Location is one block from restaurants and shopping. Nice outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that host had food in fridge and coffee. Had stayed there before.

Could not askfor better lodging! Great place, kitchen super, huge deck, and the best, can walk to stores and restaurants!!

It’s difficult to know where to start with this because everything was perfect. The accommodation was wonderful with everything you could possibly want. Robert our host was fantastic and supplied us with everything we needed. The location is perfect for Niagra Falls and Letchworth State Park. I would recommend the accommodation and location with no doubt and should we decide to come back to East Aurora would definitively rebook!

The house was a perfect place to land for my brother, and I.
so close to everything, including the nearby. Hotels were other family were staying we could not have found a nicer home for the weekend.

We truly enjoyed our stay on Church Street. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups to play. We brought a gate just in case and used it in front of the dog door to prevent any escapes when we left. The area is walkable with sidewalks that will take you to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Robert had essentials in the kitchen stocked including eggs, bacon, and bread to cook up breakfast after a long drive. We will be back!

Very quant and clean. Perfect getaway.

The place was fabulous. Well-stocked kitchen. Very nice touch -- eggs, bacon, muffins, and orange juice in the refrigerator. Great keurig coffee maker with keurig cups. We have beautiful weather in November and were able to outside on the large deck. Fenced in yard for our dog. Location was perfect. a block away from the village with all its shops and restaurants. Robert was great to deal with. Met his mother -- a very nice lady. She liked our dog. Would definitely stay again. thanks.

We loved this home! Great location only a short walk from the Village shops & restaurants. It was like having our own private home for the weekend with a lovely fireplace & deck. Robert was a wonderful host stocking kitchen & bathroom for his guests. We will definitely be back.

Our second Summer stay at Robert's apartment! Perfect location, great amenities, and a wonderful host. We'll be back again! Thank you, Rob!

This first floor apartment within a house with its private access was a perfect place to spend East Aurora reunion weekend. It was perfectly situated within a block from the center of town. And the space was perfect. Really comfy bed, nice living room space with all the amenities including both cable TV
and smart TV streaming options (and very speedy internet!). The lovely shaded deck was cool on the warm summer days and very pleasant in the evenings as well. And the kitchen in this house was by far the best equipped we have ever rented on VRBO - plenty lots of silverware, dishes and the right cookware. Robert even stocked the refrigerator with lots of goodies including eggs, bacon, english muffins, and half and half! Last but not least, Robert was very responsive to all our questions - we had only to text or email and we heard back from him immediately
Our only regret was that we had only the 3 nights to enjoy it. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, reunion or not! Thank you, Robert, for sharing your home with us.

Amazing Experience and property
This property was everything we needed and more for our stay in beautiful East Aurora. Located conveniently near all of East Aurora’s best shops and restaurants, as well as close to the 400. Robert was easily reached and communicated in an extremely timely manner. The property was well cared for and snow removal was done promptly and efficiently. Our dogs felt comfortable and had a private fenced yard where we knew they were safe. Amenities in the house were a surprise and appreciated (shampoo, soap, eggs coffee) everything we needed and more. We are so grateful for them and hope we can stay again in the future. We will be recommending this place to all of our visiting family and friends.

Wonderful Apartment
My husband I would like to thank Robert for our wonderful six week vacation at his apartment. Perfect central location in East Aurora. Amenities and attached porch were a big plus for our extended stay. Robert was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We have booked our stay for next year! Anne A.

A cozy and relaxing getaway
My wife and I spent four days and three nights here, and cannot stress how much we enjoyed ourselves. 37 Church Street was the perfect opportunity we've been looking for to get away from the stress of work, pandemic, and life in general. Accommodations were clean and cozy, and the memory foam bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Accessories like the hot tub and fireplace were very nice - if there was one hiccup the whole stay it was that we struggled to start fires. We are both experienced with firebuilding, so it was frustrating that we had to make our own kindling - nothing between newspaper and split wood. This one problem underscored how hassel-free the rest of our stay was! The location was exactly what we were looking for - close enough to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and other attractions to make day trips, but nestled in a quaint and charming small town. We felt at home during our stay, and I regard that as high praise. Thanks for a great time!

