Great location in a complex with a gate connecting right to the main town. Stayed for a few days with friends during a ski trip at Snowbasin mountain, it would be hard to find a better spot.
Only hiccup was that the host sent two different front door codes when sending information about the rental, but one of the codes worked as intended.

Location was great for foot travel, but that also lead to some parking issues. No real place on premise for guests to park when needed. The garage supplied with property as very difficult to get into and out of with our minivan. Property was as presented and neighbors were super friendly and helpful when we were accessing property via gates. Owner/Agent was not as responsive as we hoped when I sent inquiries prior to stay, but all in all it worked great. Unit was perfect for our stay!

Good location

Was looking for an affordable monthly rental to use as ski base and found this property. It proved to be convenient for most things you would typically do or need to do when looking for and extended stay. The condo had everything we needed for the most part with the kitchen and laundry. Lot of couches/futons so plenty of place for people to sleep. The living area down stairs and the kitchen are a bit on the small size but second floor rooms and third floor loft provide plenty of place to spread out. Could use some tlc with carpet/flooring and master bathroom. The single car garage was handy but if you have a second car or more you have to find other parking. We parked at the train station across the street as there did not appear to be any overnight parking restrictions. This was a minor inconvenience which we worked with and did not run into an trouble. Very close to restaurants, shops etc which was very nice.

This property was located right where we wanted to be, the heart of downtown Ogden. 25th Street! And it offered secured parking. And lots of sleeping possibilities. However it needs a freshen up. The walls need a scrub and fresh paint while the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. Linens and towels were plentiful and clean. The owner was difficult to communicate with although in the end (20 minutes before checking in) he finally provided the address and access code.

Parking can be tough if you don't have a small enough vehicle that can fit in the garage, but the owner was easy to extend our stay a couple times, and the place worked out perfect for us.

Very nice property with excellent location
We enjoyed the time we spent in Ogden at this property. We will definitely be booking this property again as we plan to return to Ogden in the future.

Place is Centrally located.
Parking situation is very poor, anything over one vehicle and you have to park on 25th St. The problem is the only pedestrian gate isn’t working. So you can only access the property from a drive in gate.
First floor is extremely cold, we kept fans running but it really didn’t help.
Previous guests food was left in the fridge, and bed duvets were stained. This left some doubt if the property had been cleaned properly.

Great, secure location
Right downtown with private parking. Spacious and comfortable.

Historic Ogden
Property is located on the back side of a main street with many restaurants and shopping. Easy drive from Salt Lake City and good roads from Ogden to snow resorts. Property is great for multiple families or families with teen as the loft/3rd floor is like its own apartment. Very comfortable and owner provides more than most, so all you really need is groceries.

Long and Pleasant Stay
I just moved down to Ogden and needed a place to stay for about 2 months before moving into a house. This place had a great location and the garage was an added bonus. I stayed in November and December and the garage was great to be able to park the car in.
This place could accommodate quite a few people and has a lot of amenities in the kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Just make sure the pots and pans and utensils are clean before using them.
I am not a picky guy, so this place overall worked out great for me overall. My only negative comment is that the lower level does get much colder than the upper two floors. When I first got there, you need to make sure the heat is actually on. It was turned off and I had to pop the cover off the thermostat and turn it on. There is also a switch in the closet next to the thermostat where the ac unit is that I had to turn on to allow power to the unit. So I had two mornings when it was 55 degrees before I figured it out.
Overall great place.

Great Stay
As advertised, large 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of historic Ogden. Nice to have an enclosed garage, washer/dryer, dish washer and gated security. Crazy, arguing, drug fueled neighbor impacted one bedroom with common wall with yelling and screaming between midnight and 4 am, but not really the fault of the townhouse. Hopefully they'll go to rehab...

