About this house rental
Located on a quiet street at the mouth of Vanocker Canyon, the house has two decks, a double attached garage, and ample off-street parking. Amazing views and conveniently located for exploring the Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, Devil's Tower, etc. and just a short drive into Sturgis for groceries, restaurants, etc.
This 3500 square foot house offers plenty of space to make yourself at home. This is an in-town home with an out-of-town feel. Situated in a quiet neighborhood that borders National Forest; deer and turkey will be your most frequent guests. Amazing views will greet your gaze when you look off the front deck or the rear porch.
There is a queen-sized bed in every bedroom except the bunk room where there are twin /full bunk and twin trundle combination beds. There is also a playpen available upon request. Each bed has multiple layering options for your sleeping comfort. The house is fully stocked with new linens, towels, paper products, basic pantry ingredients, and laundering supplies all well-organized and easily accessible for your convenience.

We were very happy with our stay. House was awesome! On the listing it showed they had a blow dryer and there was none. One girls didn't pack hers cause it was on the list. Some of the group was not happy with the little stone road. Over all an awesome trip! Would use again.

House was clean and and in great shape. We had 10 people in our group and 6 large motorcycles. All the bikes fit in the garage easily, and having a nice big driveway and hose nearby was great for keeping the shiny stuff shiny.
Location was perfect to go into Sturgis(town), but far enough away to relax and watch the deer and turkey visit.
Everyone in our group was very happy with the house and amenities, having a washer and dryer means you can pack lighter(even though our wives didn't understand that).
Overall a great trip with great host, and great time.
The rides in the area were spectacular, the scenery breathtaking, would love to come back someday when there's no other bikes around and relax and do the rides all over again. But we really enjoyed experiencing STURGIS!!!!
Thank you for helping us knock off one more thing on our bucket list. We put over 5K miles on our bikes and loved every minute of it.

We rented this house to stay while traveling the sights of South Dakota. My family and I had plenty of room. The neighborhood is super quiet and downtown Sturgis was a mile away.
The owners were responsive with any needs( we didn’t need anything but they still checked in)

Very positive experience
We all had an ejoyable time. The property managers were very accommodating and helpful.
The house was clean and inviting. There were a few small issues with the house which were discussed with the managers and handled promptly.
Overall a fun getaway.

Peaceful Retreat
We loved sitting on the front porch every morning before our excursions and every evening when we got home. Eric and Beth have thought of everything. There was so much space for our family and our kids LOVED the basement space with all of the games and books. Location was so close to the highway to get to all of the spots we wanted to visit. One of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!!!

I did let the property owner know right away as that could be the housekeeping and not their fault. I was greatly surprised by how well-stocked the cupboards were. I have never stayed at a rental that actually had paper products and a decent spice cabinet and just the basic necessities on hand. Evenings were great as we could sit outside and enjoyed the wildlife. There is not a lot of traffic in this area which is pleasant. We were coming to do touristy things in the hills with the kids, so the location of the house was a little bit out of the way and created longer driving times. We would definitely come back and would recommend to other renters.

Great house for a family vacation
We stayed here with 6 adults and 3 kids and it was just a perfect house. It was clean and in a great location. We spent most evenings on the deck watching the deer and turkey. The host was very prompt and checking and out process was so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great house and host. Thanks so much for the memories.

Property was good, beautiful sights and views. Had everything we needed. Pictures of deck are misleading only room for grill and maybe 2 other people standing. Enjoyed the front outdoor area though. All in all, would recommend it and stay again.

Awesome Black Hills Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much. It had tons of space to accommodate our family of 6, and had so many fun added features. It was clean, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood. The communication from the hosts was always very prompt. It was the perfect home base for our Black Hills getaway, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. We'd definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful rental experience
The property owners were so detailed throughout the process. The home is perfectly located with the surrounding areas. A group of 4 of us came for the riding experience within the Black Hills and found the perfect location to reside. The home was extremely clean and well organized. There was more than enough room in the home. The garage was perfect for our 4 bikes. We’ll return and I definitely recommend this home!

An awesome home!
There were 3 couples in our party. We all loved everything the house had to offer. It was spotless and we'll furnished. The spacious two car garage was a great bonus. We would love to return in 2020!

Great Place for our Group
There were six of us in our group; one couple and four singles. The home is big enough with enough beds, enough bedrooms and enough bathrooms that we each had privacy yet the home easily accommodated us all together in the evenings as well. Getting up and going was simply a matter of getting ready. No one was jostling for bathroom time. Beth left us coffee, which was both good and much appreciated. Beth checked in by text with us make sure everything was going well. The location is great. Private and off the beaten path yet less than four minutes from gas, food and the intestate. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Beth and Eric again.

Perfect home to feel at home
We had a wonderful and very easy stay in this home. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty to do with a lower level filled with things to do, such as football, air hockey, ping pong, and every board game imaginable. The home is also very tastefully and interestingly decorated. Easy access to Vanocker Canyon Rd for a drive into the Hills. Highly recommend. Thanks Beth and Eric!

Family Vacation
We absolutely LOVED this property...we could have never left the house. You could watch deer walk through the neighborhood from the windows. This house had everything you could have asked for. I would love to go back and stay there again.

Fantastic!
We loved our stay at this well-appointed home! It was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for us. Sitting on the front porch in the evening, you can see a dozen or more deer wander through the nearby field to graze. The bedrooms were spacious, private and quiet, with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding, and we slept very well. I appreciated that there were guest toiletries in each bath, and plenty of good towels. I felt there was very good attention to detail, and we lacked for nothing in our weeklong stay. Loved the game room! Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the view was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean,close to attractions
Loved our stay. The location was ideal as we were in the middle of everything we wanted to see. There were 8 of us all adult staying, and there was plenty of room. Only complaint is the one bed is located in basement in unfinished room--waterpipes made it very loud for those sleeping in that bed and the room is mostly cement, so not very appealing/cozy to sleep in. Could use shades on master bedroom windows; early morning sun makes it difficult for sleep for those of us who are not early risers! Town was nice for just walking around in the evening. Kitchen was well-stocked for dishes and most utensils. No hand towels in the master bath, but other bathrooms seemed to have. We enjoyed our vacation and owners were quick to respond to all questions during our stay. Neighbors were also very friendly!

A perfect holiday :)
Great place to stay within communicable distance to Badlands and Black Hills.The house is located in a beautiful location and is equipped with probably everything you want to have during your stay. Eric & Beth were super nice to take care of any concerns we might have during our stay. Only negative i can think of is the basement rooms are bit colder though lot of blankets and comforters are provided.