East Aurora - cozy location you will love
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Robert's house during the month of July 2020. It is clean, cozy and conveniently located - just off Main street in a pleasant neighborhood in East Aurora. Check in was a breeze and Robert thought of everything we might need. There is a nice deck off the apartment which allowed us to grill and socialize with family. Close to small shops and abundant selection of excellent restaurants. The beautiful Knox State party is a 5 minute drive, which we visited and walked every morning. Great place to stay and enjoy the area!

Let me start by saying the location is the best part of this property! Walking distance to the ice rink and Main St takes less than the time to put your jacket and shoes on. Communication with the seller was also good. What wasn’t good was the cleanliness of the place, and that is why we won’t stay again or recommend. We arrived to a very strong smell of marijuana in the kitchen, which even with the outside door open didn’t go away fast. We ended up buying candles to help. We alerted the owner who apologized and refunded the cleaning fee. There were cobwebs in nearly every room along the ceiling edges, between the bathroom vanity lights and cupboard over the toilet, between the TV and supplemental equipment, from pictures on the bedroom wall to the bedroom TV, all over the kitchen pantry door, etc. There was dust on everything. We vacuumed the carpet ourselves and you could hear the dirt still being picked up. We had to buy cleaning wipes to wipe everything down. Most dirt on the light switches, faucets, countertops, shower, etc came off fairly easy, so it was like no one had even tried. It was a very kind gesture to leave a few breakfast-making foods in the fridge, however, some of the items were expired, including a yogurt that expired over 4 and a half months ago. There was also a cute coffee maker with a variety of coffee on the counter. A guest turned over one of the coffee cups neatly placed beside it to have some coffee, only to find dried food caked in it. Disgusting. The stand alone water jug was nice for drinking, but had a brown sludge in the catch tray that had an off putting smell. We had to wash the sheets before going to bed due to hair and other stuff on them. The yard had over 20 piles of dog poop in it, which we had to ask the owner to clean, which he kindly did. We had pondered asking for our money back and leaving after the first day, but were kind of stuck with our situation. We had also been scouting for a good place for relatives to stay this coming year, however, I’d be embarrassed to recommend this and them find it in the same condition. Again, the owner was pleasant and even offered to snow blow for us if it had snowed heavy, but this just wasn’t a good experience and by far the worst VRBO property I’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness. If it had been pridefully cleaned and maintained (like other reviewers got to experience) from the get go, this would have been a good little spot! I’ll try another property next time.

Perfect spot to stay in East Aurora
I grew up in EA, but never experienced it from living in town. We loved the location - walking easily to restaurants, shops, ice skating... Roberts place was well appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed wood fires, breakfast goodies and ideal set up for our dog.

The perfect place for us and our dogs.
Rob gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. It was the perfect place for us and our dogs. He supplied all the makings for a hearty breakfast. We loved the fireplace with the wood supplied. It was very quiet but within walking distance of some great places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice property!
Supplies were well stocked and place was cozy and close to lots of good food! FYI for dog lovers, Knox park has a fantastic dog park but no off leash outside of dog park in snowshoe area.

NICE PLACE/GREAT LOCATION
I was in East Aurora for my 50th high school reunion. This property was the ideal location for walking up to Main Street, Vidler's, restaurants and shopping. The home was comfortable and well equipped. I was so glad to have a private parking space, since there were several nearby events. I had a ringside seat for the Thursday night, Vidler's concert, and was able to walk up to an unexpected street festival on Saturday. I was just a few blocks from the Friday night reunion gathering at Fireman's Field. If this property is still available in another five years, I will book it again.

Great place conveniently located
Our second stay here and I will always stay here when I come to the buffalo area. Great access to shops and restaurants in East Aurora. Only 30 minutes from downtown
