Pamala was very attentive and responded very quickly. My family and I were pleased with the location and had a great time.

Location at this home was outstanding. Beautiful lake front views with direct boat access made this such a memorable trip with my family. The commute from Westview to Lake George Village was great and there is a small convenient store right down the road in case we needed anything. Queensbury wasn’t too far either which allowed us to get any other products we needed for our stay. There was space provided to dock our boat. There were also lake toys provided which my niece and nephew enjoyed.
However there were a few things not to our liking which is why we gave Westview 3 out of 5 stars.
There was no ac provided which was fine but some of the fans in the units were not working. My parents had a hard time sleeping because of the heat. When it does get warm the units get very hot and it is very hard to get a good night’s rest. I had to purchase portable ac units to help cool the home. There were also ants and cobwebs in the units which we needed to clean. The owner was able to send an exterminator to provide us traps to get rid of the ants which was good but they kept coming.
Some of the sheets provided seemed old and not too clean. I also think they need to update the pictures in the listing because it appears that towels are provided when none are. My family in the boathouse found a hole in the floor by the washer which allowed a mouse to get into the unit. Again, the owner was very communicative stating she would be getting an exterminator right away.

It is hard to find properties in this price range that can handle 15 people. Main house, apartment and boat house all clean and well stocked. The house is historic and old. It is not Ritz level luxury but it has great accommodations and a good spot on the lake. We didn't do any boating, but if you have a boat it is a good setup. Owner checked in with us and was very gracious. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Westview! The property was very spacious and comfortably fit my large group of 16. The sights and dock were stunning. Pamela was very easy to reach and very helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

Went with a group of friends to fish and enjoy Lake George. The House is a great place to rest your head, but the Lake House is where its at. Plenty of room for 8 of us to relax, play games and enjoy the views. Great for docking the boats, and the hang out area at lake level is icing on the cake.

We have been going to Lake George since my kids were little bc of my husbands side of the family. It was always too rustic for me but learned to love it bc the kids did. I was so impressed with cleanliness, the kitchen was equipped, tons of storage, the VIEWS are MAGNIFICENT!!!

Great property and location. All in all a very good experience and we will be returning.

The property was great for a large group. I would caution that the dock becomes extremely slippery when wet and the stairs down to the water may be difficult for elderly travelers. Otherwise it was perfect for our family and we enjoyed many beautiful evenings cooking out over the water and enjoying great sunsets. Pamela was very responsive to any issues and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We want to thank our host, Pam, for such a wonderful week at Westview. Our entire Family grandchildren, adult children and grandparents had such a fun time and a great weather week! The location was perfect and close to everything. The 3 homes accommodated everyone very well. Thank you again.

I actually give this property a 4.5. It was ideal for my family group having three separate living quarters. We had two toddlers and a one year old so the accommodations made it possible for naps and bedtimes that weren’t affected by the noise of others in the group who could come down to the boathouse and interact without fear of waking the young ones. The house itself is dated but it suited our needs, the boathouse was really great with a panoramic view of the lake. The dock was a great place to fish or swim from. The house is in a residential neighborhood and very quiet. We were able to take walks and ride bikes in the neighborhood without much traffic, there is a general store about a mile and a half down the road. Lake George Village is a 10-15 minute drive away and some in the group went into Glens Falls and Saratoga Springs which are short distances away. There are some things to be aware of, the shower water pressure is not very strong, the steps to the boathouse are very steep so younger children and older adults could experience problems going up and down. There was also some problems with the cable and internet at the boathouse but there had been a couple of bad storms which could have contributed to this glitch. All in all the whole experience was a positive one, it was the first time in 2 years that we were together and we were as a group very happy with the property. If you have a large group with diverse ages this is an ideal venue for your family to stay at.

We loved our stay on the Lake! The units were perfect for our ever-growing family …neat, clean with ample living spaces and privacy. Pam is accessible, courteous and accommodating . The location is wonderful and the bay is superb for swimming, floating kayaking and boating of all kinds! We will be returning !

What a wonderful property on the lake! Pamela, the owner, was amazing. Easy to get a hold of and super helpful! Houses were great for our large group!

First off, Pam was amazing with her communication and being accommodating. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with! As for the property, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had 13 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms in the four bed house were just the right size and has a nice screened in porch. The two bedroom cottage is right off the main house and has its own deck looking over the water. The boathouse was the best part, awesome open room overlooking the water, full kitchen, nice bedroom and full bath. Underneath the boathouse is a covered area, perfect for playing cornhole and the fishing was amazing. Unfortunately Mother Nature wasn’t cooperating but we still had an unbelievable time in this awesome property. Highly recommend!

While the main house is a little dated it really didn’t matter, We’ve been going to lake George since we were children and this was one of the best properties that we’ve been on. The view was unmatched and the ease of check was perfect.

Having 3 separate units on one lakefront property provided both privacy and intimacy. Watching the sunsets at night w/ extended family after a great meal on the outdoor grill was priceless. Room for both our boat and Sea-Doo. We’ll be back :-)