Don't rent this property
This has to be the worst property I have ever rented. The heat never made it's way to the 1st floor of the townhouse. So the first floor was very cold. The local TV channels were corrupt to such an extent it was like watching a jigsaw puzzle. When contacting the owner about the TV problem he did nothing to rectify the problem. Carpet was filthy. A third of the blinds were missing and the blinds in the guest room were broken. The shower in the additional bathroom that is accessible from the hall leaks and the fan extremely loud. The kitchen was dirty/unorganized with the dirtiest oven I've ever seen.

Affordable but lack of communication
Not going to just be outright Rude, just honest. Our sales team arrived at the property and the heat did not work on part of the unit, it was a challenge to get a response from the owner. The issue was fixed however, it was the following day and wasn't without several calls having to be made.
Then a little over a week into the stay, the back of the toilet overflowed while everyone was sleeping, soaked the hallway floor, bathroom floor and went through the kitchen ceiling. We tried to contact owner yet again, Nope couldn't get ahold of him at all!!! Our sales team had to stay in this house for almost another week with the nasty water in the house. No resolution was given for our stay. VRBO tried contacting the owner with no success either. I tried to get a partial refund for this horrible experience and the owner refuses to call us to rectify the situation. However, he filed a claim No problem to get his property fixed but he cannot make himself available to assist us during the issues we had at his property. I would've liked to give a better review; as I don't like to be negative but when I stay somewhere I want to know the owner will respond to immediate issues as I believe we had just that with the ceiling caving in. I want to enjoy my stay and be relaxed, not be more stressed! Just really disappointed with the lack of response with this owner! If you stay at this property, please beware if any issues arise, you will more and likely will not be able to get ahold of the owner or get resolution to the issue.

Great location, useful place to stay
We were two older couples visiting the Spike 150 celebrations. We’d wanted something central and this is just a brilliant location, in the heart of downtown Ogden. The house isn’t up market in presentation, furnishings are only adequate and some light maintenance would be useful but the essentials worked well and the convenience of the gated location and garaging was just great. We’re so pleased we overcame early communication problems with the owner and stuck with this booking. Thank you!

Just what we needed
Clean, comfortable, great location. Perfect for the needs of four skiers.

Terrible-Beware
Beware! Lower level has no heat. There is an electric fireplace, but if you run it the breakers will blow. Had to resort to a small electric heater - a real joke.
The VRBO listing claim this unit has cable/satellite tv available. This is false!!! The tv system is a smart tv but was very challenging to figure out. Especially when the remote control didn’t have any batteries. Also. There was some sort of antenna system, that’s right antenna. Problem is signal wasn’t strong enough to actually watch anything.
Finally, be aware parking is very challenging. If you have a larger vehicle, the garage is small. Then there are only 2 visitor parking spots available for this entire complex which are always full.
Oh yeah, I contacted the owner/manager of the property. Basically didn’t provide any resolution to any of the issues.

Could not get into the property
We did not receive access codes to the condo until late at night on the day of check in. The owner's contact info on VRBO was not correct. The heater did not work the first night so it was very cold inside. The property and furniture are modest but not too bad.

Right smack where you want to be in Odgen!
We had a great stay! Packed in 11 people, ages 5 to 92, and accommodated everyone very well. The kiddos loved turning the third floor into a playroom and sleeping under the skylight. The kitchen is clean and well stocked with dishes, a full washer and dryer available and it's pretty quiet. Loved the location!! This is our favorite area to stay at, right off of Union Station, small business shops and restaurants. There is also a playground about 4 blocks away. Thanks so much for having us. We would rent this place again!

Great location
This townhome is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. However the owner does help you. It has plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. It's location has great proximity to things to do. There was a farmer's market on Sunday just steps away from the property. We also walked to a minor league baseball game and the train museum. We had a great time visiting family in the area.

