“Sunny & Spacious with Breathtaking Views.” Bring on the sunshine and amazing lake views in this inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo suite in Delavan, WI. Unit 313 is a 2-story unit on the top floor of the hotel that features vaulted ceilings and stunning direct views of Delavan Lake. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main level with a king size bed. The second bedroom (queen size bed) and guest bath are located on the second level of this unit. For additional sleeping space, the living area also features a pull-out sofa bed. Unwind for the evening on the (shared) balcony with unobstructed lake views or cozy up in front of the fireplace. The kitchenette includes all the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy everything that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, the panoramic Lake Views from the spacious front lobby and outdoor areas, and our game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

The resort has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, game room, fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby features a panoramic view of Delavan Lake!
Sun by the crystal-clear outdoor lakeside pool or relax in the shade. To end the day, take a soak in the indoor hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the front desk.
Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.
No detail has been overlooked and we would love to have you! ---The only thing that we overlook is the LAKE!

*Local Dining: There is a book available at the front desk listing current menus of the many eating establishments in the area. Ask the friendly staff for their recommendations!
*Must be 18 years or older with proof of identification to receive keys.
*Registration for check-in must be completed by the guest whom the reservation is under, unless otherwise noted with the front desk staff prior to arrival.
*Please note that the VRBO availability calendars may not be real-time, as we do receive reservations from other sources.
*All boat slips are leased by condo unit owners and are not available to guests. Delavan Lake Resort does not provide docks, boat launches, or boat parking. Please call Delavan Community Park at (262) 740-2335 for information regarding the public boat launch.
*Each suite is individually owned and decorations and furnishings per unit may vary.
*TO CHECK-IN: Please go to the front desk of Delavan Lake Resort 4pm or later to register and receive your keys. Check out is at 11am.

PARKING POLICY
Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Unit well appointed with everything we needed. We only stayed one night, but would come back for a longer stay.

We enjoyed the friendly, quick and helpful front desk staff. The place was nice and as described. Only downfall was that it was a part of an adjoining room next door so we could hear every word of the guests next door. Had it been a wall between the rooms it would have been a lot more private.

The only issues we had were having to wipe down surfaces like the refrigerator door handles that should have been cleaner especially in these times. The metal piece going into master bath had screws sticking out completely coming off but that was dangerous. One window had blinds that fell off. The toilet seat was dirty when we came in and we had to clean. The microwave didn't work properly. The water was cloudy but I'm guessing that is a resort thing. Please address these issues and let us know.

Plenty of restaurants and bars within a short driving distance to avoid having to plan for meal. A wonderful patio view for when you just feel like staying in. Highly recommend.

The view of the lake is lovely and the rooms very nice. We didn't have enough time to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. We would definitely come back! The only downside is when we returned from dinner, we couldn't find a parking spot in the lot and had to ask the front desk for assistance. She was very polite and moved her car so we could park where she had been.

Would stay again. Unfortunately there was a concert in Alpine Valley that weekend so the resort was a bit moist at night when everyone returned. Only negative thing.
