Nice property. Cute and comfortable. The house, although not yet fully updated, was clean and well stocked. We felt safe in the nice neighborhood. Our host, Ashley, was attentive, accommodating and easy to contact. Ashley’s suggestions for things to do/ places to eat were spot on.

Great location. Lovely neighbourhood. Great shopping and restaurants close by. We come to the US for our annual ladies Christmas shopping trip. And it’s great to have a place we can all enjoy together. So much better than staying in a hotel. We loved it. And the host was great. Gave us a ton of suggestions and responded to all my emails. We are coming back next year!

Ashley was very responsive, and we appreciated her recommendations for local restaurants, coffee, etc. Main floor very cozy and decorated nicely. For a group of four girls, it was challenging for all of us to get ready in the morning with only one bathroom (downstairs bathroom very small and no outlets). Small details like a bar of soap and a hand towel hanger would have been nice. Compared to the main level, the upstairs does not seem to have the same level of care and attention. Not sure if remodeling is in process, but the floors were splotched with paint. I would also agree with the previous reviewer in that it was quite dusty and dirty (base boards in bedrooms full of dust, under the bed had dust bunnies). Some of the blinds seem to be in need of replacement. Had a great stay overall but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

When a property charges a cleaning fee, I expect the property to be clean. Floors in bedrooms were dusty. Some of the coffee mugs were dirty. Several items were broken, I.e. the ceramic soap dish in shower was broken and presented a potential danger. Window coverings were broken.

This house is in a nice neighborhood where we took morning and evening walks. We enjoyed preparing meals and eating in the roomy kitchen/dining area. A great location for visits to Buffalo and Niagara Falls attractions.

My wife and I and another couple spent 4 nights here. The house is a comfortable place for four adults. The neighborhood was quite nice and quiet too. We spent a day exploring parts of Buffalo and three full days exploring Niagara Falls (both the American and Canadian sides) and the Lockport area. After spending all day exploring, it was nice to come back to this place. We made dinner two nights and ate out two nights. Our host had some good recommendations for places to dine. There are Tops Supermarkets nearby if you're looking to buy groceries. The kitchen is adequate - having some wine glasses, smaller mugs for coffee, and a good set of silverware would be appreciated. Living room, dining room, and outdoor patio were comfortable. The downstairs bathroom is quite tiny. Upstairs, the bedrooms are good-sized. The beds were very comfortable - and we slept well! Bathroom upstairs is good-size. Plenty of towels in the upstairs closet. Check-in is easy. The wi-fi is easy to connect to using the QR code on the modem beside the TV. Our host, Ashley, was quick to respond and great to work with.

It looks like they are updating the property. A bonus was they have fans in all the bedrooms. Closets have plenty of hangers! There is not a dishwasher, but for is its not a big deal. Communication with the property manager was easy and enjoyable.

I think the house best serves 4 instead of 6. It appears that great effort is being spent to modernize.....notably kitchen and living room. It served our needs well and we would recommend it to friends. Tom Hallum

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. It is in a very nice neighborhood and there is a park close by that the kids enjoyed. The one thing that made our stay so great was the host Ashley. She was very responsive in any questions we had and went out of her way to accommodate us and make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had to take a spur of the moment trip to the area for a funeral and the house was exactly what we needed. Only 1 bathroom upstairs with all the bedrooms but we made it work.

Such cute decor, very clean and great neighborhood. The owner is EXCELLENT to for with!

Our favorite part of this property was the back deck, with large wood table (with inlays for ice and drinks), pergola, and string lights! We were able to use this space daily to see family, but keep our little one cool inside for naps. There’s also a huge yard and fire pit that we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of, but would be great for others! The location is also very central and close to the 290 and thruway. Inside, there’s plenty of space, but we enjoyed the comfy couch and large upstairs bedroom for our family (used one other bedroom to lay out all our baby items!). Ashley was very fast to respond, although we didn’t need much because she explained everything we’d need to know up front! This property really had everything we needed and we hope to stay again! Definitely would recommend to others!

This house was the perfect stay for me and my family. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed and the bedrooms especially were beautiful. The patio could use a bit of sprucing up (something in which the manager said they will be doing in July) but overall it provided a wonderful evening experience with the large table fitting everyone comfortably. We also enjoyed the fire pit for marsh-mellow roasting a few nights. The pictures are extremely accurate. I loved being able to see the backyard from the kitchen window so the kids could play while parents cooked. The neighborhood was exceptionally beautiful and quiet. We had morning chats with the neighbors a few times they were so kind. Having a park down the street was one of the kids favorite part and it was literally a 5 minute walk. This home truly helped us enjoy our stay that much more, especially with its convenient location from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Ashley was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and out later. We are so very appreciative of your hospitality. Thank You so much for allowing us to stay in your home we do hope to enjoy it again in the future.
