We loved the location and we come again.

The screen door ever time we want to good on the veranda we try to open it and it comes off the rail and it got holes on the screen and cockroaches comes in. And the blinds couldn’t put it up or dawn. The screens in the bathroom and toilet you couldn’t see through them with the dirt on them. We complained and nothing was done about it.

Absolutely terrible - we had to request a transfer to another property as it was not hospitable.

the view is amazing - key collection was wonderful - although had trouble getting into the property

we were eaten alive by bugs - not hospitable - needs to be fumigated. most things needed to be repaired - could not use bathtub with kids as ceramic soap holder was broken and sharp - no other shower to use, the sliding door was off its hinges and could not leave the glass door open to let air inside in fear of even more bugs entering the premise, the toilet needs a plumber to come and look at it and the cistern - honestly the list goes on and on, the property has a musty / moldy smell - honestly the property should not be rented out to anyone until they fix the place up. plates and cups were dirty and broken / chipped. place was not clean at all. bedding smelt of urine. thick dust everywhere - never seen anything like it before - it was so thick you cannot see out of the fly screens.

Very disappointing, it should have been a memorable 30th Wedding Anniversary.

The view and location was the only good thing about our Anniversary stay.

There was no heating (it was cold) messaged the number left for after hours issues and we had no reply for the whole of our stay, we had to go to the club at night to stay warm then came back straight to bed. On the 2nd day the TV antenna stopped working and again no help. So no TV and no heating had to go to the club. Even on the Monday after we had left no replies to messages we had left. There was some mould in shower grout. There was a slight sewerage smell coming from the toilet so we had to keep the door closed. There was an air-freshener and a diffuser but they were both empty. One light in bathroom was broken the lightbulb needed changing. No complimentary toiletries to get you started like you always find where ever you go. No toilet paper, rubbish bag. There was no bedside tables and a spot light as a bedside light. In your website it states as air-conditioning available but there was none. In Bookings.com website it says "Free private parking - accessible parking" there isn't. Should I go on! I deserve a refund or partial refund.

For women in there 60th it was very very cold and there was no heater we were very very cold every night

It was close to everything and the place was clean with and beautiful views

TV and fan didn’t work - very uncomfortable stay as the apartment was not cleaned properly

Above all great stay very comfortable would recommend for anybody thank you

Location was perfect the apartment was very comfortable

Windows were not clean upon arrival would’ve been nice if they were nice and clear to see the beautiful view

Location and view is so good. Just wake up to the sunset.

There was no Toilet tissues or toiletries. It was inconvenient for us to search coles to buy the toilet tissues when we arrived there.

The location was great!!!! The rooms were great. Plenty of space. Short walk to the Entrance

Position was directly opposite the beach. Perfect for what we wanted - not too far from the main strip but far enough away to have some privacy and quiet.

No spare toilet paper and the roll that was available had less than half left on the roll. It would have been nice to have just 1 spare roll The shower had the soap dish broken - it looks like it has been broken for some time. No coffee or milk on arrival - only had tea bags. Not sure if I am being too picky, but it is something that I thought would be available no matter what type of accomodation it was
