Relaxing stay in a convenient location.

Check in was friendly and informative. Property was accurately advertised and generally well equipped (see below).

Not enough crockery for self catering/ dish washer. Room would benefit from a more thorough clean.

My first choice to stay at if I'm back in Deerfield Beach

Welcoming friendly staff, spacious yet cozy apartment, balcony, spacious rooftop pool area with ocean view, not having to carry key card around (just type in code), absolutely great value for money (especially compared to other hotels nearby).

Would have liked to stay longer!

Love this place and will stay here every time we come !

Location is great for our annual event we host in the area, we come here every Nov 1. Walk to the beach which is not too crowded and has more of a local family vibe.

Having a few additional large bath towels already in the room. But it is easy to get clean ones any day you like. Could use an additional window covering to help block the early morning sun.

t was the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life

There was a mouse in the room, the beds were incredibly dirty, it was the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life, I don't know how it got this score. Instead of taking 150 dollars, they took 300 dollars from my card, they said they can't refund my money. They are fraudsters and fraudsters. I definitely recommend you not to go, it's a terrible hotel .

Close to the beach. The pool was excellent on the 5 th Floor. Beautiful view.

The air conditioner was not working well the day we arrived. but the next day they moved me to another room.

Great location for a rowdy beach experience.

Location was good for going to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants, etc. Parking on site seemed safe. We enjoyed the rooftop pool.

We had an incident in which the unit was entered by presumable a staff member to deliver champagne. Being told that there was not daily housekeeping, it was unnerving to know someone came in without our prior knowledge. Also, staff is not readily available. There is no lobby, only an office in which we had to call the only staff member on site each time. She was responsive, however, was on call for all guests and was quite busy.

This is my favorite place to stay in Deerfield Beach. It is in the heart of everything, the staff is amazing.The rooms are clean, very nice and super comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Wow! Stay here!!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this place. my one bedroom condo was beautiful, exactly as listed, minutes walk to beach, great restaurants and beach shops literally across the road. things that impressed me were the quality of bed and pillows, really comfortable, all the appliances were top quality and looked brand new, and the shower was really powerful ( in all my travels most showers are usually just adequate. It really surprised me how nice and powerful the shower was) The place has everything you need! the roof pool is heated and as nice as pictures show, with great views. Beach towels are in the room. Icing on the cake free parking and really nice staff. I thought I’d miss room service and restaurants but they are so close i didn’t miss them at all.

Our go-to place when we stay in the area!

Love this place! This is our 3rd time here (or maybe 4th!). It's a great location, beautiful rooms and the staff are just awesome!

It does get a little warm for us in the hot weather. The thermostat doesn't always show correct temp.

immaculate, comfortable, lovely pool, good security. Coffee maker that wasn’t a Keurig. Complete kitchen. Friendly receptionist. Short walk to the beach. Food options nearby.

Really well maintained and with everything you need waiting for you for a comfortable self catering stay. Great location, rooftop pool was excellent, stunning views. The resort staff are so good, really friendly and helpful.

Not having a balcony with lounge chairs on however the pool is so convenient. Some views are better than others so worth paying for partial sea view in my opinion.

MJ checked us in quickly and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the resort, rooms, and neighborhood. My room was immaculate and well-equipped for a three-day stay. The kitchen had everything you needed. Fresh towels every day if you so choose. Pool deck on the fifth floor was really nice and large. Pool was pristine, but cold. Location is fantastic. In the heart of the beach scene. Easily 10 to 15 restaurants, stores and beach was a block away. Deerfield Beach is designed well for walkers and sightseers. Beach is beautiful with clear water. Superb vacation. Thanks!

Great stay near everything

The check in process was amazing! They texted me instructions and we had assigned parking and security codes. When we entered the room, we saw how clean it was. Very comfortable and spacious. The location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff was also very nice. A wonderful stay!