Great Time
We stayed here over the 4th of July week. The place is located right off of Historic 25th in Ogden, so lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. We were able to go to the farmers market, which is a big deal in this area. The town home is also close distance to major attractions and the mountain. The town home had plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). The town home was clean and well stocked with towels and dishes. Please note that the advertised price is not what you could get the host did a price adjustment and it was increased $30 more a day with added fees. Also please note that there is no cable/satellite (even though it is advertised). The town home did have a smart TV in the living area with HD antenna and DVD. The smart TV did have Netflix/hulu only if you have an account could you access it. There was a TV in one of the bedrooms on the second floor with HD antenna and DVD. We brought our fire stick from home so the kids were entertained in the evening for the most part. We were gone most of the day and the central air would shut off so it would be 80-85 degrees when we would get back in the evening. We were mostly using the place to sleep. We had rented a large SUV and unfortunately due to the location of the garage we were unable to park in the garage. There are two visitor parking spots and it is a first come first serve basis. For the most part we had a place to park except one day we had to park on the street and wait until a visitor spot opened. This was a last minute rental due to our original rental fell through 7 days before our trip. I gave 4 stars due to host advertised $71 but made adjustments and it was much more then advertised. We rented the place due to location. Overall it was a nice place and in a good location.

Nice place, great location
This is a nice, homey townhome in a secluded spot easily accessible to all the fun in historic Ogden. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted/needed to go. Our host was responsive, flexible and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great place close to everything in downtown Ogden
We stayed here for a few days with friends, and it was a great location. Walking distance to everything in downtown Ogden (coffee shops right around the corner, and awesome food, too!), and easy access to the highway for other adventures. The 2 main bedrooms were of a gracious size, and the loft upstairs was a nice place for additional sleepers. Very happy that no one was stuck sleeping on a pull-out couch in a common area! Just like it says, parking is scant, so limit the number of vehicles or plan to park on the streets outside of the townhome complex.
We'll definitely keep this at the top of the list for the next trip to Utah!

Great value, lots of bedrooms, amazing location.
With a short walkway to 25th street you can’t beat the location. Hop in the car and you have a 30 minute drive to snowbasin and powder. Bottom floor has a small kitchen and living room but we fit 8 people comfortably for breakfast and watching march madness. WiFi works well, nice surround sound speakers connected to the radio but the tv only had about 10-15 channels. Top two floors are all bedrooms. Great value, kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed, and garage at back was great for all the wet skis and snowboards after a long day. It’s to small to fit a truck (f150 and ram) but might fit a sedan or small suv. There are only two visitor spots for the whole apartment complex but if you are skiing all day, you can park on historic 25th street between 9am-6pm with two hour free parking and the walk is only a minute or two back home. Good value house, id definitely look at going back if we are traveling to Utah.

GREAT location. Walk to many restaurants and close to skiing. Great price.
Take your own soap/body wash. Was one bar of unopened soap plus 2 bars of used soap. Suggest replacing furniture in LR. Had difficulty with combination to gates (was a # sign at beginning of codes, use only the numbers), called landlord with no response. Neighbor helped us out.
Great place for active getaway. Would stay there again. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Deal
Overall great place to stay on a budget. Plenty of room for sleeping, we had two families with total of 6 children. Great location, walking to restaurants and shops, 30 minutes from slopes. Communication with the owner could have been better, we did not receive checkin information until the last minute after several attempts to contact him. Once we arrived we had the wrong code for gate, good thing another owner was there to let us in since we didn’t hear back from the owner for 5 hours.

Location
The property is dated but functional. It is in the center of the older part of town with plenty of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and the ambiance of the older part of Ogden..

Perfectly located. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful mountain view.
Very close to Ogden downtown. All major attractions within walking distance. Quiet surroundings. Perfect place to stay when in Ogden.

Clean and neat
The townhouse was neat and clean, but we were given the wrong code for the entrance gate and had to find one of the other residents to get the correct code. We also had no hot water for the last couple of days of our stay.

Very Convenient Location
The location is great. We walked a block or two to dinner every night. We (5 adult men) stayed here very comfortably for a 4 day ski trip at Powder Mountain. The drive to the mountain was gorgeous. The furnishings are basic but adequate. The garage is big enough to fit a GMC Yukon. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We won't hesitate to come back again.
