This beautiful and modern condo is located near downtown. End unit allows for more privacy and boasts a large backyard patio. The living/kitchen area is open and spacious. The fully stocked kitchen makes it fun and easy to cook a meal, and there is plenty of space to sit and eat with a dining table as well as bar seating for 3. The first floor Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed and in-room TV, as well as a bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and in-room TV. Third bedroom's bunk bed has full size lower bed and twin up top, as well as in-room TV. Jack & Jill full bath features tub/shower. *As of July 2024 There is construction going on next to the condo for the next several months. There will be noise during the week, but on weekends should not be an issue..

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Really enjoyed the stay, however there were a few issues: The coffee maker was not functional, seemingly wrong size basket that didn’t connect with lever that releases coffee Secondly the downstairs bedroom was cool so we left heat on 68; meanwhile the people upstairs were roasting. Looks like you need separate thermostats Lastly although the condo is very nice the surrounding area was ugly industrial places with tons of trash, weeds six feet tall, and electrical cables, etc. in fact there is a huge transformer in the backyard. BTW the backyard had tall weeds growing around the patio.

Property was very clean and accommodates 6 people comfortably. There was no shortage of amenities. Easy access to shops and dining. The only downside was the construction lot next to the complex, but was not an issue at all.

This condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. We enjoyed spending time together in the large kitchen and living room open space. The ski closet was great for storing our ski gear. The outdoor space was great for our dog.

Our kids live here so we weren’t their much but this home provided everything we needed. Morning walks down to the Ark were nice but it’s not really convenient to walking into town. Thanks for providing a clean and spacious place to stay!

We were visiting Salida for a family reunion and stayed at the Hipster Condo. It was such an enjoyable stay! The condo was filled with so many amenities and it had such a cool vibe. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

When arriving at our condo we were pleasantly surprised with the location. The parking is easily accessible and not a far walk to the condo. Everything exceeded our expectations there was nothing left unthought of. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the things. My only complaint was the sofa in the living room had dog hair on it. I realize that it is dog friendly but maybe a good roll from a lint remover would be the perfect touch. All in all I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quaint place to stay, to look into Eastside Hipster!

This was our second stay at Eastside Hipster, and once again, we had a wonderful stay. The property is new, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Two bedrooms upstairs and one down was perfect for our family with two teens that each got their own room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals before and after skiing, and the washer and dryer meant we didn't have to pack as much! Skiing at Monarch was great, and we also went to Ski Cooper one day. Salida is the perfect base to explore the area!

We found this property just as listed and in great condition. It was very comfortable and was fully furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family of five. The fenced in backyard was fantastic to sit in the sun and to let the dog play in a safe space. Salida is a great town with fun places to explore. We would absolutely stay here again.

We appreciated this spot and wish we could stay longer! -It’s convenient for pets with a fenced yard. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed in the master (downstairs) bedroom is hard. But comfy sheets, towels, and everything else you need.

Be careful when you book this place. When you sign your rental agreement you cannot access it after you sign it. When I asked for a confirm I was forwarded an email to the owner. There was a miscommunication about the days we were staying resulting from the disorganized and poor communication process. Disappoinying end to what was a nice trip. This company needs to work on communication and customer service.

We had a great stay here! The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed here with our dog and an eight month old baby. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and our baby enjoyed crawling all over the house. The house is really tidy, which is nice with a little one- less things for him to get in trouble with. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'd definitely stay here again!

What a good find when we were looking last-minute for a place to share with friends on a ski weekend! And we could bring our two dogs which was a huge blessing. Very clean, nicely designed, great storage closet for ski gear, sizeable kitchen, etc.! The property manager provided clear communication all around. Overall, the East Side Hipster was a wonderful experience. To note, this is an end unit away from the parking lot, so if you have a lot of gear, be prepared to schlep it from the lot to the unit. The fridge was completely empty, so don't rely on having condiments or other basics in the unit. I appreciated this as we brought all of our own food, and the fridge was super clean, but if you're wondering if you should bring the ketchup...yes, you should. The cabinet pantry was similar - no olive oil, pepper, etc. Just a head's up based on what we've experienced in other rentals. The beds are not super comfortable, and the two floors are not very soundproof. And upstairs slept very hot; it was difficult to cool down the place for sleeping! We were there in the cold season; I can't imagine what that is like in the summer. Overall, though, we had a great stay. The back patio is great, and the morning views of the mountains are great. I hope nothing is ever built next door to block the views! The dogs had a great fenced-in area, and the owner provides a great kit to keep the house clean with the pets. We had four adults and three teens stay comfortably over the weekend, and we added my parents, who are local to Salida, for dinner and a KC Chiefs watch party one evening. Comfortable for all! I'd consider renting this again based on a fair price and the fact that two dogs are allowed. We have many friends who frequently travel to Salida, and I would suggest this unit for their stay as well.
