Experience your Colorado vacation in our beautifully updated, creekside condo in the heart of Summit County.
Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home features granite counters, hickory cabinets and a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a brand new king mattress and a very large closet. The 2nd bedroom will sleep 4 in a custom made queen over queen bunk bed.
Imagine waking up and stepping onto the deck to get a wonderful breath of that fresh mountain air as you watch and listen to Ten Mile Creek only steps away. We are situated one block from Main Street - at the quiet end! You will feel as if you have the peace and privacy that you so deserve on your vacation.
Once you are refreshed you can enjoy any of the amazing activities that Summit County has to offer. As mentioned, our condo is one block from Main Street where you can dine at a nice variety of restaurants, wet your whistle at the local bars and taverns, and shop at Frisco's unique shops and boutiques. The free shuttle is only a 2 minute walk from the front door if you want to get out and explore more of Summit County; we are the last stop before Copper Mountain! Have your own car? There is plenty of parking outside the front door. Bring your bicycles? We are only 1 block from the bike path where you can ride to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge or across majestic Lake Dillon (and even put your bike on the water taxi to get back home).

We loved our stay at this condo! It definitely was a cozy retreat just steps from Ten Mile Creek. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this condo to our friends and family. We have been going to Frisco for summer vacation now for 10+ years and still find new things to do and really enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of Frisco. Can't wait until our next trip!

Definitely cozy and creekside! Cottage was perfect for family of four, Frisco is a nice town. We ate out one night at tavern west which was very good, and cooked one night and enjoyed the house. Copper mtn 10 easy minutes away, but suggestion if you are lucky enough to get a weekend powder day, leave early to beat the traffic, I'd suggest leaving at 7 or shortly after. Sheryl the owner was great with communications and clear instructions for check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I were up for the Leadville bike race, the property was a perfect location to get to Leadville. Clean, quiet, roomy, and the babbling brook off the porch was relaxing after a hard day on the trails. We got a buckle!!

Our goal was to sit by the creek, listen to the rushing waters, watch the birds, ponder, pray, journal....and this VRBO facilitated us well! Extremely responsive hostess, well equipped condo, close promimity for tons of activities, dining, shopping, etc. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in! Hope to return asap.

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for us and our two children with room to spread out. The best part was the view of the river right outside the back door. My husband and son loved being able to fish just a few steps from the back porch. It was right off the highway but super close to Main St and we walked several times downtown instead of driving. We loved this little piece of mountain paradise and would definitely stay here again, we we’re definitely sad to leave!

Wonderful place. Creek side location was fantastic and enjoyed immensely. The sound of running water and the mesmerizing view of the flowing stream were great. Wonderfull hiking options within walking distance from unit. Unit well stocked with cooking needs to include plethora of spices. Tastefully decorated. Queen bunk beds were beautifully crafted and appreciated. Kind owners. Perfect. Sending here my thanks to owners.

Exactly what I wanted. Sitting on the deck with the stream rolling by was fantastic. The home was clean, great set up for our stay. Quiet, relaxing area. I really appreciated the ease of contacting our hosts. They were very helpful and very pleasant. All in all, perfect.

What can I say - Sheryl was amazing in accommodating us! Very clean and well stocked - had access to the washer/dryer that was in the unit. The kitchen was stocked extremely well with spices/condiments/pots/pans - you name it! The premise was very clean and you had a very beautiful view of the creek behind it.

We were in town working for the week and luckily found this wonderful condo. It had all the amenities we needed. The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful area and close to everything. (Restaurants, shops, stores, etc) The owners were extremely easy to work with and had great communication skills. Great location walking distance to town and all Summit County ski resorts. My kids were able to walk to corner to pick up Summit Stage to Copper Mountain and be on the slopes in 15 minutes. Condo is comfortable and well-stocked.

We stayed here since it was convenient to Copper Mountain. Because of the pandemic we didn’t venture out much just a couple ski days and a hike. We cooked and had what we needed. Couldn’t get the television to work but we brought several games to play so we enjoyed the cozy fire and played a lot of games. Property was as expected. A bit of noise from the highway. Convenient place to stay, thanks for sharing it.

Our family loved our stay at this property. The location was beautiful next to the creek and I loved the tranquility of listening to the water and the snowy trees. Our two kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and everyone had plenty of room. We made use of the monopoly game around the table, and selected a movie from the large compilation. There were plenty of spices and so forth provided for cooking which was very nice to have. A previous occupant (we believe) left two sleds behind and we used them at the Frisco Adventure Park sledding hill and had a great time. We enjoyed an evening with Two Below and took a sleigh ride through the woods and had a delicious dinner. The view of the stars was amazingly clear. The location is close to downtown Frisco, and we spent an afternoon at the Frisco historical museum village learning about the mining history of the area. Overall we had a very nice stay with our family.
