We loved everything about the Artists Adobe. It was Santa Fe funky, it was comfortable, it was fully equipped, it was well located to walk to both the Railroad district and the Plaza. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved having the 3 bedrooms for 3 grown women. We loved the treats that they left us. Lots of parking space. Once the narrow drive was negotiated one time, it was easy after that. Separate air conditioning control in each area of the home was a luxury. Again, we loved everything about the Artists Adobe

This property was a perfect way to be introduced to Santa Fe. Felt like a home rather a typical investor centric home. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Cute house in an awesome location...driveway is a tight squeeze but have faith! My Honda Odyssey was able to make it, just tried to go from a good angle. Perfect location for our girls trip because we could walk to the plaza, restaurants etc. The king bed is a pull out and a little firm but really no major complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a girls trip!
Three of us (college friends, now in our early 30s) did a long weekend in Santa Fe for a girls trip and this place was perfect! The location was wonderful, we walked to great shops and restaurants. The house was so cute and well stocked, and they even left us wine and snacks as a welcoming gift! We loved having our own bedrooms. The home has tons of historic charm and is clean and lovely. Absolutely loved this house and can't recommend it enough, would definitely stay here again. Also just so you know, the driveway/alley to the parking looks too narrow for a car so we called the host and they assured us our SUV would fit, which it did! So trust the picture in the check in instructions because it's accurate!

In Town compact 3 bedroom
Place was very clean and organized. Charming and small three bedroom. Very functional kitchen and short walk to everything in town. Two of bedrooms have a curtain for the door. Stayed with 2 friends on a guys trip.

Neighborhood suspect
The house was cute but the bathrooms very small, one toilet you had to sit sideways to fit. The pictures did not show it accurately. There is no doors on 2 of the bedrooms ( just curtains) the top sheets did not fit the beds, the place was cute but a little rough around the edges. Neighborhood was very suspect, it was like driving back behind some bar. Management company sent text for everything, did not need them.

Great spot!
We had a great time at your property. Walking distance to Plaza and other venues. A little had to find for food delivery but we made it work. The patio is awesome and we spent a lot of girl time visiting in the mornings and evenings with the cooler timeframe. We some how missed that the place was not airconditioned which was only a factor in the midafternoon.

Santa Fe Festival
House was awesome. No air like it says, so a little warm during the day, but great for sleeping. Location was great. We walked to the festival on the plaza.

Lovely stay in Santa Fe
The location of the property was amazing. Walking distance to the historic district, the Railyard and more. The casita was comfortable and so well appointed it had anything and everything we might have needed. (The kitchen was spectacular! Compact, well designed and well outfitted!) The rooms were comfortable and even without AC, nights were cool and comfy. So many fans provided! Loved our stay there!

Santa Fe Perfection
We couldn’t ask for a better setup than the Artisit Abode for our family Santa Fe vacation. Walking distance to many restaurants, even sharing a driveway with a great little italian place. The courtyard was our favorite, protected from noise and wind and just beautiful. Inside, everything is provided in an artful southwest yet modern setup. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative is to know the drive way is narrow and a tough entrance from a busy street. Five stars and possibly our favorite vacation rental from some very experienced travelers.

This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had.
This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had. Everything that we needed was right there at the house, which was gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor space which was private and quiet- wonderful space for a BBQ!

It was a great stay for us! The house was fully stocked, spotless and comfortable. Quick walk to downtown Santa Fe square. Many restaurants close by for coffee/breakfast and or lunch/dinner. The staff was wonderful with offering local recommendations and easy to get ahold of.

Wisconsin friends exploring Santa Fe
We had an adventurous visit to Santa Fe and enjoyed nearby art studios, restaurants and churches. We hiked or ran near by and drove to local national parks like Tent Rocks.
5 star overall but 4 star for communication with listing agency. We had questions about wild hot springs which we didn’t have answered. Loved Pasquale Mexican and the French Pastry & Crepe shop near the square.

Hip and fun
The young adults in our party loved the location—great eats and drinks just steps away—and the cool decor. They especially appreciated the coffee/tea equipment and plenty of comfy courtyard seating.

