About this apartment rental

Springs Towers has been a favorite for vacationers to the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach for years... the property is a boutique style 54 unit building located on the oceanfront with 2 elevators, fitness room, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The property has a private board walk that walks you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are grills and picnic tables and great beachside ambience. Springs Towers 105 was gutted and completly renovated in 2017... all new kitchen cabinets, granite, vanities, paint, tile, carpet, and most furnishings. After this season the owner has blocked the rentals until June 2018 to finish the renovations in this condo. This is an exceptional rental unit! FREE Wifi

Cherry Grove itself has been a family destination since the 1930s when a day at the beach meant coming to one of the several bath houses that offered shelter and showers from the sun.... it was not until the 40s that you started to see motels to arise.... there had been beach cottages in other nearby areas since the 1920s. Unit rating is comfortable and well maintained.

The appeal of the unit and the property is that it is just a block south of main street. Cherry Grove, walking distance to Boulineaus (IGA), ice cream shops, pizza joints, Snooky's Oceanfront, The Shack, The Twisted Penguin, Benny Rappa "The Italian Fisherman", along with miniature golf and arcades all with in walking distance.. Just a little further up the road in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach (2 miles away) is the Ocean Drive Pavilion! It is on the oceanfront and family friendly..... Ocean Drive is very retro and feels like you have gone back in time to the 60's and not to forget the many Shag clubs playing 50's beach music and an ice cold beer! Main Street in OD is alive with shops for jewelry, clothing, beachwear, home décor and many other venues.

Over all this is a great place, we would stay there again. Easy to unload and reload your vehicle, plenty of parking, walk from the balcony right to the pool. The mattress is extra firm, which can be a blessing or a curse.

This was an awesome condo, convenient and really close to beach access. Plenty of grocery and food options within walking distance! The beds and accent chairs were not the most comfortable, and we found some food under the edge of the bed, but other then that it was a great place to stay! We will book this condo again!

The king bed in the master with patio access was miserable to sleep on. The sofa bed mattress had exposed springs and was not able to accommodate 2 people. They had to sleep on the couch and Loveseat also not comfortable. When we arrived we found empty liquor bottles in the drawers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were referred to the condo by a friend would we were traveling with. We had never been there before and now won't go back. We were mandatory evacuated after 2 days of our 8 day stay because of a hurricane. We had no other choice but to leave. When asked for money back they offered barely one night's stay. The other family that stayed there in the same building but through another reality company got all their money back. If you want true customer service I wouldn't stay with this realty company.

Our family enjoyed our stay, our only complaint is parking is across the street. So you either have to wait for others to move from the load/unload area, because it only holds two cars or you have to take all of your stuff across the street. TIP: If the dishwasher isn't working, it's not broke, there is a light switch near the sink to turn on power to it.

We loved staying at this unit. Being right at the pool and beach was super nice. We were afraid being on the first floor we would not be able to see the beach but you could still see it perfectly. The updates to this unit were very nice. The only downsides we had were the unit would feel really humid at times (even when doors had been shut for a long time.) It might need a dehumidifier. The beds were not that comfortable and really hard. Other than that we enjoyed the stay tremendously and would enjoy stay there again.
