The angular heated swimming pool (4 x 8 meters with a depth of 140 cm) is a highlight, complete with an internal staircase. You can refresh yourself with the outdoor shower and relax on the terrace (25 square meters) furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue area.

The house consists of two apartments rented as one unit, ensuring ample space for your stay. The property offers unique amenities, such as a sauna located in a separate small house, just 10 meters from the pool. As an added perk, two massages are included in the price upon request. Please note that a double deposit is required upon arrival for groups of young people.

Unit Layout
You will stay in a spacious 5-room house with an area of 150 square meters spread across two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room spanning 40 square meters, equipped with satellite TV (flat screen), a DVD player, a tiled stove, and air conditioning. This room has an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), an open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine), and a shower/WC. Upstairs, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room with sloping ceilings ranging from 155 to 280 cm in height, complete with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. There are also two bedrooms on this level: one with sloping ceilings (155 to 280 cm height) containing two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long), and another room with sloping ceilings (155 to 280 cm height) featuring one French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long). An open kitchen with two ceramic glass hob hotplates and a microwave, as well as a shower/WC, can also be found on the upper floor.

Outside, you'll find a terrace spanning 13 square meters, which is roofed, as well as a lawn area of 200 square meters. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided for your relaxation. Furthermore, one pet or dog is allowed on the premises.
