The property was full of mold . We only stayed one night . We hard to relocate to another facility as the mold made my daughter very sick .

Right on the beach, oceanfront, as advertised! Helpful staff when I called the office! I will be back 🥰

Signs everywhere saying No Pets but barking/yapping little dogs right beside us all weekend? I didn’t say anything but wish I had!

Nice place. Fairly well kept. Dated in many respects. Property was not secure.

Close to beach and looked nice.

Both The rear sliding glass door, and the access door to the beach from the balcony had locks that did not work, leaving the property vulnerable to theft and intrusion. Owner or manager basically blew me off when I requested to have something done about it

The location and it had a balcony overlooking the beach Near a bunch of nice places to shop and eat

only had one chair on the balcony, there were many things that were not working, or shabby looking I emailed the management company and never heard back

very happy with our stay. we we’re here for the Mayo Clinic so the zen that this condo offered was exactly what we need

the location and beach side are definitely it’s selling points great bang for the buck. would rebook if we return to Jacksonville area

needs some TLC. minor repairs and refresh. a king size bed would be a huge plus

Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely come back as soon as possible.

The view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. Very close to restaurants and grocery store. Unit was very clean and the TVs were very good.

The balcony sliding door was very difficult to open. The wife could not open and close it.

Great View, But Very Dated, and Smelled

The view was the amazing! It was the best part about the condo. The ocean was so close. The furniture was nice, and the condo was decorated very beachy. There were plenty of blankets and bedding.

The condo was extremely dated. It needed updates in the kitchen, and the bathroom. We couldn't get the vertical blinds on the sliding door to open or move. We had to force them part way just to see the view. One of the blinds kept falling off. The chairs and table on the balcony were completely rusted. The railing on the balcony was peeling. The condo smelled bad. Even leaving the sliding door open didn't help. It just felt, and smelled old, and musty. The bathtub had rust around the drain, and it needed a new shower head. There was no water pressure when taking a shower.
