Business trip Zurich

Good Breakfast good Bed. Hotel is for buisiness at the best Location all client for me are reachable per foot. Service is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and quite new. You can drink the Tap water what is pretty nice.

I do not personally like this self check in/Check out. The rooms are quite small and they have a not nice smell. Smells like cleaning stuff.

this hotel seems to be best suited for solo travelers. I would not book again

Did not have breakfast

The room had a double bed but it was against the wall. The person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person. we had trouble with lights and window shades. had to call hotel staff

Camera moderna e funzionale non di grandi dimensioni ma studiata alla perfezione e dotata di ogni comodità. Fantastico poter controllare tv, luci tende tapparella direttamente dall’ipad in dotazione

A Trendy Gem in the Heart of the City!

Our stay at CitizenM was an absolute delight! From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. The hotel's decor is a blend of modern chic and industrial elegance, creating a vibe that's both trendy and relaxing. Our room was a perfect haven after a day of exploring the city. The high ceilings and large windows brought in natural light, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the unique touches and the whole room was controlled with an iPad! Located right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. This place is not just a hotel, but a destination in itself. We can't wait to come back!

Great hotel and would definetly recommend!

Great location and rooms were very modern and clean. The shower was incredible! The hotel lobby was great for relaxing in at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Staff very friendly.

As any city, room quite small. Touch screen to use inside room a bit confusing.

Clean room, comfortable pillows and mattress. Bacon was perfectly cooked. Friendly and helpful staff Good location.

Room was quite small. Bathroom lacks privacy. Carpeted hallway made it difficult to move the luggage.

All was amazing , ilike to much , the staff so friendly and helpful all of them , and so kindly in the bar , you feel in the room like home , its small room but good for couples , thanks for the Manger she give me tips how to use the train and where to go and vist .

Best hotel, we will be back again.

Favourite hotel chain. Easy check in/out. Very clean. Very comfy beds and pillows. Black out blinds. Very quiet. All is automated with an iPad. Cool branding, quirky stuff in the room and hotel. Great "common area" too. Breakfast was very good too, with freshly made coffee. We loved it and will be back again to this chain.

property is located across the way from some fun bars. room was clean. check in was easy.

very small room for the amount we paid. no human interaction with hotel staff, check in is all done on a touch computer. no complimentary water in room.

Great location just 10 mins walk from Zurich HB, very friendly staff, smartly utilized room, cool design. All in all - a great place to stay.

Nice facility staffs but room was not worth for the money spent.

Staffs are friendly and supportive.

Biggest problem space is cramped; shower tap was not able to lower the shower water temperature, water was very hot.

Pretty decent hotel. Small rooms but kinda cozy

Stayed there for 3 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned the entire time. Not sure if that’s their policy or if it was a mistake.
