If that’s your ideal vacation, then come enjoy our home while vacationing in Paradise! This spectacular 3rd and 4th floor condominium is located in the B-building directly on Sapphire beach, with breathtaking 180° views from each floor of the ocean and the neighboring islands (St John and British Virgin Islands). To us, this is the “Good Life” or “Bonne Vie”!
Just imagine...sitting back on one of the two private balconies enjoying your morning coffee (or afternoon cocktails) in a lush tropical setting listening to the calming sounds of the ocean lapping at the sand! As you sit looking out, you contemplate a dip in the water or a leisurely stroll down to the pristine beach, feeling the sugary white sand between your toes and admiring the incredible blue Caribbean water. All of this is located right in front of our home…we must warn you, you’ll have to pinch yourself or you'll think you've gone to heaven!

We are proud to share our private paradise – Villa Bonne Vie - with you! Capture the splendor of the ocean within arms reach, as your worries and cares fade away. Our newly remodeled condo is tastefully set up as our home-away-from-home and comes complete for anyone to walk in and be more than comfortable.
The condo boasts floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto two private balconies with awesome views of Sapphire Beach and the Caribbean. The condo is fully air-conditioned (separate controls on each floor) and completely furnished with cookware, luxury bed and bath linens, beach towels, some snorkeling equipment, and a cooler for your trips to other beaches.
On the main floor there is a living room with a Queen sleeper-sofa, dining area, large flat screen TV, cable, stereo w/iPod dock, renovated full bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen that has everything to make life easy – solid granite counter with breakfast bar, new wood cabinets with plenty of storage, microwave, smooth cook-top, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster oven, blender, coffee-maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, and Belgian waffle-maker.
The top floor is the master bedroom suite with a second renovated full bathroom and a gorgeous ocean view to enjoy right from our comfortable King-size bed! If more sleeping space is needed, there is a Queen sleeper-sofa in the master suite sitting area. There is another flat screen TV and cable upstairs.
To make sure you’re connected to the outside world (if you want;), we offer Broadband Wi-Fi throughout the condo (that can accommodate multiple devices at one time), a large flat screen TV with cable on each floor.
We can arrange for pre-ordered grocery delivery – just let us know what you need.

As part of your package, you'll have full use of the owner's chaise lounges on the beach and we provide some outside games, floats and noodles, and snorkeling equipment.
If you feel like something other than the beach, Sapphire also offers a multi-level cascading freshwater pool on the edge of the Caribbean Sea.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights. We didn't realize it was on the third floor, so we certainly got our steps in! Although the property is a bit older, it was comfortable. Contrary to some prior reviews, we didn't notice any smoky smell in the unit.
During our stay, repairs were being done, and we also had a worker on the balcony, but I don't hold this against Christina. It was just unfortunate that repairs were being made on the building.
The bed was somewhat firm and dated as was the comforter. In addition, I would recommend replacing the bath mat in the upstairs bathroom, as it was very small and worn out. On the positive side, the kitchen was well-equipped although there is no oven in the unit, just a stovetop and microwave. (But, who really wants to cook while on vacation?) I appreciate nice amenities in the places that we rent, and this unit could use some upgrades to justify the price.
Christina was very responsive when we needed a new remote control for the TV. She had her housecleaner bring a new one to us the next day.
Access to taxis is within walking distance. Pangea was our favorite quaint little covered outdoor restaurant that was close by and had great vibes and awesome food! The beef fajitas were amazing!
The unit is very close to the ferry boat to take you to St. John.
I would recommend this unit for a nice getaway!

Great location, beautiful view. HOWEVER- bed and both pullouts were terribly uncomfortable. Whole place smelled smoky and musty. We sprayed air freshener and used the many candles that were there, to no avail. Only 1 bath towel per person for a week long stay. Towels were very old and thin. We went out and bought our own. Walls were very thin and we could hear activities and conversations of people next to us. Repairs on building while we were there. Starting at 8am every day except Sat and Sun, there were workers banging on roof and people on/above our balcony. Opened bedroom curtains twice and found someone standing on our balcony. Went out a couple of times and someone was above the balcony looking down at us. Could not enjoy using balconies or leaving curtains open because of that. Not the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. We travel a lot and this is the first time we have EVER looked forward to leaving from our vacation. Would not choose to stay here again.

Everything at Sapphire Beach Resort was perfect even though a couple of our days there, the power was out. We drank rum cocktails and had fun snorkeling and hanging out on our deck and the beach. We will definitely be back and want to book with Christina again!!

My wife and I stayed here for our fifth wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. Views off of both balconies are great and short walk out to the beach where you can lay out, swim, and snorkel the reef. Onsite beach bar and restaurant are a plus as well. Short drive into red hook for dinner and night activities and for the ferry into Saint John (highly recommended). We will definitely be back for future trips!

This condo is lovely - beautifully decorated and updated. The views from the balconies are wonderful! We ate most of our meals there. Easy access to the beach with swimming and snorkeling. We didn't rent a car. There is a taxi stand on the property where someone was always available to take us wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely return to this property.

The views you can’t beat, or location. However, although the manager said it was the previous tenants to blame for the cigarette smell it was clear it’s bedded in the up and downstairs walls. There’s scented candles everywhere, plug ins & jelly like scented items to try to mask it.
We also chose this property to utilize the “amenities” offered ie snorkel gear, to avoid renting. All the equipment was damaged and when we notified them we were told wasn’t their responsibility instead of replacing for our stay saying they can’t promise the condition they are in.
When we asked for toilet paper because the longer stay, there was pushback “you said you still had some” instead of sure no problem.
The bed was very firm & older. Sheets & comforter very old but seemed clean.
On that note though, the kitchen was well equipped. Showers provided soap & shampoo/conditioner.
Although the value seems very off, the view & location are worth it if the price was lowered or some of these items adjusted.
We did love the beach & bar downstairs. I hope this property makes the appropriate adjustments because it’s a great property.

