Create family memories in the privacy of your own home when you book your stay at our 2 bed, 2 bath updated fully raised beach house only 2 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and bay! We are located on the most north end of Seaside Heights, bordering Ortley Beach.

Amenities:
Central air, heat, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Keurig, outdoor fenced-in private patio, grill, outdoor shower, front porch deck with seating, 1 car driveway and un-metered street parking.

Extras:
Include 4 Seaside Heights beach badges; adult & children's bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and beach stroller provided. Fully raised garage downstairs hang out area provides ping pong table for kids and adults, another couch and additional large dining set and leads to the private patio to BBQ!

Great Location:
Quiet, North-end of Seaside Heights bordering Ortley Beach. Family oriented street. Walking distance to the beach, bay, boardwalk, water sports, boat rental, exercise park, fishing/crabbing, fireworks, concerts, church, grocery store, local brewery, delicious restaurants & more!

We had a wonderful time and the house could not have been better. Well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space, perfect location for our teens to head to beach/boardwalk by foot. 2nd bathroom with full shower was a nice bonus. Easy check-in and out...would definitely stay again!

The house had everything we need for a last minute beach trip. We brought our own but there were beach chairs umprellas and more in case you need or forogt anything. The house was clean when we got there and had everything mentioned in the description. Will definitely reach out if we plan another trip there. Thanks again!

A wonderful home on a quiet street. Close to everything. 2-1/2 blocks to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. Very clean and bright. Had 2 cars and street parking was no problem. Nice having all the amenities it did, including 2 pillows for each bed. Sam and Juliann were friendly and great to deal with.

This was our first stay here and it was lovely. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We treated this as if it was our real home because it certainly felt like it. The beach and boardwalk were within walking distance and the quietness of the area was a nice respite from the busy boardwalk, where we spent most of our time. It was clean, cozy, and bright. A convenient outdoor shower after a day at the beach was great. It was just right for our little family. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and it was quite the amazing stay. The house was very close to the beach and seaside boardwalk so it was easily accessible at any time of the day. The house was very clean and spacious as I stayed there with my friends and family. The neighbors are welcoming and friendly. The area is safe for all ages. The basement is a nice hangout and is clean. Two bathrooms if your party is larger. Communication with the owners was accessible at all times. Overall, this place is a great stay and I would recommend to all families and for a nice getaway.

Everything was great about the house. It was clean and sufficient for all our needs. Having the patio area, bbq grill, outdoor shower, beach items, bikes, and washer/dryer made the stay exceptionally convenient. The quick and easy access to the boardwalk, and grocery store allowed more time for enjoyment. It was a pleasure and we are talking about our next adventure.

This property was unbelievably clean, beautifully decorated and convenient. It was updated and really nicely done. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious, the garage was really nice to hang out as a group. We drove around to the water sports and rented a pontoon. Honestly, it was closer if we walked but we had some special needs issues so for safety, we drove. The ACME is right there and a CVS was on the way to the beach. Two little critiques would have been the size of the one and only shower and to maybe enclose the outdoor shower. Incredible place!!!!

This property in Seaside Heights was beautiful!! It was very clean with lots of space for our group of 6! The house amenities were plenty, we enjoyed grilling in the outdoor space the garage space with a place to play cards and ping pong was an awesome bonus. We appreciated the bikes a d beach chairs as well. The location could not be beat being only a short walk from the boardwalk and the quieter parts of seaside and ortley beaches, but also close to the pier and bars. We had a great time, thank you!

Our stay at Sam and Juliann’s home was perfect! The house is adorable, and is perfectly located close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to be on a quiet street. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil or appliance you could need, and the house was spotless. Sam and Juliann were available, extremely nice and helpful! This is our first time staying in this part of NJ and we will definitely be back, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this home again!

This property was in a great location for our family. The Acme was an easy bike ride across the street for any needed last minute items. Didn't even notice the road traffic behind us. The neighbors were great, helpful and kind. The property was closer to the beach than it looks on the map. A quick bike ride or walk puts you at the start of the board walk or bayside. The backyard was good for privacy and entertaining. The home descriptions and pictures were accurate. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.. We enjoyed the provided bikes, beach equipment and toys, The décor was perfect and everything worked as should. The owners welcomed us, communicated as needed, were helpful and kind. Thank you, we had a great vacation in a beautiful home.

We had such a fun time at this house. It was cute and beautifully maintained, and close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk throughout the week. The owners were so attentive, checked in repeatedly during the storm that came through, and even helped us gather some supplies that we needed. We didn’t want to leave!

Nice house , very clean and nicely decorated. Some amenities could use upgrading Beach chairs are very old , umbrellas, beach stroller and bikes very rusty and old. No full sheet sets only fitted sheets No hair dryer, no beach towels . All these amenities are listed in the add description Also it isn’t in Ortley beach it is in Seaside Heights
