1750 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) – This 3 bedroom condo has a fantastic location, just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

For you beach lovers this is a sweet, hidden gem. There are so many properties to choose from but this one offers a little bit of everything. Joe was the kindest, most helpful, quick to respond, very easy to work with host! Between all the companies we have used prior...he’s is one of the best I’ve dealt with! Thank you Joe!

We are a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) that was able to for 11 days in March. The house was clean and the location to boardwalk/beach/shopping was excellent. We had one hiccup while staying that was simply out of our control (garage door broke) and the owner responded quickly and had a worker come out immediately to fix. The owner could not have been nicer! We would definitely stay at this same location on our next visit. I did read reviews prior to staying…. And now I understand why most families stay year after year at this house.

My husband and I came up from Florida for dads 91st birthday. Joe was easy to get in touch with and answer and questions we had. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was ideal and the boardwalk was a short 2 1/2 blocks. We have been coming to Ocean City for Over 40 years and this rental was perfect for us. Beautiful home with a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown stores. The house is centrally located near everything you'd need during a vacation. The owner was very responsive to a few questions I had before arriving.

I needed a winter getaway and this house was perfect. I love Ocean City at anytime of year and fall/winter are very peaceful and relaxing at the beach. The house was very clean and check in was easy. Joe was extremely timely with all communications. I would recommend renting with him and hope to stay in this house again.

Fantastic rental. Spacious up to date property with everything you need. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and cooking gear. TVs, cable, wifi. Everything in great shape. Great porch with morning sun and afternoon shade. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach. We comfortably fit 7 and had a great stay. You can't go wrong with this perfect rental!

The MOST BEAUTIFUL place to rent in Ocean City, NJ! The condo has an excellent location, only a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The home is impeccable! Very clean, along with beautiful furniture. The owners are great people. They take great care of their tenants! Could not ask for better people to rent from in OC! This was our first time at this condo. Loved everything about it. From start to finish, the owner was a gem to work with. He responded to every email very quickly which enabled us to finalize our vacation dates right away! The condo was everything it said it would be. Clean , modern, and just perfect for walking most everywhere we needed to go(and for you people who track your steps, I logged 15,000 more steps this week than my avg) , which includes the Boardwalk, Sunrise Café(where we went for breakfast(great breakfast),, a short drive away from our annual visit to the Cape May Zoo. We went for many early morning walks/runs and my husband enjoyed seeking out fishing spots. We would definitely come back again!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd time at the condo and I have nothing but great things to say. Great location and all the brand new amenities you need. The kids love it and once they are asleep we love to just sit on the porch look at the moon and relax!!

My family had a fantastic time and this particular rental was worth every penny. Clean, nearly brand new with modern appliances, and a terrific location made our stay a great one. The owner was responsive and we appreciated the location in particular. Not too far from the boardwalk (and noise) and the walk to the beach was not too bad. Quiet street and the alleyway where one drives down to park is a great element. We plan on renting this particular location again in 2016 and I highly recommend it!

Great location close to the beach, easy walk to stores and boardwalk. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It felt like home! The kitchen was very well equipped and in good condition. Great front porch, comfortable beds and great TV's. Joe was very accommodating and extremely responsive.

We spent 6 weeks at the condo this past summer and it was a great place to stay, not only in terms of location but general amenities as well. Very nicely furnished, clean, modern in design, nice appliances, and with plenty of room. It has a very welcome and at home kind of feeling. We loved the location, close to the beach, downtown, the library and playgrounds. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach home! Absolutely cannot say enough good things-from the location to the cleanliness. It was actually decorated exactly as I imagined I would decorate a beach home, so I felt right at home! Loved the kitchen and bedroom decor. Everything was gorgeous and well taken care of! The closeness to the beach and boards was great, and also near to many restaurants and shopping as well. We happened to meet the couple that own the corner home 2 doors down and they had very nice things to say about the owner, Joe, which further made us feel great about the whole experience. Have to agree with another review and say that the pictures, although beautiful, do not do this place justice. We would definitely stay here again sometime. This beach house was exactly what we wanted and Im so glad to have found it!

Our stay at this Ocean City beach house was truly fabulous. Our family knew it would be nice, but when we arrived we were just amazed at the cleanliness, brightness, size and decor of the house. The photos were great, but still did not capture the true feel of the home. Everything is new and modern. We had three generations of our family from six months to 55 and each and every one of us had a great time. The owners of the home are great. They were very friendly and available to answer any and all questions. The location was the best, close to the beautiful beach and quick walk to the boardwalk. Parking was not a problem with the garage, driveway, and ample street parking. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. Thanks Again!!!!

We decided to take our first beach trip as a family of 4 (3.5 yr old and 18 month old) and extended the invite to Mom-mom and our 2 sisters who took turns coming down throughout the week. As soon as we walked in, we were extremely excited to start our vacation, especially my daughter who proceeded to tell my husband each time he came in from unpacking the car, "THIS IS OUR HOUSE FOR A WHOLE WEEK!" She said it, but that's how we all felt! This is a very gorgeous house with amazing taste in addition to being impeccably clean! We enjoyed all of the thoughtful touches - such as a TV in every bedroom and awesome patio furniture! We went to the beach every single day - mainly because how close it was to lug all of our belongings. Additionally, we walked to the boardwalk each night -- perfect distance! Also-- a short distance to get some awesome ice cream! The owners were AWESOME to work with and this vacation has hands down been recorded in our books as the best one yet! We look forward to staying here again!
