PRIME LOCATION IN THE 5. DISTRICT, A STONE THROW AWAY FROM ST. STEPHEN,S CATHEDRAL AND HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT, DANUBE RIVER. IT IS CLOSE TO ALL TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND IS SURROUNDED BY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ON THE NICEST PEDASTRIAN STREET OF THE CENTER. FROM THE BALCONY YOU CAN ENJOY AMAZING VIEWS FROM THE ST. STEPHENS BASILICA ALL THE WAY TO THE DANUBE.

The classical , bright , corner apartment has a nice athmosphere , it is in the middle of dowtown, but still very quiet. It boasts high celings with stucco and original, restored , stain leaded glass sliding doors, new windows fitted with electric shutters, air-conditioning installed.
Plenty of cable channels and high speed internet with wifi offered.
The apartment consists of:
spacious livingroom -36 sm- with dining area and with an openable sofa bed.
panorama bedroom -26 sm -with double bed, wardrobs,

Great location and great host!

We loved Erika's apartment. it was very specious, clean and a lot of little things that you would need were available at the apartment. The location was perfect and the view from the main living room/main bedroom was great. The second bedroom was very tight but we had our young daughter sleep there so it worked great for us (might just be tight for another couple in that back room). In my opinion the check-in process was a bit cumbersome... it took a while for our host to meet with us at the apartment even though we texted her from the airport, as requested, and there were too many little rules how the door keys worked during check-out and such. But nevertheless she allowed us to check in early and we are thankful for that. I guess overall it just as not as easy as self check-in..... that is all. Amazing central apartment!

We had a lovely stay at Erika’s apartment. Everything was spotless, check-in was easy and we were close to everything. The apartment has one very large bedroom and one tiny one - perfect for a couple and one or two children. Would be a bit tight for 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space was comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Apartment!

Location, location, location! If you are looking for easy walking access to many Budapest attractions, look no further. Public transportation is also very close. Erika, the owner, was waiting for us at the apartment even though we were 4 hours late because of a flight delay. Using WhatsApp we were able to quickly inform her of the delay. She explained in detail everything there was to know about the apartment & we did not encounter any problem. The many dishes, utensils, pots & pans are all of excellent quality & make it easy to prepare meals. Erika provided me with a list of Gluten Free restaurants in the area which was very much appreciated. She had even purchased a GF snack for me. The bed was very comfortable, bedding was beautiful with first quality linens. The apartment is tastefully decorated with expensive furniture. The view of the Basilica is outstanding and one night we were able to hear & view a classical concert from the patio. But from inside the apartment we were not able to hear the music at all. Windows are of superior quality and no noise could be heard from the street below. The area is safe & secure. We highly recommend this enchanting apartment.

Great location within walking distance of the Basilica, Chain bridge, restaurants and shops. Cute balcony with great views made me feel like I was at an outdoor cafe. Apt. is beautiful. Erika spent a lot of time going over the property and provided maps and personal recommendations. Kitchen had everything we needed (although we weren't able to find more of the particular coffee pods at the local stores). The only thing we lacked was shampoo/soap in the shower. Overall, a very nice stay. Highly recommend this apt.

Amazing apartment amazing location

We felt like locals, enjoying this fabulous apartment. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony, with views to the Basilica. Every evening was spent in one of the restaurants on the strip below. Budapest is a wonderful city and surprised us with its energy, architecture and atmosphere. Erika’s apartment is a perfect place to experience it.

Great walkable location

We stayed at Erika's apartment in late May and really enjoyed our time. It is located in such a central location that we were able to walk to everything. There are numerous options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Costa Coffee is just across the street. We did cook in one night and I was very happy with the number of pots and pans and utensils. Erika provided us lots of good information. We had a great stay and would return again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay in Budapest!!

We were completely delighted with this beautiful and extremely well-equipped apartment. Two great bathrooms and incredibly comfortable beds. It was the best of old and new Budapest and could not have been better positioned for exploring the whole city. We walked everywhere but were always very happy to come home to Erika's lovely place. She was very welcoming (delicious pastries, thank you!) providing milk, coffee etc as well as loads of information about the best local restaurants and hidden gems. We spent many happy hours with a glass of wine on the balcony just people watching and enjoying the fabulous backdrop of St Stephen's Basillica...out of this world as views go! The flat is quiet despite the central position and is spoilt for choice restaurant-wise. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and this apartment made it a very special week. We highly recommend Erika and her apartment as the ideal venue to explore the beautiful city of Budapest!

This apartment in Budapest is classically beautiful. It is situated within a stone's throw from the Basilica and is close to every convenience. Everything was provided and the hostess, Erika, was a gem. She was extremely helpful and very accessible. We particularly appreciated the aesthetics of the apartment; fine high ceilings, lead lights, tons of space,etc. I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful place.

The apartment was perfectly located in Budapest. We were greeted promptly and professionally. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a nicer view from the balcony. With the exception of the very small second bedroom everything was great.

This flat is perfect for a stay in Budapest. It has all the home comforts you need but is in the centre of the city. Everything is within walking distance and the view of St. Stephen's Basilica from the balcony and bedroom window is stunning. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops but because it is mostly pedestrianized the noise in the flat is low. Keith was a brilliant host, responding to all my questions within a couple of hours. Can't recommend highly enough.

This apartment had everything one can want and more. First of all, the apartment itself is very large and absolutely beautiful. The view from the huge master suite of St. Steven's Basilica was extraordinary. The bedding was superb and beds very comfortable. Even the pullout couch had a very comfortable mattress. The extremely huge living room allowed the 5 of us plenty of space to relax as the furniture was very comfortable. Upon arriving our wonderful host, Erika had already provided us with fresh pastries, espresso/coffee, milk, and juices. A very wonderful gift after traveling all day. Having 2 modern bathrooms was great. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Something that our past apartments were skimpy on. I could go on and on about this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect. You will not find better. This was our last stop on our trip and certainly the very best! Erika even went above and beyond to find another wonderful apartment for my Aunt and Uncle who were staying longer. Erika's apartment was already booked. However, Erika located and made arrangements for them for their remaining stay. She also made our taxi arrangements for the airport. If we needed anything Erika was available and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. You won't be disappointed.

Very good location, an easy walk to the main tourist sites but still in a nice quiet location. The apartment was very comfortable but the 2nd bedroom was very small. The bathrooms are next to each other at the entry - one has a shower in the bath tub and the other a walk in shower. The kitchen was quite serviceable and we found it to be a very comfortable apartment to be in.

My husband and I have just spent one week here. The apartment is just as it looks in the photos and the balcony is a real bonus. I think someone else has commented on the entrance hall, not the prettiest part of the building, but certainly not a problem. Erika was very helpful and there’s so much to see and do in the city that we’re already contemplating another stay next year.
