Aloha. Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Maui Vista searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us. Mark and Pam

Dynamite rates on a Dynamite Maui Vista remodeled ground floor pool front unit. Owners finished an extensive kitchen, living, bedroom & bathroom remodel. Ground floor unit in the much desired building #1 - walks right out to pool (no parking lot view from our unit) or 200 actual steps from your poolside lanai to Charley Young beach. New appliances, hickory cabinets, solid granite counters, glass tiled back splash, custom made matching hickory fold down 'KING' Murphy Wall bed and a well endowed 70 inch wall mounted smart HDTV. Yep...It's a 'BIGGEE' but I've been on Maui when it's rained non stop. Might as well have a little luxury if you're trapped inside. Besides it's so big & swivels you can see it from the lanai....probably the pool....heck, maybe even the beach! This is the ultimate snow bird or family unit.

Recent upgrades:
*New high end Cal King mattress in bedroom.
*Keyless Coded Door Entry. Your very own private code.
*Central A/C-Top of the line Mitsubishi.
* New Double Hung Double Pane Windows and Lanai Slider - Living area and Bedroom - the noisy slotted windows are history!
*The custom made King wall bed also allows for a thicker quality mattress (new 1/2023) than the normal smaller murphy beds and absolutely blows away hide a beds.

Perfect location right across the street from the beach. Very well outfitted with folding beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Absolutely excellent value!

We enjoyed this condo while visiting family for 2 weeks in June. For us, the most excellent qualities of this home were the comfortable beds (including the Murphy bed!), the air conditioning in the living room AND bedroom, the location (especially being in bldg 1), the ground floor lanai and short walk to the pool and beach! We also used the beach chairs and umbrellas just about every day. There were also several ice chests. The grounds of the entire property were very well maintained and parking was never a problem. BBQs worked well and are very close to the condo. The owner always responded almost immediately whenever we communicated with him. We had a problem getting the cable TV to work and it's an older smart TV so we were unable to add new apps to it to watch anything else. But it was nice to "check out" from TV while we were on Maui. There's a musty smell in the bedroom (maybe from the wooden furniture that got damp?) and not a lot of toiletries provided but the positives by far outweigh any slight negative we may have experienced. We inquired about staying here again in October but it's booked and we have an extra person so we were able to book a 2-bedroom in the same building. We've stayed at several different condos in Kihei and finally decided Maui Vista has the best location for us. I would recommend this to any family of 4 that can get away with 1 bathroom. As mentioned, the Murphy bed is great and so much better than a pull out couch.

Easy walk to different restaurants and the beach. Plenty of grocery stores available. Quiet clean. All kitchen stuff you could need is there. Lots of beach items. Excellent having a walkout to the private patio.

The property delivered everything that it promised! The property was quiet, clean, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was ideally located to the beaches and surrounding shops. Hosts were very welcoming and clearly take pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.

Perfect location between the hustle and bustle of the main areas. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. Great home base to explore different parts of the island. Rental had everything we needed and more.

Mark (host) was incredibly responsive, helpful, and fair. We had a couple hiccups come up on our trip (out of his control), but Mark did everything he could to mitigate and resolve them. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and the perfect landing pad for a family vacation in Maui. We especially appreciated the king size murphy bed (infinitely better than a back breaking pull out couch), easy first floor access (no stairs, no worrying about heights w our toddler running around the outdoor patio), and the amazing location (steps from Charley Young Beach, central location walkable to our favorite restaurants along S Kihei Rd, 10 min drive to Wailea shops/amenities).

We had a great week long stay here. Perfect location near a fantastic beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. This is our second time staying in this unit and it was just as great as we remembered. Owners are super communicative. Can’t wait to make another trip! Thank you!

If you don’t choose this condo to stay in you are making the wrong choice. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and anything you would need is already there. Feels like home. The AC in the bedroom and in the living room make it very comfortable. All the beach gear you would want and the most beautiful beach right across the street to use it at! The host is amazing at communicating quickly, and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. An easy walk across the street to a gorgeous beach with good swimming and many honu (turtles). The condo was super comfortable, and even though it’s by the pool, it’s still private with grass and bushes between you & the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was heated which was very nice. Oh! The big TV was a plus! Mark, the owner answers any question quick and easy. Mahalo for a great stay!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. All amenities were there. No coffee or tea though. The apartment's bathroom sink was not draining well but the host was very attentive and gracious about fixing the issue. Location is great. Lot of restaurants close by and beach too. Beautiful property, check in was simple. Communication was great. This place is well taken care of and quiet. It’s within walking distance to the beach (across the street) and plenty of food or activities . Pool is right outside your back door. All amenities as listed including beach chairs, towels books and let’s not forget the 70” t.v. I would 10/10 recommend this condo for your stay.

We love walking the beach…and this location is perfect! We loved watching surfers, sand castle building, family gatherings, fishing…hearing the laughter of children…but best of all watching the turtles swimming! Paradise for sure! The complex is very well cared for…pool & tennis court were close by! It is nicely stocked with almost anything you need! In either direction a short walk away are…wonderful restaurants…Ami Ami offers an excellent menu! Maui Thai Bistro…so good! We tried Shaved ice and Açai bowls…The Cinnamon Roll Place…yummy! Foodland for groceries and a great selection of Food Trucks is close by too! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Mark and Pam provided a beautiful condo in an amazing location for us to enjoy. We managed to sleep 4 adult size people and cook 2 meals a day easily. We spent many hours across the street at Charley Young and then more time in the pool. We crashed hard every night in the super comfortable beds. Every morning we had local coffee on the lanai and then used the beach towels, beach bags, and chairs provided to hit the sand. We didn't get a chance to use the grill outside in the common area but will plan for it next time. Plenty of comfy seating in the evening at the bar for a quick bite or to put our feet up and watch a movie. We had one small appliance issue and Mark was quick to respond and it was resolved in just a few hours! Our girls now consider Charley Young their beach and are dreaming of a day they can move to Maui and live in a condo like this one! Mahalo!

My family of four just stayed in the condo and we had an epic vacation. The unit is conveniently located, with pool just outside of the back and the grills right outside of the front. Charley Young Beach is right across the street and a ton of food choices that are just as close. It’s also only 25 minutes away from the airport. We visited tons of beaches and natural attractions, and the location of the condo was super convenient. We would love to come back soon, hopefully during the winter next time. We loved our stay in Maui.
