Completely renovated with a soft contemporary European design, this oceanfront condominium is located along the bluff in Solana Beach. With spectacular ocean views and a sandy beach just steps away, this is the perfect vacation destination at any time of the year. This luxury condominium has an open and ‘airy’ feel that is both inviting and warm. There is a large balcony with comfortable chairs and table with expansive ocean views. High speed wireless Internet, telephone, and streaming options. Steps to the swimming pool, spa and tennis courts. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views, entertain your friends, watch the whales, dolphins, and birds, or simply meditate while experiencing the peaceful sounds and views of the ocean. The complex of Surfsong is one of the most desirable on the Solana Beach Bluffs. Conveniences include a secure underground garage with on-site carts to take your luggage or groceries up the elevator to your unit. Take a dip in the salt water pool or relax in the hot tub after playing a game of tennis on the newly resurfaced tennis court. The lower tennis court is a multi-use sport court that accommodates tennis and pickle-ball, as well as basketball, corn hole, and other family activities. Renters may use the Surfsong clubhouse. Our visit to "Don't Worry" was great. The unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. The only 2 points I would add are that the outdoor furniture needs to be updated and the area rug in the living room could use cleaning. The unit was well maintained, the location is great and the complex was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tyler at Stubbs Real Estate was excellent. Always friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to questions.

Don't Worry Beach Happy SONG 13 lived up to our expectations 100%. Being handicapped and needing easily accessible entries and no steps as I have mobility issues and use a walker, this condo met all my needs. Parking and elevator access to condo made life so easy and added to enjoyment of stay. SONG 13 was furnished and equipped with everything needed to feel like a home, and the views from our lanai were amazing. Surfers in the morning, sailboats and paddle borders in the afternoon and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Very peaceful sitting out on the lanai - private, quiet, and no unwanted noises. Just the sound of the ocean! Enjoyed dining out at Pizza Port, Chart House, and a few other tasty local restaurants. A special thanks to Stubbs rental staff - Kevin, Taylor, and Sebastian. We thank you so much for assisting us with our needs which truly enhanced our stay. You all are so kind and caring, and go the extra mile in giving real customer service and making our stay so great! We will definitely rent from Stubbs again in the future and have recommended you to many of our friends.

This place was perfect for our family vacation; this condo did not disappoint! It was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed and more. The view is amazing. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and several great places to eat. This little part of Solana Beach seems way less crowded than other San Diego beach communities that we have stayed in. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent place
We stayed with 2 young kids. The amazing views and sound of the waves gave 2 tired parents a welcome reprieve! The pool and Fletcher beach with playground keep our 2 kids very happy. The apartment is lovely and easy to manage. There are not any toys so bring your own. There was a couple of step stools plus a booster seat that made life easier. There is a very bright light outside the front door that shines into the bedroom that cannot be turned off so if you have kids bring some black out blinds! Overall fantastic location, highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location-Needs TLC
This is in a great location -5 minute walk to beach. It’s a big hill or stairs but totally manageable as well as unavoidable given you’re on the bluff. We loved our patio view. Beach rental for umbrellas is cheap and on the corner. We loved walking to dinner and got breakfast a few times at the Naked Cafe. If you like Mexican food drive to Rudy’s.
The place needs to be cleaned and have items replaced. Our feet turned black due to the kitchen floor and the sliding doors to the balcony are literally falling apart. They filled with webs and bugs too. Patio furniture is in need of an update. Kitchen was very dirty. Crumbs and splattered food. I expect clean given we pay for it and are asked to leave it clean. It was very disappointing. Bathroom had hair in shower and on walks, sheets had holes.
The rental company was nice and tried to remedy the clean but their crew must. It understand what clean means.
This rental is not typical in that you are asked to dump all food. This means the basics such as condiments and such are not in the fridge. If you are cooking you’ll want to buy that if needed.
We appreciated the chairs in the closets and truly loved the location.

This location is amazing. My family and I can’t wait to visit again. There are so many fun eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Easy beach access as well. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was very clean and well manicured. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and served the purpose of our vacation.

The two bedrooms are big and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The whole of it very clean. The only item I would change is the rugs which although clean give the impression of being dirty and very old. The decorations could also improve and the sofa in the living room could be more comfortable. There is need for a proper mirror in the bedroom and another side lamp.
The activities in Solana are restaurants which we found at least six which were good and writhing walking distance. Del Mar and Cardiff by the sea have also many more. Bicycle riding is an option as there are several rental shops around. Surfing is a must. Walking or running on the beach is fantastic. A perfect spot.

Fantastic stay!
This condo in Surfsong was perfect for our vacation. The location is stunning, with a white water view from the outside patio. In fact we spent much of our time having meals and just relaxing on the deck. The beds were very comfortable, with nice bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The complex sits on the bluff above one of the best surfing spots in Southern California. The complex is quiet and upscale.

This is a lovely condo that we also stayed in 2 summers ago. It could just some TLC-the dining chairs are all ripped (probably from wear & tear). Also, the glass fence outside is SOOO dirty that it inhibits the lovely view of the ocean. The carpeting also could use a good cleaning. The setting though is awesome!

Our 6-week stay during Covid-19 while my husband was treated at the cancer center.
Positive: Location, top-of-the-line appliances, condo layout, responsiveness of property management. Thanks to Jennifer and Tyler who did their best address issues as they arose.
Negative: Our opinion as owners of property rentals elsewhere, is that this unit was not rent-ready. Our family has stayed in many beach home rentals over 3 decades--this one had more issues than all combined! Condensed version: electrical/wiring must be inspected before re-renting as several outlets did not work and one buzzed/flashed sparks as we plugged in our cell phone charger. The microwave did not work properly and we had use of it only about 1 week of our stay ( although the repairman was there 3 times); we waited for the new microwave that did not arrive before we checked out. The handyman came on day 8 repaired the inoperable outlets including in both baths, removed the door in the master bath to repair and return the next day, removed the inoperable folding doors on the laundry, attempted to fix the gas BBQ but basically pronounced it dead (after we had refilled the empty tank), various cleaning issues that required staff to return. Vacuum cleaner did not work properly and a new one was ordered and delivered. We replaced the batteries in 2 of the 3 smoke detectors to stop the beeping. Sliding door in master needs attention as it must be lifted to open/close.
