roads. Haha. Great trip with a great host! Loved it.

The Rocky-front location is great for peace and quiet with no vendors constantly stopping by to try and sell things. The beach is literally 2 minutes walking distance and is also pretty calm. Great condo, great property and great view!

This property was absolutely stunning. Definitely exceeded our expectations and photos on line . This Vrbo was super cozy clean and spacious.. I would highly recommend this specific property to anyone looking for aspecial experience with the perfect views . I personally will only rent from Brenda each and every time myself and family go to rocky point Brenda and the whole staff at the Vrbo are very tentative kind and super friendly 10 with out a doubt

We were so happy with everything. The home is beautiful and lacks nothing. 1st floor and steps from the pool, hot tub and ocean. We walked to Manny's for cocktails and dinner. Close to downtown as well. Are at Sr. Amigos which has become our favorite dinner spot. Will definitely be back.

I would like to thank Brenda for the quick responses… especially not knowing the border closes at 8, I made it 10min before it shut down.
I love the location, it’s gated and the condo is facing towards the ocean. You don’t have to drive anywhere, Manny’s bar and restaurant is in walking distance and a mom&pop shop for snacks or groceries is right across.
During my stay, I did have to buy coffee grounds (k-cups doesn’t exist here), shampoo and conditioner, and lighter for candles or the bbq grill if needed. There was a black out on our arrival from 9:30pm to 1am, the place had a candle but no lighter but lucky we brought flashlights.
I’ll definitely return, the staff made my family and I feel welcomed and safe.

This was a very nice condo and Brenda was very responsive to answer questions. Only issue we had was the noise from people getting into the elevator. The elevator is right outside the 2nd bedroom window. We were there during spring break so there was a little noise each night when the clubs closed. Any other time probably wouldn’t be an issue.

My wife and I stayed at Brenda’s condo during December. Being right on the ocean was fantastic and the views unbeatable easy short walk to the beach and we will for sure be back.

The place was nice, had everything we needed. Had a horrible rain storm which lead to a leak in the bedroom, a small leak in the master bathroom and a major leak in the hallway from the return vent which lead to me sweeping the water towards my husband and him using a squeegee to push out the door. The crazy thing is we were on the bottom level and this was coming from the 7th floor. We understand this had nothing to do with Condo or anything the owner had control of but a natural disaster but when you are doing this at 2:00 am it’s unfortunate. The owner gave us an additional night for free for us having to deal with that and clean it up. We tried washing what dishes we used but didn’t know how to operate the dishwasher. Could’ve been a little cleaner, found several dead roaches in the closets etc. besides that, plenty of room for my husband and two grandkids. Bed was comfortable. We would stay there again!

Palacio Del Mar
The cleanliness of the individual condo was fantastic! However there was dog poop all over the property. On the last day it seemed as if a dog had diarrhea all over the parking lot, the whole place smelled like dog poop. It was there over two days and no one cleaned it up.
The view from this condo was great, not a lot of privacy from everyone at the pool. You have to walk down the beach a ways to get somewhere you can sit on the beach if you would like to enjoy the water and sand.
The pool is quite small for the amount of people that use it. I know it depends upon when you stay and who is there, but while we were there people had large speakers the blasted music from all day long. It was not relaxing in any way.
I really enjoyed the patio for my morning coffee. This is. A great place if you have kids that want to swim in the pool with lots of people. If you want to sit on the beach and have peace and quiet, this is not the place.
Brenda is great with communicating and her condo is beaut.

This was our second time to Brenda’s condo. Best condo in PP! Perfect location, beautiful condo and the best host! Brenda is super responsive and helped when needed. We love it here!!

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean unit with wonderful views of the sea and great first floor access. Nice pool too and very friendly security staff. The owner was a great communicator and very quick to answer questions. Manny's, the next door restaurant was within walking distance had great food on the beach and although their music was a little loud in the afternoon when we were sitting by the pool we enjoyed this unit very much and would definitely recommend. Overall, we enjoyed Rocky Point, the people were extremely hospitable and the food choices were wonderful and reasonable. If you are a golfer, the course at Las Palomas was nice and the Nicklaus course at the Mayan Palace was fabulous.