Overall enjoyable experience.
Enjoyed the easy walking access to downtown. Plumbing problems were addressed quickly with management. A little difficult to find the alley, but once found, easy afterwards. Plenty of seating areas both inside and outdoors.

Beautiful house in perfect location
Look no further, this property has it all: everything you need to cook, bake, play, or relax, right in the center of town where you can walk to the farmers’ market (one of the top in the nation) or any of the many charming stores and historic buildings. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house that feels much more like a home than an impersonal rental; We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Bueno Bueno Bueno!
Four friends spent five days in this lovely old but completely updated adobe home in a quiet enclave just four blocks from the Plaza. Indoor and outdoor spaces accommodated our every need. The home is furnished beautifully and outfitted with every possible accessory especially in the kitchen. Loved every minute of our stay.

Perfection!
My husband and I, along with our two daughters and our son-in-law, stayed at the Two Casitas property in Santa Fe in earlier in April and could not have picked a better stay. The house was perfect in every way possible! The house was beyond charming; the décor and furnishings have inspired me to revitalize my own home; the kitchen cupboards and dining room buffet included every utensil; plate, cup, glass, barware, cookware, appliance, placemat, napkin, dishtowel, or cutting board you could ever need; the laundry area was stocked with everything needed to wash and dry our hiking clothes; instructions for all the appliances were on hand if needed; bath towels, lotions, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were well stocked in the two bathrooms; the beds and bedding were comfortable; the outdoor patio area was lovely; and parking right on the drive. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! We had a marvelous time exploring Santa Fe from this darling house situated blocks from the Plaza. We highly recommend this property and hope to have a chance to stay here again.

Charming, Well Appointed Home!
This cottage is adorable! Four adults and two children stayed in the home. We loved the character of the home--architecture, art, furnishings, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. We walked to the Plaza for dinner plus made meals at the cottage. The family loved Meow Wolf and skiing! Highly recommend this home!

Excellent place to stay!
Beautifully decorated, very clean, and contained everything we needed! Easy walk to plaza and excellent restaurants were within easy walking distance. It is a safe, quiet place to stay. I would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped kitchen, walkable, centrally located house.
Great house to use as a central base for exploring downtown Santa Fe. It is within walking distance of a number of museums, great restaurants and shops. We like to cook and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. Nice living room for hanging out and playing board games.

Beautiful, well-designed space; great location in Santa Fe
Cozy, wonderful aesthetic qualities (sophisticated and well-considered art all around), super kitchen with all equipment needed. We spent a week here over Thanksgiving assuming we would need to go to a restaurant on the big day. We arrived to realize that this is the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have experienced and cancelled that reservation. It even had a small turkey roasting pan and rack. Knives were sharp. We loved loved loved this place for cooking, hanging out and comfortable sleeping.

Very comfortable; excellent location; great kitchen; need better directions to find driveway.
Great place to stay as we could walk to the main square, galleries and most restaurants. Firm mattresses provided great sleep and were especially appreciated after hiking. Kitchen is well appointed. Comfortable furniture. Well maintained and clean. Neighbors -- if they were there -- very quiet. Wished it had been a bit warmer for us to spend time outside on the patio. Great lighting and heat lamps in "cozy" bathrooms (reminded me of some of the bathrooms in bed & breakfast places in Scotland). Two bedrooms with drapery doorways might be a concern for people wanting to shut a door and have privacy. Door knob assembly instead of "hook & eye" for the bathroom between the two bedrooms would be appreciated. Grill was not used as it was dirty and not attractive. Definitely need better sign, or some other visual marker, for the driveway. The gravel "road" looks more like a walkway. All of us went past the opening onto the road several times and had to ask for directions from close-by businesses to find the entrance. Best to enter the driveway when traveling on the opposite side of the road as the turn into the driveway is narrow. If you have a large, wide, vehicle -- truck, SUV -- careful not to scratch on the metal posts which have screws protruding into the driveway. Would be nice to have some kindling along with the wood. Could not get fire started with just newspaper. Instructions -- copies of the owners' manuals? -- would be nice for being able to just play music (ie, not TV watching). Once we got used to the driveway, the rest of the "negatives" above were minor. We had a great time and would gladly stay again!

