Todas as comodidades do apartamento são excelentes, e é de realçar a simpatia do senhor Paulo durante a estadia
A humidade na sala. Mas é compreensível dada a idade da casa.

the property is well located in the old town, next to the tram 28 line. there are some restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance, also a shop just downstairs. the apartment was clean and ok for 2 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights, but not for a longer stay.
The smell of humidity was very strong, also couldn’t the windows stay open at night because of the noise of the tram line. there was a washing machine, but nothing to hang the clothes for drying. the kitchen is poorly equipped, not even soup plates for 4 people.

The host was very helpful.
The apartment is very spacious, clean and chic, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed ourselves.
A little discomfort in the morning was the tram that passes under the balcony, but it has its own special charm.

Large (I mean very big) , nicely refurbished apartment. Very close to railway and metro stations. Even closer to touristic attractions. All appliances were fully functional.

We loved the place, spaceous, all you need, super nice host, tram under the balcony is great experience!
The only thing that was disturbing was many many dead ant-flies all around the appartment, especially the kitchen. They also kept comming so cooking was very uncomfortable and not very higienic. Not sure if that happens often or we just had bad luck. We kept windows closed at all times, so I don't know where they came from.

Great location and fabulous decor
4.0 / 5.0
The apartment was large - separate kitchen, dining, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom.
Nothing really. There are ongoing renovations outside in the stairwell which is quite old - but I guess you must expect this in an older European apartment.

The apartment was really big, much bigger than what we expected.
The location was great as well: right in the middle of the lively Alfama neighborhood.
Our kids actively looked for the ugliest front door of Lisbon when they had to spot the entrance of the apartment. That was quite an epic quest as well.
The sofabed in the living room was really narrow. Our 10- and 12-year-old did not fit in. So one of them slept on the ground, on a makeshift mattress of duvets. Luckily there were many of those.
The smell of the apartment, and especially most the cupboards was a bit mouldy. Not much could be done about that I guess, the building itself is really old, although the apartment has been beautifully renovated.

Nice apt, pretty new and very big for two person. great location
the neighbour. I know it’s not the owner fault but ppl upstairs come back home at 5 am making lot of noises

Spacious nicely renovated property. The balcony overlooking the street with the trams. The location.
The hallway and the staircase, but not to the owner's fault as the property is still under renovation.

Great location in the city old town district, next to the street where the famous 28 tram drives. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable except the bed located in the leaving room. For children's is ok but if you travel with friends and there are 4 of you it may be a bit problematic to choose who sleeps in the bedroom and who in the leaving room ;)

The casa was centrally located in Alfama, right in the heart of the old district. The apartment itself has everything you need and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious, bright, clean, with all you can possibly need during your stay.
Paulo, our host, was exceptional, always available and with a great disposition.
This comment only reflects our personal preference…although in the heart of beautiful Alfama, we would have preferred an apartment on a less busy street.

Paulo is lovely. Very informative, responses quickly and helpful. Nice to have washer/dryer.
Infested with mold. 🤢 Everywhere you look - every piece of wicker decor, wooden flowers and antique hutch in dining area needs to go. Had to buy allergy pills and leave windows open to make it through our stay.
Entrance is creepy and in desperate need of repair. No lighting when leaving the apartment just upon entry at main door.

The host picked us up at the airport and was always helpful and ready to provide advice.
The appartment was situated in a romantic area, we absolutely loved historical and picturesque streets as well as the tram line just below the windows. The appartment was super clean, modern and large.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Lisbon next to the iconic tram line. It is as if we were staying in a postcard. It is spacious, with good quality facilities, very good bed. The host met us at the train station on our arrival to Lisbon, gave us a lift to the apartment which was very helpful as we had a lot of luggage - it would have been so hard to drag them along the steep Lisbon streets! There were generous supply of coffee and tea, and paper towels etc.
The layout of the apartment was a bit odd - bedroom was in the centre without windows, but we got used to it eventually. The whole apartment was rather dark. My problem was the smell - there were many artificial air fresheners, I suspect it was to cover smells from perhaps old drainage (especially bathroom sink smelled stale water) and also other smells being in a old and not fully renovated building. The floor was dusty too. The decor was a bit over the top with too much rusty finish to our taste. Lighting was harsh with cold colour LED lights - we kept the light minimum and used tea candles. Wifi was very slow.

Lovely atmospheric place in a great area - very clean with a fantastic bed. The tram is so close you could touch it but the noise doesn’t bother you - after it has been past a few times it feels like an old friend! Paulo was very friendly and helpful and waited a long time at the airport for us when we were delayed by a customs strike.
Nothing at all

Great location and stylish, well-equipped apartment. Paulo picked us up at the airport and walked us through the apartment upon arrival and met us hours after check out to drop us off at the airport. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Friendly and nice host, welcome drink, location, apartment size (really big).
Stairs are not renowated, and it can be dark in hallway, but this is typical for old buildings. Apartmant is in excellent state.

I would call this apartment a" diamond in the rough". located in an old block our apartment was excellent. Large , beautifully renovated and close to great restaurants.
The entrance and stairs to the property/ apartment need to be renovated and made safer.
