This recently built and tastefully decorated home has the feel of a Mediterranean seaside resort. The vacation home of an interior designer; features include a spacious 15-ft high living room with clerestory windows, inviting bedrooms and a lush courtyard with fountain and fire-pit. From the balcony are views of citrus and avocado orchards. It is convenient to both the Embarcadero and beaches, plus it is an easy drive to Paso Robles – with its tasting rooms, artisan breweries and restaurants. The layout of the townhome has the two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen, dining, and living areas on the upper level with the garage downstairs. The living area has a great open feel with the kitchen, dining and living room all open and with views out to the hillside.

• Master bedroom has a CA King bed, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and views of the surrounding hillside.

In response to some guest feedback regarding noise off the nearby HWY 41, in March 2022 the owners have installed Indow brand window inserts to help mitigate the sounds heard within the home. We expect all future guests to notice a significant difference.

We came into the property and it is unfortunately far from town center and the beach. The house is nice with two balconies. There were a lot of breakables at the house, so we needed to keep a good eye on the kids. The first negative was that shampoo/conditioner was not provided. We have never stayed at a property that this was not provided. They provided only decaf coffee and only 2 coffee filters (we bought our own and left this for the next person). Everything else seemed fine but then we got a charge on our card for $250. They said that the table was damaged from putting something hot (all we put on there was coffee cups). They also said that they needed to bring in window cleaners (granted my kids probably put their grimy hands on the windows). We asked the property to provide pictures and they refused to respond. VRBO says to speak with the property but they will not speak with us. I'm reasonably sure that they will delete this review, but hopefully no one else will be impacted by them.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Italian / Mediterranean feel of the small complex. With the beautiful fountain in the courtyard, you feel like you're at a resort. The spacious bedrooms and kitchen allowed everyone to have their space (much needed after a road trip from Missouri).
Appreciated the quick, convenient access to the beach. We put the boogie boards in the garage to good use.
Since this is the end unit next to the stop sign, we did get a bit of noise from the dump trucks that kept coming by. But that shouldn't be a problem once the excavation on the new house is completed.
We drove up the road into the residential area and worked our toward the top of the hill to see what kind of views the locals have -- Amazing views of the rock, bay and beach. Highly recommend doing that!
Loved the local seafood cuisine and re-visiting Hearst Castle after about 30 years.
Management was easy to work with in extending our stay one night due to our Explorer being at the mechanics plus the kids wanting to stay an extra night.

Location was good. It's close to Main Street. There are various stores and restaurants nearby. A thorough cleaning would have made this property excellent with a 5 star rating.

It was a perfect spot to stay. Close enough for a visit to town, but far enough away to relax. Home was clean and staff was prompt in communication. It was close to Hwy 41, but didn’t hear any road noise. Kitchen had all the pans, pots and utensils needed to cook a few dinners. We love Morro Bay and this may become our new base camp!

The condo is spacious, well equipped kitchen, good separation of bedrooms, easy to check-in.
The carpets seemed old and a bit stained and the washer was smelly, and, had mold on the rim …. notified management, and, they responded they’d look into it.
The patio is pretty much unusable - small and NOISY, but the view is pretty great

Location for us as we visited our daughter was perfect. Tough trying to sit on the balcony during day with the traffic but no problem sleeping. Unit is older but there are plenty of clean towels and the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook.

My wife and I stayed a weekend hear while traveling the 101/CA1. Upon entry we were both very impressed. Easily the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Kitchen was well appointed. Master bedroom was very comfortable. We have not a single complaint about this place. Wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Did I mention, this is a very nice place. Thanks

The property was beautiful. The location was close to beaches and to fish and chips. Loved having a garage. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Very straight backed and rigid.
Never heard one neighbor make any type of noise. Bedrooms were far apart. You couldn’t hear any sounds from the other inhabitants.

Comfortable beds, lovely condo. It is well stocked and even has a closing garage to park in. FYI this condo is right on highway 41. You can hear some traffic but windows have been insulated for noise in the master bedroom. Might be an issue if you are sleeping in small pullout couch in the living room, but we didn’t use that. We would definitely stay here again.

I thought it was going to be noisy at night but I slept like a baby every night! I had a sense of home while there and anything I needed was there. Media set up is sophisticatedly simple to use. I’d stay again in an instant!

This property was well maintained and very clean. It was located right on Highway 41, but it was not as loud as you would think. We weren't in the house much during the day, and there wasn't very much traffic in the evening... Not an issue at all. It's a very nice place; very clean. The garage was nice to have, and we could park both our cars in it with no problem (one small car, and one pickup with a shell). It was a great place for our family to meet up and all stay together. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great unit! Well furnished and had all the supplies we needed. We were in Morro Bay for Ironman event! So being outside of down was great, but it was still super close to everything.

We were a family of 4 visiting Morro Bay to do some hiking, enjoy the beaches, and relax - we absolutely loved this property - it was in a great location, just a few minutes from Morro Rock and from Morro Bay State Park as well as the downtown area of Morro Bay. The property itself was lovely - beautifully furnished, a well-stocked kitchen with all the appliance, pots and pans and dishes/silverware you could need to cook and eat at home, and comfortable bedrooms. It was nice to have a washer-dryer for our clothes, and to also have access to the garage to park our car. All in all, a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it!

This home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was noticeably well equipped, more so than many properties we’ve rented before. It was wonderful to have access to a garage and plenty of nearby street parking for visitors. The home is well located, especially given the wonderful park & playground down the street a few min.. perfect for our kids. Would stay there again!

Overall it was a good experience. My kids all loved it and my toddler didn’t want to leave. The neighborhood was so peaceful and felt safe. It was roomy enough for my family of 5. And it was so close to the bay and beach. Loved staying here. Would recommend and stay there again!

Vast hill views, nice little fountain in the back.
The place itself has huge windows and is Italian-themed; you do feel like you're on vacation somewhere in a villa in rural Tuscany.
Immaculately clean and very well appointed, we had everything we needed including basic beach supplies and bikes. We even got a bottle of Italian wine waiting for us.
Nice kitchen, very quiet dishwasher.
The only concern is if you want to rest, your window of opportunity is between 10:30 pm and 4:30 am, then the traffic noise gets fairly loud. It quiets down around mid-day though.

Overall wonderful experience! The house and well maintained plants on property were nice. The hosts were kind enough to welcome guests with complimentary wine, popcorn and tea/coffee. Some essentials like shampoo/conditioner were missing - not an issue.

Tuscan retreat
I actually loved the view of the hills more than the ocean. It is right off the 41, so the traffic noise might bother some. You cannot hear the cars in the bedroom at night unless you open the door. The whole place is very comfortable and the light coming in the windows is wonderful.

REALLY ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY. VERY CLEAN ,GOOD LOCATION,NICE SIZE. BIG POSITIVE IT HAD 2 CAR GARAGE.GREAT PARKING IS A MUST. ONLY 2 MINOR ISSUES . ITS ON A MAIN HIGHWAY WHICH CAN BE LOUD AT TIMES. OTHER ISSUE THERE WAS NO GARAGE REMOTE WHICH WAS AN INCONVENIENCE. BESIDES THAT WOULD WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!