Charming house, convenient location
We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Artist Adobe with our family (couple with 3 adult children)! The house is charming, comfortable, and very convenient to downtown/Plaza activities. We also enjoyed several of the very-nearby restaurants recommended in the handbook -- a lovely surprise. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we only prepared breakfasts. Artist Adobe was a perfect home base for our first visit to Santa Fe.

Loved this house!
This home was a perfect spot for our destination wedding. Though it looks to be in a strange location, it isn't. It's perfectly located and very very quiet. The decorations are so quaint. They had everything we needed. And the rental agency was very easy to work with. We were in walking distance to the main square, three blocks away. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again. Also so many sitting areas outside for reading and enjoying the sun. Thank you for sharing this place !

Great house with great location.
Sitting right behind a nice brewery. Close to downtown and the house was a perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. We had a great time at this house.

Great location, great place.
Well-maintained and great location. This is a very comfortable adobe home with a relaxing ambience and a pretty good kitchen (we like to cook meals when we vacation). The yard is likewise a wonderful place to sit and eat, as well as being very dog-friendly. The entrance driveway is quite narrow, but fine for our Prius.

Beautiful home!
We had the best time staying in this sweet, quiet adobe hidden so close to downtown. There is a wonderful pizzeria with outdoor seating steps away and everything is accessible by foot that you may need or want. We ran on the bike/ foot path, rode our bikes from the doorstep to the ski area, walked to Sprouts, and explored most everything by foot. The house is well appointed and super comfy. We were in Santa Fe when the temps were in the high 80's which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable which is my only complaint. The fans were wonderful, but not being able to open a bunch of windows, due to it's historic nature, made us pine for some air conditioning.

Beautiful adobe house, cute yard, close to the main square.
We have stayed at numerous VRBO/AirBnB homes over the years, and this one was perfect. Every time my wife or I thought about something we might want or need in the house, all we had to do was glance around and it was there. So well thought out. Loved being able to walk to the main square in a matter of minutes. The morning coffee was from Starbucks one block away and our favorite restaurant was literally located right off the gravel driveway. Went there twice in 3 days. Great rental property!
10.0
This adobe is pretty perfect. The location is just blocks from restaurants, shopping, museums - easy walking - yet quiet and tucked away in a very private courtyard. The owners have kept the charm of historic Santa Fe and yet updated enough to have everything you need. The gourmet kitchen is fantastic and there was nothing we did not find included. All the beds were excellent with quality linens. Beautiful, yet small, bathrooms with great decor and top notch towels. Living and dining rooms are spacious and comfortable. Again, TV, WiFi, music, games, library all right there. Outside there is space for dining - also a grill - and smaller areas tucked away for reading or just relaxing. The flowers were awesome and overall the courtyard area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Everything in the listing was accurate as well as the photos. What they can't say or show is how charming and perfectly appointed this house is. I would return in a heart beat. Our weather was unseasonably hot, but the adobe cooled at night and we closed up during the day so it was quite enjoyable even with the heat.

Location was perfect and house had everything we could possibly have needed. Easy walk to the plaza and all our favorite restaurants. As we were there during a heat wave did miss air conditioning; however the house and location made up for it. Would definitely stay there again especially during the fall, winter or spring!

A lovely home with charm, comfort and location. Well-appointed and equipped with everything you need, beautiful decor and walking distance to central Santa Fe. The outdoor space is secluded and quiet. The weather in SF makes the lack of AC a non-issue. Spotless upon arrival and very accommodating hosts. We will be back!

This casita is lovely and very comfortable for 6 people. It includes a very well outfitted kitchen, a comfortable living area, great beds and an incredible outdoor space. When we arrived it was very clean and we were pleased to be immersed in such tasteful decor.
While we were there, our experience with the rental agent was less than ideal. We had concerns about parking and he was snippy and somewhat apathetic. While the parking issues were certainly not the fault of the rental agent, his initial response was unhelpful. Important to note, there was ample off street parking at the casita but because of road work, it was hard to access during our stay.
Again, the casita was lovely and very welcoming.
