Good place to stay for a budget place.

The stuffs were good also gave me a complementary ride to the airport and allowed food from outside. We had a baby and it's tough to go for breakfast. Upon requesting room service for the breakfast they served it at our home even though it's against there policy.

The washroom had few issues. The bathtub water stopper was broken. The stuffs cleaned the place whenever requested but the cleaning service could be improved. They need to mop the floor with better cleaning products.

Affordable price in an ideal location

My stay at White Palace Hotel was enjoyable. The property is truly impressive, the food is undoubtedly delicious, and the environment is pleasant.I had a great time, thanks to the excellent service and the genuinely friendly and helpful staff.

充分に今後もリピート出来るレベルでした。

朝食は美味しかった。シャワーの水圧は問題無かった。

バスタオルが明らかに古く汚れて茶ばんでる状態でした。真新しいもので無いのが明らかに分かる状態でしたのでこの点は改善頂きたい。

I was treated as if I were a special person. Mr. Nabi was a humble, kind and generous host. Mahalo!

I really appreciated that the hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant change. I particularly dislike poorly lit bathrooms, and this hotel had good lighting there too. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast that came with the room was generous. However, I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits beyond bananas and pineapples. Even canned fruit and a bit of yogurt would have been a welcome addition. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They made me feel special, and even the owner personally extended a warm display of hospitality. It's a real gem of a hotel.

It was a bit distant from my preferred shopping location; however, the recently opened metro system did help reduce the hassle of dealing with the terrible traffic.

An excellent stay

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. The free breakfast was good and the pickup service was excellent.

The electric kettle was not working. One of the rooms was missing sandals for washroom.

Great Stay at White Palace

The hotel is in a great spot and has a wonderful location. The breakfast is tasty. The people at the front desk are nice, and the staff who take care of breakfast and cleaning are always ready to help. The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfy.

The property had an on-site restaurant.

The pictures they show on Booking.com look’s nothing like the actual place. The rooms are in need of renovation and modernisation. It was dirty, and there was a musty smell in the air of the rooms

Awesome car service, Great value for money

Great value of money Staff are friendly, food is delicious & price is reasonable. Car service is very smooth, driver is professional & well behaved I would stay again I hope

Excellent Food & Service

The food, customer service, and rooms at White Palace Hotel are all excellent. I'm having a lengthy stay here. The staff is wonderful, especially the food and beverage service team. Mr.Oli, a waiter, and the supervisor of housekeeping did an outstanding job as well.

Happy trip

I had an excellent experience in White Palace Hotel .The staff's warm and accommodating nature contributed to my enjoyment of the top-notch amenities. The food was delectable, and the facility was immaculate and well-kept. The room service was satisfactory, and the general cleanliness of the premises was impressive. I am content with my stay, and I would definitely contemplate returning for another visit.

Quality Service & Nice Hotel

I was delighted to find that the staff at the White Palace hotel were very welcoming and attentive, creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient and pleasant stay experience.

4th-time visit to White Palace Hotel

On my fourth visit to the White Palace, I decided to make a reservation through Booking.com for the first time. I received assistance from the front office supervisor, Mr. Faysal, and his colleagues, who were very helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism.

Housekeeping services -need improvement , but this time got betteer service than previous three times trip

The all staff was friendly and helpful, Wonderfull overall

This is my first time at the White Palace Hotel. This hotel's environment is fantastic. Food quality is good. The staff seems professional and smart, especially Kabir, who gave me a small tour of the hotel after I requested to have a look around the rooftop. Nice breakfast in the morning! Best of luck!

The washroom amenities could be better organized. I expeccted best quality shower gel.

The hotel staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, I suggest this hotel. It's comfortable and has great amenities.

Really helpful & professional staff

I feel safe at the White Palace Hotel. The security team, Ratan Das, Jakaria, and Malek, do a great job keeping me safe. The food is good, although some of it is expensive. But it tastes great!

Professional staff

Admirable professional staff, especially Munjurul, Rafat, Lutful, and some others. The welcoming attitude I liked most seems like they are ready for whatever I wanted, which is perfect to run a hotel.

The gym equipment is old and needs to be updated.

Great hotel- White Palace

I stayed here to join our official conference in their Palace Convention Hall. The Lobby, restaurants, banquet, and gym are so much beautiful & clean. Staffs are helpful and decent, especially the F & B department. I hope, I would come again.

The room ventilation system is not up to the mark.
