You get what you pay for…. Lesson learned.

Proximity to the beach

View of trash and debris strewn vacant lot with the ocean beyond. We were refused a refund although we left after only one night. The AC was very weak and was not sufficient to adequately cool the room. We left early due to the disappointing property conditions. The price was very low so we learned a lesson on this one. The pictures of the property are deceiving however.

The location was brillant. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice :)

Good base to explore Varkala

Good location minutes to the sea! Just behind Magnolia cottages, where if you eat or buy a drink they will let you use their pool. Deluxe room was large with a good bed and great aircon. For the price it’s really good value and staff very helpful.

You will just enjoy your stay, no doubt

Firstly location, very near to the beach, rooms are very big in size ,neat and clean, gallery makes these rooms even awesome

Nothing to dislike No restaurant at the hotel But they are providing tea, brekfast as on demand And restaurant is just 100 ft away

Nice home stay

The staff is really kind and 260 mts there is a beach where you can bath. The room is pretty big and comfortable. Good breakfast!

They said it was a room with sea view and it was not. From the first floor it is not possible to have a good view. When we entered to the room there was a mustiness.

Close proximity to the beach

The staff/host has some serious attitude problems. Extremely rude and a total snob. Wouldn’t recommend to Indian travellers.

The manager was polite and helped us through our stay, we asked if early check in was possible and he helped us with that, Also he arranged for the bike rental and cab for our drop to Trivandrum..loved the location and the room was very spacious..All needs were taken care of on time..Had a pleasant stay

Excellent location. Walkable to the beach. Peaceful surroundings. Great service by Dinesh. Clean and neat rooms. Food delivery available from nearby restaurants / zomato.

A very calm n comfortable stay away from the cliff crowd

The room is very spacious and clean, and bathroom is in the size of a small bedroom. No insects or mosquito issues. Nice ambience and Mr. Dinesh n his wife was very courteous. See is walking distance from the room. Albeit little far, one can walk through seaside to the cliff.

Curtains are kind of transparent so too much light coming into room, and felt a slight lack of privacy.

very quiet place, no one around, pleasant sound of the sea surf and birds singing. Loved the Indian breakfast carefully prepared by the hosts. Mosquito nets on windows

Lots of mosquitoes, just like everywhere else.
