About this house rental

An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. We so enjoyed this house! Perfect spot next to the beach. Amazing pool and the homeowners were so accommodating, even brought over a thermometer when our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend.

There is a reason this property is rated exceptional. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful and all communication with the owner was easy and quick. The home is as described with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach and pool toys. My grandkids loved it all!

Family and friends stay for the Blue Angels Airshow, could not ask for anything more. This home is in a perfect location. The house is immaculate in all aspects, cleanliness, amenities, views, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, umbrellas, bikes, cornhole, outdoor grill - just everything with all less than a minute walk across the street to the beach. We prepared a lot of food, had everything we needed. Elizabeth answered our few questions immediately and is a super approachable host. We will most definitely be back.10+

Property was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is very close by. The pool was amazing and the closet stocked with all of your beach supplies was outstanding. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft which makes it difficult to hide any noise from downstairs and visa versa. Bunk room is very small.

We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for 9 years now and have stayed at many different places (from condos to homes). This is by far the best one yet! Completely stocked with anything you need for beach, pool, or fun. Kitchen had great (AND CLEAN) appliances, pans, plenty of plates, cups, utensils. Location to the public access point was great. Views were spectacular and owners truly cared about our stay keeping in touch from booking through the visit. This is the only place we will stay moving forward!

We loved this property. We use VRBO a lot and Elizabeth was by far the best host we’ve ever had. She was quick to respond to our questions and addressed the one minor issue we had. The house was clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We went here with friends and kids for our spring break and had an amazing time. This place was large and roomy to accommodate all of us comfortable. Having the option of a heated pool was a game changer and being so close to the beach was perfect. If you forgot something at the house, it was literally a 3 min way back to grab it and head back to the beach!

My spouse and our two dogs had an amazing time at this well located, well appointed beach house! We were directly across the street from the gulf and there are clear, unobstructed views of the gulf from the living areas including the master bedroom. The fenced, enclosed back yard has a gorgeous, heated swimming pool and an area where your dog(s) can do their business (please pick up). There are bicycles and boogie boards for your entertainment. You are extremely close to all Pensacola’s restaurants. We particularly liked Red Fish Blue Fish and The Grand Marlin. Also you are 10-15 minutes from Pensacola Beach’s two designated dog beaches. However, we found that the best thing to do with the dogs is to park in a beach parking lot and hike across the dunes to the bay side, where you will see virtually no one and have beautiful bay beaches to allow your dogs off leash (see the Dunes Trail Trailhead.) While the trail runs along the road, we recommend that you hike across the dunes, towards the bay. Finally the home’s owner, Elizabeth is a truly kind and thoughtful person! She was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful, beach home! You will not be disappointed!

This is an amazing beach house in a wonderful location. It is very well equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. The pool and decks are lovely places to relax. The house was very well maintained and beautifully clean. Would highly recommend this property

We loved staying here to celebrate my Moms birthday! It was so clean and close the beach. There was plenty of room amd the house is awesome. The owners turned the heat on for the pool, so nice. They were able to accommodate all of our needs. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach and have stayed on this same street several times. We’ve stayed in larger homes in the area but this time it was just our family (four people) so we didn’t need a huge house. This was perfect for us. The back yard and pool are awesome and look to have been updated recently. The beach access is just two houses away so it’s super easy to get to the beach. The house is well stocked with beach stuff. A great wagon, plenty of chairs and beach toys. The beach and pool are certainly the highlights of the property. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of dining space and nice furniture inside. This was perfect for our needs and we’ll definitely stay here again if we head back down with a smaller group.

This house is truly amazing and well-appointed! The host is very accommodating and she has every single thing you will need for the beach to make your vacation spectacular. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful, and the pool itself is a great plus, that and being just a short walk to the private beach made our whole vacation! I didn't want to leave this beautiful house or area!

From the moment we arrived, my family and I loved it. It was a comfortable home with all the necessities that we needed and much more. My experience with the owners was excellent, they answered my questions quickly and I actually met with one of the owners, Elizabeth, and she was soo sweet. This beach house might be one of the best i've ever stayed at. Its beautifully done, the pool is great. The grill worked perfectly. The amount of floats, chairs, beach stuff is the most i've ever seen at a renteal. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that i wish was different was more privacy in the master suite. Although it worked for us with young kids that go to bed early, the lack of doors, or walls could severely limit a group with older kids or multiiple families staying together. Also wasn't a fan of the saloon doors on the toilet room in the master bathroom. But overall, a great place with a great location!

We had an amazing stay! The house was VERY clean, very comfortable and relaxing with wonderful views. The beach is just steps away. The beds were great and all bedrooms had televisions. The kitchen was very well supplied. The pool was incredible, especially at night with the fire pit going! We could not believe how well appointed this house was with “extras”. Quite a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, floats, pool noodles, games, skim board, boogie board, paddle board, surf board, bicycles in all sizes, helmets and more… they have thought of everything! The host was excellent. Elizabeth could not have been more thoughtful, kind and accommodating!! Quickly responding to all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful stay.

Property owner/manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - including a brand new crockpot, suggesting/offering to heat the pool, having the house ready/cleaned for an early check in etc! The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and beachhouse amenities (cornhole game, bikes, pool floats etc). The heated pool was a lifesaver due to cold Easter weekend temps…wish we had brought our portable outdoor fire pit (perhaps add to the amenities shed?!?). We loved the covered balconies facing the beach/Gulf. As a long term suggestion - convert the master on the third level from a loft to a true bedroom with walls & a door. A regular door to the water closet on the third level full bath and door to the bathroom area would help in the meantime. Me and my husband opted for the king on the second/main level for privacy/sound reasons but our son and his friends loved having the top to themselves! Thanks for a great trip!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Super easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We had two families and had plenty of room in the house. The bikes and beach accessories were an amazing surprise, everything we could possibly need for fun days at the beach. We would love to come back for another trip!

A+ VRBO rental!! Only one small issue that was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this house for anyone that has a pet . Fenced in back yard/ pool area with gates on decks in front and back to keep Fido corralled. Beds were very comfortable and all amenities were above average.

We had a wonderful trip all my wife wanted for our 25th wedding anniversary was to have all her children together for Christmas. Wow we picked the coldest Christmas and New Year’s in 30 years this house was so well appointed and the hosts were so accommodating and we could not have had a better trip unless of course it was 80° :) Such a beautiful home and such a beautiful place with such understanding and accommodating hosts made this our best family Christmas ever.

We stayed at the property for the Snowball Derby. The property manager was extremely helpful, and the house was fully equipped to meet all our needs. I have stayed at many VRBO's before and this one checked all the boxes. The pool was perfect, along with the barbeque and firepit. The house has awesome views of the the ocean along with a 60 second walk to the beach from the house. We cant wait to go back there next year.
