Situated in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Glenwood Springs, this comfortable home makes a fantastic home base for a memorable family getaway! Conveniently located across from the Roaring Fork River and the Rio Grande Trail, this home is within a short walk or bike ride to the downtown core's excellent restaurants, unique shops, hot springs pools and live entertainment and near excellent fly fishing and biking and hiking trails. World class skiing at the resorts of Aspen, Snowmass and Vail are all within a short drive!
PLEASE NOTE: There is a private unit that the owner's occupy on a very part-time basis that is attached to the home however there are no shared spaces.

THE SPACE
This two level home features a nicely appointed living room with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eat-in kitchen, and four comfortably furnished bedrooms.
The main level features the master bedroom and a guest bedroom with a queen murphy bed that quickly converts into a game room equipped with a card table. This bright room opens up onto a private deck with a seating area.
The lower level features two additional guest bedrooms, one of which is a spacious, two room suite with 2 queen beds and the other has a queen bed.
After an adventurous day of exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, gather with family or friends for a fun filled night of games, relax on the back deck with a glass of wine or take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful views along the Rio Grande river trail.

We found 3 brown recluse spiders in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Pincher bugs daddy long legs and fire ants in the kitchen. Very outdated furniture and it definitely needs painted inside and out! And needs pest sprayed immediately! This house should never have been on the site. I was so embarrassed and mad about the spiders! Luckily no one was bitten! I am waiting for the management company to review all my claims.

This home is very clean with plenty of room for the whole family. It’s 5 minutes from downtown Main Street where you can park and walk all the shops and restaurants. Great central location, 5-15 minutes from all the activities you want to do in Glenwood Springs. Came here on a trip to to start a new family tradition of siblings getting together once a year. Will definitely stay here again next year!

We came in to town for the high school state champs bike race and stayed with friends in the house. It was a great space for the 8 of us. Plenty of beds and the hang out area in the living room and kitchen was great for us. Would stay here again

Easy communication with management company and great location for all things in Glenwood Springs. The house is older, and bathrooms are dated, but everything was spotless upon arrival. It was a nice size for five ladies to each have their own bedroom and decent-sized living space and the neighborhood is quiet.

The house was very comfortable and quiet for the 5 of us. The beds were very comfortable. There were issues with management of the property...we didn't have washclothes the first day until I opened the dryer and it was full of towels and washclothes. The bathroom rugs were pretty dirty and there was not laundry soap to wash them. We had to go looking for dishwasher soap AND there were 3 rolls of toilet paper! The lock on the patio door is broken although there is a stick in it. It does seem like the Management Company isn't thoroughly following through on it's job. There was no bathmat in the tub, although we bought one and the Mgmt Company said they would reimburse me for that.

I stayed here with my sister and four children total. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and it was a great layout for relaxing in the evening. Overall we felt the property, location, and amenities were great! The only slight problem we had was that the dining room table was too tall for the chairs. This was especially difficult for the children but also as adults we felt a little uncomfortable. We loved that there was a half-door at the top of the stairs since we had two toddlers with us. The bigger kids loved having the large room downstairs with the tv. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cook wear. Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

We were a family of 8 staying in the house. The house was ok for the purpose.

Beware that this is owned/managed by Keylink and not a private owner. We had a group of 10 people and the property is listed at sleeping capacity of 8. We asked for permission to have two additional people stay and they would be ok sleeping on the floor. Keylink refused and instead try to push us to renting an additional property. We discovered that the house we did rent had a sleeping capacity of at least 10 and could have easily handled the additional 2 people. All they really wanted is to get more money from us. Further, they then stated that at no time could we have more than 8 people, they had camera surveillance and would fine us $500 for each violation . We had planned on having a BBQ with all 10 of us, but now we couldn't even do that. Very disappointed. I've never had issues when working with private owners to help us to meet our requests so as to optimize our vacation experience. If I have a choice, I won't use a Keylink property again.

We were unaware that the owner/property manager was actually home while we stayed at the VRBO. It was a small room actually attached to the left side of the house. A little uncomfortable comes to mind. We did not hear them but it felt weird.

But....it felt like going back to college with beer cans in the yard, light bulbs burned out, someone forgot to buy dishwasher soap, crusties on the cooking utensils, ratty furniture (the green chairs look great in the photo) and bathroom sinks that didn't work properly. The description of the property said air conditioning, it was air conditioned, on the main floor but not in the basement. Box fans were provided to circulate air but those were extremely noisy and again, reminded me of college days where we rented apartments w/o AC and suffered with the noise and heat. I can't recommend this property unless maybe you really are in college.

This property had everything we needed to rest and be together as we enjoyed some skiing, shopping, and hot springs. There were 8 of us (6 preteens/teens) and everyone was so happy with the space downstairs and the big living room and kitchen upstairs. The location and neighborhood were excellent for some walks to the river and the grocery store. So accessible for downtown Glenwood springs and peaceful overall. Thank you for letting us stay in your great house!

The beds were comfortable and plentiful! It has a nice backyard area. My only feedback is that the weatherstripping on the front door needs to be replaced. It got pretty windy one night and it made a loud whistling abound through the door. Also the Nest had a mind of its own and it would crank up the heat at night so the bedrooms were too warm for my liking. Cool house though! We would definitely stay there again and may since our kids and grandchildren live there now!
