About this house rental
Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

We came to Sedona on a family vacation from snowy northern Alberta, Canada. Our “home away from
home “ was the perfect base. My youngest would go running every morning right from the house and then there were trails to conquer after breakfast. The weather wasn’t great so the fireplace and jacuzzi were perfect at the end of the day. The house is really well stocked and checking in/out was a breeze. The owners kept in close contact with us, recommending places to visit, getting us discounts and checking in to make sure everything was good. I would definitely give Greg and Julie a 10/10 for their accommodations and friendliness. We are so thankful for the memories we made

Amazing stay! Comfortable home and beds for family of 5. Cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Great easy Communication with hosts. They gave tons of great recommendations on hikes, dining and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely stay there again.

Great location in West Sedona. Nice restaurants nearby, plus a grocery store. It was a quick drive to Sedona. Beautiful property. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the fire table outside on the patio. Julie and Greg are great hosts! They communicated early and often, which I appreciate! Julie gave us great info before the trip to make our drive there enjoyable. She gave advice on where to eat and things to do. There’s a 3 ring binder in the house with super helpful info. If we come back to Sedona, we’d stay here again!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend for other groups / families! We enjoyed the shower water pressure, laundry, well equipped kitchen, board games and tv after our day hikes in the area :) The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to supermarkets and trail heads.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully appointed home! Everything was perfect, from a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious living room and bedrooms, a peaceful porch with spectacular views, soft and fluffy towels, stunning original art on the walls, and the added bonus of an iron and ironing board. Communication from Greg and Julie was excellent. We will definitely be back, many thanks!

The location was conveniently located and our host was very responsive and helpful with tips for eating and hikes. The pool area was nice, less than a 5 min walk or there is parking.
The kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments.
If we visit this area again, we will definitely try to stay there.

It was great staying here and close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona – primarily hiking and shopping. The hosts, Julie and Greg, were welcoming, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed, from coffee pods and paper products to a Red Rocks pass. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the outside patio gave us time to relax with a morning coffee and to chat in the evenings around a warm fire pit. There is a nearby park which we all enjoyed before or after our day hikes. If we get a chance to return to Sedona, we will certainly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location couldn't have been more ideal, as it was conveniently close to everything we needed during our family vacation. The accommodations were spot on and perfectly suited for our family of five. The home was well-equipped with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The house and pool were great for hosting a girls weekend away! The house was stocked with a lot of things like laundry detergent, toiletries, coffee, etc which was really nice! It’s also a great location and close to everything.

This place is absolutely perfect. The owners, Julie and Greg were so responsive throughout the entire process. You can tell that they value their place and the experience that people have while staying there. Their place was exactly as listed. Every amenity you can think of and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was amazing. We did a lot of hiking and I was very grateful for the use of their Red Rock Parking Pass. I would recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to come back!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time in Sedona and it was great to return home each day to the wonderful home. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient. The community is nicely designed in the southwest adobe style with great views of the red rocks.

This was our first time visiting Sedona and we fell in love with it !
Julie and Greg’s place was a welcoming place, after a long day of hiking , it was so wonderful to come “home “ , soak up in the jaccuzi, drink a glass of wine in the patio and enjoy the view !
The kitchen was fully equipped and the place nicely decorated with Greg’s paintings.
The house is located 5 to 10 mn drive to the most beautiful hikes in Sedona !! Thank you Julie and Greg for your hospitality 😀

The townhouse was perfect! It included everything we needed, was very comfortable and the location is central to everything in town. From the moment we stepped inside it felt warm and welcoming, just like home. It was very quiet and the complex is beautiful and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We have stayed in Sedona at various VRBO properties but this place was great option for us! Centrally located in West Sedona it was just the right size for our group of four and its close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and our attractions made it an awesome place to call home for four days. Julie was great to work with and our entire group was complimentary of the home. We spent time out by the first pit each night and the rooms were all perfect size after a day of exploring Sedona! We will definitely be back! Again, thanks for being such a great host!

This place is no more than 20 minutes away from everything in Sedona. Julie was amazing is coordinating our stay in addition to making helpful reccomendations in the area. Perfect place to stay with the family. We enjoyed some early morning and late evening soaks in the hot tub which was just a short walk away from the VRBO. Would come back to this place if I ever return to Sedona. 10/10

This property was perfect for our girlfriend trip! It was exactly as presented, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The lovely outdoor space was a perfect place for amazing stargazing! The location in west Sedona was very convenient for all of our activities. Julie, our host, provided plenty of useful information including excellent dining suggestions. She is an outstanding host, responds quickly, and seems eager to make you feel welcome.
We are senior ladies that have been meeting yearly in different locations for 16 years and this is the warmest, most comfortable rental we have ever had. We would book again without hesitation if we visited Sedona again. We had a wonderful time; accommodation was perfect for us!
