About this cabin rental
Come enjoy all the season's that Arizona has to offer at the beautiful Rockcress Cabin. At an ideal 6,500 foot elevation, Show Low averages a summer high temperature that is 20 degrees cooler than the Valley. This vacation rental is located on the 18th fairway of the Tower Course at Torreon Country Club with tee to green views overlooking two ponds. The cabin offers four bedrooms (one primary bedroom upstairs, one primary bedroom downstairs and two guest rooms downstairs), an office and 3 1/2 bathrooms (both primary bedrooms have jetted tub's and walk-in showers). With nearly 4000 ft.² of living space there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
DINING: Torreon Grille and Buffalo Bill's Tavern and Museum are less than a mile away for amazing food and live music.

Cart Fees for 9 holes- $30, 18 holes- $45. Key fob must be purchased for $25 to access the pool, gym or family center. Renters will NOT have guest privileges. If you need a place in this location, this is the one. Very easy to check in and great communication from the host. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. Home was very clean. This home was the best appointed home we have ever stayed at when it came to the amount of silverware, dishes, spices, etc. We did not want for anything during our stay.

This was my family’s second stay at this wonderful house and everything was perfect. Lots of space for our family of 8 and a great location in Torreon. My kids loved running around the golf course (we stayed during the winter) and spotting wildlife (deer, coyote, rabbits, raccoons) in the distance. We will be back!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home on the Torreón golf course. Floor plan was excellent for 2 families and great location for all activities. Host responded immediately to comments or questions. Definitely want to come back!

This house is clean, nicely furnished and well-maintained. Having stayed at several VRBO's we really appreciated that the cookware here and utensils were like new and the towels and blankets are high quality. The covered patios are great for outdoor dining.

Absolutely perfect place for a family getaway! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! Our family of five stayed with our friends and their kids! The house fit both our families with plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen, great space for hanging out playing games or watching a movie with fireplace on. Kids could hang out in the downstairs living room as well for their own space. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. Best home we’ve stayed in!! We snowboarded at sunrise so it was a short drive there for the day. The beauty of the outdoors could be enjoyed from beautiful views throughout the house!! You will not be disappointed with this house!!! The owner was quick to respond when we reached out and we are so grateful he shared his home with us. We will definitely be back !!

This is one of, if not the best property I’ve rented through VRBO. The property itself is beautiful and located in an ideal community for both safety and fun. The owner pays attention to every small detail a renter would need while they stay in his cabin. I will absolutely be looking for another date my family and I can make our way back for another relaxing stay.

Excellent escape
Absolutely perfect place for a family getaway! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! Our family of five stayed with our friends and their kids! The house fit both our families with plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen, great space for hanging out playing games or watching a movie with fireplace on. Kids could hang out in the downstairs living room as well for their own space. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. Best home we’ve stayed in!! We snowboarded at sunrise so it was a short drive there for the day. The beauty of the outdoors could be enjoyed from beautiful views throughout the house!! My team loved this home they stayed at for our executive retreat. We held the meetings at another location and the team slept here.

This home has a great view of the 18the fairway. Also short walk to the clubhouse at Torreon. We stayed here with our family of five and also my parents. I enjoyed my coffee in the am on the balcony while being visited by hummingbirds.
The two things I would say we struggled with was the hard bed upstairs and poor internet connection. The master bedroom up stairs, king bed is very hard. We had to rotate who would sleep there as it was uncomfortable and who ever would sleep there, the next morning they were aching all over.
The home is not conducive for someone that needs to work remotely. There is no separate desk area and the internet is poor. Often having to roam the house to get a good signal.
Otherwise we had a good stay.

One of the best cabin experiences
The property was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were plenty with added supplies like spices, even though we carried our own. Getting there was easy enough. Levi is a very friendly property owner and always responded within minutes. Would like to stay again and would definitely recommend this property.

Early Family Christmas Get-together
We had a wonderful stay. So much fun. The home is very beautiful and beyond spacious. It was decorated so cute for Christmas. Very clean and organized. Fully stocked large kitchen for cooking/meal prep. Two huge master bedrooms with insanely nice bathrooms and porch access. Other two bedrooms are also nice with large beds. Upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Amazing views. Overall great house and stay.

Wonderful stay!
Had an amazing time staying here over Thanksgiving with my family. House was perfect-- very spacious and clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Located just a short walk to clubhouse. Bummer that the kid amenities were closed due to Covid/new playground construction, but we hope to be back next summer. We were so pleasantly surprised with SNOW the day after Thanksgiving and that made the trip for my boys-- ages 2 and 4. We LOVE Torreon and all its beauty. Thanks to Levi for being a great host!
