The cleanliness could have been a little better upon arrival but nothing that was too bad. The location and amenities of this property are absolutely perfect. Walking distance to great food, great beaches, farmers market and some shopping. Great views from the multiple decks and the hot tub was a great way to wind down. It was a perfect place to just relax, listen to the waves and unwind. Can’t wait to get back there.

Fun family trip
Fun family trip
This property was in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, and everything you might need. The location can't be beat. It is just a short walk of maybe 100 yards to get to the beach. We had a great time and will definitely be looking to come back.

Excellent beach location - minor updates could be very helpful
Excellent beach location - minor updates could be very helpful
The location of this property is hard to beat. You are a few houses down from the stairs down to the beach. The beach is relatively private and less busy than the nearby state beach and is absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop hot tub was lovely and enjoyed by all as well. The parking in the back of the house is very convenient and comfortably fit three cars. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to do all of our meals with our group of 10 people together. The cleanliness could have been improved, the counters in the bathrooms and kitchen did not seem to be wiped down prior to arrival and needed some attention. Updated bedding would do a world of good as well. Overall a great stay as the location is wonderful, some minor tweaks would make this property 5 stars.

Great location, mediocre house
Great location, mediocre house
This house is in need of serious repair. Some of the rooms smelled funky. Some windows would not open or once opened would not close. There was construction in process while we stayed. The company which manages this rental were very helpful and had wonderful communication. For the price of the house, I expected something nicer. Great location!

Strange

We rented the property because we were evacuated from Scotts Valley because of the fire threat. The owners who seem to do the cleaning, were late getting the property ready which is OK, but when we arrived they did not want to leave, and seemed to show up daily. The have cameras on the outside of the front door and inside the back room. that covers the kids bunkbeds, creepy. The master bathroom does not have curtains on the window and the window hinge is broken, because we were not the first to hang a towel to try and cover it. The dryer vent is completely blocked making the washer dryer almost useless. The house has lots of deferred maintenance, but it was a good home in the storm. We have been allowed to go home, but our friends will still be there through 9/2. Just keep the owners away please.
