Spring Break 2022
Property was clean and in a great location and the process for renting was great! Plenty of room foe the family and the upstairs serves a great retreat. Compared to other homes we’ve rented it lacked the “niceties” of beach chairs, beach towels, throw blankets, pot holders, etc. the beds were also uncomfortable with soft mattresses and one lacked a box spring. We were to have four parking spots but were notified that we could only have two once we arrived and needed to park on the street (where one of our cars was hit by another car). Even though we were there for high school spring break, I would not recommend again, as you can’t find a place on the beach, or walk down the street without being in the way of the thousands of bikes on the paths. Too crowded!!!

Spent a relaxing time in Seacrest. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the beach. Our only disappointment
was the beautiful pool was NOT HEATED AS PROMISED! It was colder than the Gulf! We booked this area because of the beautiful pool. Please do not book here if you are interested in using the pool!

A great summer beach trip with family❤️
The complaints I have are the floors and carpet were filthy dirty. They were never washed. Our 2 year old granddaughters feet were black. We had to buy cleaning materials to clean them. Carpet was also black. Desperately needed cleaning. The grill should definitely be replaced. Our son refused to use it. I spent a lot of money for the house and was so disappointed with the cleanliness.. Especially with Covid. The rest of the house was fine and we loved the location. We all had a great time.

Blue Beso Vacation
This home was prefect for our group needs. The layout was perfect for kids and adults. The community is gorgeous. Everyone could walk around the area and any time of the day and enjoy the restaurants, shops, weather, and the beach. The house was clean and management was quick to respond to some minor needs. The home was beautiful. We will come again!

Family Beach vacation
We had a wonderful beach vacation! Location is a plus because close to pool, beach and shops. House was so nice for our large gathering. Kitchen could use additional large serving bowls/updated utensils. Small grill but it worked out fine. You will not be disappointed with house/location.

GREAT STAY
This was a perfect get-a-way. The location was perfect. Property management was a little tough to reach. This was due to COVID situation and I assume understaffed. Everything else was 5 star!

Relaxing week with friends
This was a great place for 10 guests. We especially enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio. The only request I would have is that we would have liked to have a nice broom, and/or a stick vacuum for cleaning floors throughout the week.

Great place to stay
We had a great experience in a seacrest. Our group consisted of 13(6 adults and 7 teenagers). The house had plenty of space for everyone and the open Living/Dining/Kitchen layout was perfect for our large group to hang out! I would suggest bringing extra towels and wash clothes if you have a large group but other then that, all you need is your swimsuit!

The house looks great on the outside, however all members of our party experienced allergy symptoms while in the house. One member of our party had to go to urgent care. The house needs to be checked thoroughly for mold. The air conditioner also wasn't working when we got there so there was poor ventilation for the first 2 days. They mentioned there was a leak and it needed to be recharged.

Our Blue Beso is my favorite house of all that my beach ladies group has stayed in over 7 years.
This time, I was here with my family, 6 adults and 6 children. We had a wonderful time with only a few “issues” which I have shared with 360 Blue. One in particular was that the only 2 good size sauce pans are unusable due to baked/burned on crust that is not able to be cleaned off. Another was the grill needs a good cleaning all on the inside to prevent fire, which we experienced. The last was the lint exhaust hose being full of lint. I’m sure these things will be addressed and I hope to be staying in this house more times in the future. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! We had 13 in our group and the house fit us nicely. The upstairs was perfect for the 3 boys that were 11 and 12. The house and outdoor patio were spotless. I was nervous when booking about pictures making rooms look bigger than they were, but this was not the case. House was roomy and in a perfect location to pool, beach and the little town. Check- in and check-out was easy with the app. The tram service the community provides was helpful and on-time. This was a first time to Seacrest Beach, but won't be our last, we truly enjoyed our time at " Our Blue Beso"

We do have a few suggestions:In the bathrooms, it would be helpful to have more towel bars instead of just hooks, to allow the bath towels to dry better and hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang gowns, robes, etc. while showering. In the kitchen:It would be helpful to have some hot pads/oven mits, also some medium size serving/mixing bowls and a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. We love the home and are thankful we are able to spend our time together there. Thank you!

Just got back from spending a week at My Blue Beso. It was a fantastic house! The location was perfect. So close to shops, restaurants etc., and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I loved the decor, the kitchen layout, the amount of bathrooms, the upstairs loft and mostly the deck on the third floor. A great place for morning coffee and a group dinner. We had a great time- our family of 12 came from multiple locations to meet and celebrate a 50th anniversary. It was a great home for multiple families (kids and adults). We absolutely loved being able to walk to so much on 30a. The top deck is awesome and we enjoyed the large scrabble board for family fun. Would recommend this home to families wanting a great location and a beautiful home filled with everything you need for a wonderful vacation!
The only negative was the construction going on next door, it was loud even on Saturday morning as they started early.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for the 10 of us. We loved the upstairs deck and the large dinner table. The shuttle service was great (ask for Troy!) The mattresses are awful, no way to gussy that up. Even though the shuttle service was great, the beach was just a short walk away. Do not expect the beach you see in pictures. It is covered with rental chairs and umbrellas... Very disappointed with that. Fortunately the pool(s) are very nice and HUGE. They are also very close to this house. This is our 8th trip to 30a, and despite a couple hitches, we had a good time.

House perfectly accommodated our party. Wishing the house had more kitchenware-pots and serving dishes. But 360 was responsive and brought a stock pot over so we can make pasta! Unfortunately we left some belongings behind and 360 has yet been able to tell me if they have located them! Crossing my fingers they have them!

Our families had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We had 4 sibling families together with plenty of room! Beds were very comfortable! We loved the upper deck and the game room for kids! Loved the decor too! Beautifully decorated and enough seating for dinners! Our children loved being so close to the pool! We will visit again!

We had a great time at Seacrest this week. We had five from Chicago and five from Dallas and the cousins and everyone got along great and had wonderful memories. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed everything about it. The mattresses were not great but other than that the house is awesome. We rented a boat one day and went to Shell Island and that was a popular hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the Monday night bonfire and Smore's. Larry and Mary Jo.

Our family stayed in Blue Beso for our Spring Break trip. This house is absolutely wonderful! It was decorated beautifully! It had all tbe comforts of home! Kitchen had everything we needed too! The maintenance man came by to check on us to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was working ok since its a brand new house. We couldnt think of one thing we needed or one problem! The upstairs game room was great! We had so much fun playing the giant scrabble game too! We only had 6 people staying there but its so big you could probably have up to 20 if there are several kids. The house is also in a great location! Short walk to beach and close to shops and restaurants in the villages of south walton and rosemary. We felt so at home here and would love to stay here again! The owners left nothing out when decorating and stocking this gorgeous home!