The condo was exactly what was listed . Very nice and clean condo. So glad it was a 2 story condo. Christine was wonderful to work. She gave a complete detailed welcome packet to make our visit perfect from suggestions on places to visit, boats tours, ferry, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely helped since it was our first time to St Thomas. We had such a nice relaxing week. We cannot wait to come back and would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place where we could stay for longer periods and thought we'd try a 3rd floor unit. Christina's place hit all the marks and it was more than we had hoped! The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, it had a desk where I could check into the office, and the views were fantastic! We LOVED sitting out on the balcony either in the bedroom or the living room every night we were there. The bed was soooo comfortable, even my husband was amazed and slept like a rock. All the comforts of home. We will definitely be back. I may have found my month stay-cation!!

Sapphire Beach is beautiful, but unfortunately for us it rained the entire time except the day we headed home (though we’re told this is uncommon for this time of year). The condo is great - exactly as described and as it appears in photos. Power did go out a couple of times throughout the entire resort, but our only real complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the condo. Christina was responsive when we messaged her about it, but we couldn’t really do anything to get the smell out while we were there.

Property was pure amazing and all that it was explained to be. The views from the room were incredible and wish I could wake up to that daily. Was not very busy at all so made it for a very nice experience. Absolutely loved the pool and look forward to coming back once the reconstruction of the bar area at the pool is all set up again. It was damaged a couple years back because of a storm. The main bar on the beach was great. Food was great and drinks were quick. Cant say enough great things about the condo and the location. Owners were so attentive to our needs and very helpful from begining to end. We will be back for sure

Sapphire Beach Vacation
It is hard to beat the location of the condo. Sapphire Beach Resort sits right on a spectacular beach, while is a five minute drive into Red Hook for dinner, drinks, and the ferry to St. John. The condo is spacious and well appointed... loved having outdoor patio areas on both levels. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a St. Thomas vacation!

The Condo is located on Sapphire Beach, one of the top rated beaches on St. Thomas! Amazing views from both Balconies!! The Condo is Clean, updated and a home away from home, only better!! King Bed is more comfortable than most I have slept on in 4 or 5 star hotels!! Coffee shop, Beach Bar and Marina on premises. Christine will respond right away if you have any questions or concerns, and is a great Host/Landlord. Property grounds are Beautiful and staff are friendly. I spent 12 days and the Beach, Condo, Host, and views of Mega- Yachts passing by, as well as snorkeling over coral reefs right from the Beach, will bring me back again!! BOOK IT... you will not be disappointed!!!!

Girls getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bonne Vie! We took a million pictures from the two balconies, overlooking the beautiful surrounding islands.
St. Thomas and Sapphire Beach were both really lovely, and overall the condo was exactly what we needed and wanted for a girls getaway. Chill, quiet area, not far from the ferry. We loved our day trip to St. Johns!
Christina has a great set-up, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Our favorite part was the snorkel tour through New Horizons - and they conveniently picked us up right outside the condo in the marina! Open bar!
Also, Christina left super cute postcards that we sent to our families. Fabulous touch!
Our only issue with our stay has nothing to do with the condo, and more with the general area (that we hope is useful to others, because we would have liked to know):
- Go to the grocery store, and save yourself a lot of food/snack woes.
At the time of our visit, the resort's cafe and restaurant had limited menus and limited open hours, so if you aren't the food planning type, you will be by the end of your trip.
- St. Thomas has a lot of taxis, but is still relatively challenging to get around - you need access to a car for literally everything, anytime you decide to leave the property (read: anytime you are hungry if you didn't go to the grocery store.) Plan appropriately, and bring cash!

My wife and I had a great time on our vacation and the condo was very nice and spacious, especially considering the cost. We spent plenty of time relaxing in the condo and enjoying the view which was indeed incredible. The condo had everything we needed and much more. It really felt more like someone's home than just a rental that we were staying in. We were very pleased with the pool, the beach, the condominium complex as a whole, and being able to snorkel right off the beach.
Red Hook was a very, very short drive away so it was super convenient for groceries and dinners out. All the restaurants we visited had really good food - XO Bistro, Agave, Raw, and The Easterly. The breakfast/coffee/ice cream shop that was part of Sapphire Beach was also awesome. We got our breakfast from there most mornings. The Sapphire Beach bar and grill was convenient, but drinks and food were definitely expensive even though the quality wasn't very good, so we only went there once.
This condo was overall a fantastic choice for us to take a relaxing vacation and we would certainly stay here again if we make another trip to St. Thomas. Thank you Christina for sharing your condo with us!

Beach is even more beautiful than the pictures. Condo association takes great care keeping me beach clean. Christina was more than communicative...she emailed a welcome packet ahead of our trip that answered all of our questions and more. Not only about her home but also about places to eat and visit in the island. It was a great fit for our family of five with three boys ranging from 6-13. Highly recommend!

All you need for a great beach vacation.
We have stayed at multiple condos at Sapphire Beach over the years. This condo was very well appointed with cooking utensils, dishes, basic food items, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, snorkel equipment, a cooler, sunscreen and even an honor bar. The condo is decorated nicely. The owner is quick to respond with any questions and provided detailed information about the property and the surrounding area. The beach itself was busy during Easter week but the property was quiet after 10 pm. Sapphire Beach is beautiful and I would highly recommend staying at this condo.
