Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage war gut um in die Innenstadt zu laufen oder auch zur Metrostation.

Die Küche war nicht allzu groß. Es bot sich eher an Essen zu gehen.

Nice rooms but not good location

Nice room and nice size. Good to have an elevator.

The hot water was very sporadic and had to shower most says in cold water. The pillows were uncomfortable and hard. The older female staff was nice and helpful, the younger one was rude and unhelpful, didnt greet us when we came back to rhe room every day and seemed to just play on her phone, trying to ignore us. Not a good location, crazy guy tried to hit us with a rock. Lots of garbage everywhere and smelly. Will stay in Casco Vieje area next time.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien climatisées ! La salle de bain est grande, la douche est bien chaude et avec une bonne pression.

La wifi ne fonctionne presque jamais. La cuisine est très sale et il n’y a presque rien comme ustensiles (même pas de couverts…)

Zimmer okay - Personal flop

Die Zimmergröße war wirklich gut und man hatte noch eine Couch drin stehen, sodass man auch ein paar Sachen ablegen konnte. Das Bad war sehr sauber und völlig okay.

Der Empfang und die Dame dazu. Kein Hallo und herzlich willkommen, keine Hilfe, keine Unterstützung. Wer erwartet dort freundlich empfangen zu werden, ist definitiv fehl am Platz. Wenn man dann noch kein spanisch fließend spricht, schaut die Dame gar nicht erst vom Handy auf. Also bloß keine Erwartungen an sie haben

Con lo básico

El personal muy amable. La vista desde la habitación era muy bonita. Muy buena conexión a Internet. Cerca a zona de restaurantes y mercados.

Podrían mejorar la decoración de las habitaciones. Me parecieron muy sencillas. Hay mucho potencial para mejorar en este aspecto.

Inexpensive and basic stay

Disclaimer: We stayed here during the protests in Panama which meant that we had a skewed view of the neighbourhood etc. The room is fine! Nothing to write home about but not bad. The staff are nice and we’re super understanding with early check-in and late check-outs due to the roadblocks etc. which saved us a lot of money and mental load!

We stayed here because it had a kitchen which we wanted to use for cooking as Panama is comparatively expensive. Unfortunately the kitchen is not only poorly equipped but also not clean at all. Each time we came down to prepare breakfast or dinner it was less clean than the first which is a shame. If you have no interest in cooking and don’t mind a slightly musty smell in the room this place is fine and cheap

Location is not bad, close to public transport. Room as such is ok though nothing special.

When I arrived there was no one there at reception. Another guest let me in and it took like another 20 minutes for someone to show up. No hot water. It is not that bad coz it's so hot outside but a few degrees more in water temperature would have worked for me. The toilet (room 1 E) makes a strange loud noise for 5 minutes after flushing. Old design and room.

Excellent stay - great helpful staff - good location

This is a new property, everything is clean and fresh I arrived on the night bus from Bocas and the owner very kindly gave me a temporary room at 0400 in the morning

As the property is new, not all of the facilities are in place yet, the rooftop will have a great space for chilling and for a large kitchen. There is a temporary kitchen which is not ideal, and currently nowhere to sit and eat at a table with chairs - I stayed beginning August 2023, just to put some context to this

Great 2 nights in Panama City

We stayed here for two nights before catching a Boat to Colombia. For this it was a great choice. Excellent price and great location. Loads of good restaurants in the area.

Not really a hostel. There was little interaction with other clients, which was ok for us though.

I believe the listing said hot water - there wasn’t hot water. The tv didn’t work the armoire was damaged The room and elevator smelled very mildewy Not very hostel like - no real common area - no silverware to use. Sheets were all nubby. No proper pillows .

The location is great, the room spacious with great AC, staff very helpful, kitchen filled our needs.

The kitchen is quite small and they are still working on the communal area but the positives weighed up for that.

Perfect for a budget

This is a great place to stay if on a budget. Panama is expensive but this place is not. It had air conditioning which is kind of essential in Panama. The room was functional and did its job for the price. There's a very convenient laundry service for $6 which I used a few times.

The front desk is not always staffed. When I arrived the first night there was no-one at reception to let me in. I didn't see a doorbell either. Luckily someone was leaving so I was able to get in. I'd recommend having data on your phone to call or else knock really loud. Also there was no toilet brush in the bathroom and the flush is not strong so it can cause issues.

Great Value and Good Location

Good location and friendly staff. The rooms and property were clean, and there were no problems with other guests. Fast and professional laundry service.

The kitchen was often dirty. Otherwise, no major complaints. Would happily stay here again.

Great value, decent location.

Nice staff and great value for your money. The kitchen is ok, but there were issues with people leaving dirty dishes. Laundry was quick and cheap!

Kitchen was dirty. There was also someone who had things stolen, but this didn't happen to us. Overall, good stay and would come back.

Good location, big room, microwave and kettle, fast wifi. Spanish speaking staff who all seemed very friendly.

Basic facilities and we were only able to get cold water during our stay but this could be because we were showering at popular times. Kitchen facilities are very limited but certainly better than nothing.

Very spacious room with balcony and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and good laundry service.

The shared kitchen was terrible: very poorly stocked (no bowls, 2 spoons for everyone, no cutting knives), very small and dirty with a tiny shared fridge.

Needs improvement.

There is always someone at the desk and the check in process was easy. Bare minimum rooms with one small full-size bed and a dirty wardrobe we weren’t comfortable using since there was trash and dirt in the drawers, in addition to mold on the wall behind the bed. It is a busy neighborhood in addition to the construction next door, generating a lot of dust and noise. The young gentlemen that checked us in was super nice and helpful. I would encourage management to invest a little more thought in the rooms for the comfort of the guests.

Poor facilities. There was were too many annoyances, such as no stand to even put a piece of soap near the shower, toilet has some gas leakage that stinks at times etc
