Family room/Game Room w/ Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball, and TV. Close to Lake/Beach and pool. Two stone gas fireplaces. Plenty of games, books, movies, and toys for every age group!! Arrowhead Lake is a privately-owned gated community with many wonderful amenities including 4 beaches/playgrounds, 3 outdoor swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, 2 fully stocked lakes with boating and a magnificent lodge with a library, billiards room and a fitness room.

Note: Rate doesn't include Arrowhead Lake Community Fees which are set and required by Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA).

* Temporary Membership fees are mandatory year-round and must be purchased for the entire length of your stay. These fees are not based on amenities and temporary membership ID is required to attend events and when using any of the amenities or common areas within the community.

* Administration Fee: $20
* Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
* Temporary Membership Fee: (for ages 6 and over only)
- In-Season $8.5 per person per day ($42.5 per week)
- Off-Season $2 per person per day

In-Season is Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend

ALCA requires all rental registrations to be fully completed and paid at least three (3) days prior to arrival in order to avoid a $100 late fee charge.

This house is the ideal location for a weekend getaway with family and friends! It is clean and well stocked with games and activities for the kids. This is our second trip, and hopefully we’ll be returning again next year!

The chalet is exactly as pictured & yet more charming in person. The owners were very easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions. We loved our stay so much we never left the house all 4 days we were there. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful spacious house with plenty of things to do. We had an amazing weekend getting away with our family of four and friends with their kids. The kids had plenty of toys in the house to play with and nice bit of land behind the house for them to run around. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. Playground within walking distance and the lake. We’ll be returning for future visit!

House is beautiful and spacious only little things during the cold season rooms where cold and hot water was gone quick. Communication was great and quick House was well kept and loved the games available. Fireplace was relaxing !

Our friends gathered here to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday, and it couldn't have been a more perfect location! The house had everything we needed, including propane fireplaces (so much easier that wood burning!) and the game room was an awesome bonus room. We enjoyed the view from the large living room windows, especially since it had freshly snowed. The communication with the host was so easy, and they were very quick to respond and set us up with everything we needed before our trip.

House and area where great. Camp fire was amazing Saturday night. Only negative comment the place came w/ a pool table ( one of the reasons we chose the place) the sticks where all unusable. Other than that the place was perfect.

We went with 6 adults and 6 kids. We make this trip every year and usually rent houses 4k. SQFT or more so that everyone has plenty of space. This house was about 2k SQFT and we did not feel cramped. The community is great. We have been there a few times during the summer. Lots to do for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful , comfortable, and spacious. Our group enjoyed our stay and we hope to return. Kevin was awesome to deal with ! As a host they were helpful and quick to respond and assist. Our entire group agreed that we would rent this house again!

For some time now, every other year our family loves to celebrate Thanksgiving in Arrowhead Lakes, PA. This year, our house rental was a mos enjoyable experience. The house had everything we could possibly want and was one the cleanest house we have rented in that community. The owners were always available for questions and were very responsive.

Had a great time staying at Ann & Kevin's place. House was clean with all essentials in order. Great lower level for kids/teens, with pool, air hockey and foosball table. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Pennsylvania for skiing or the lake life. Great nearby deli for food and drinks. Comfortable place for families.

Ann & Kevin were wonderful from beginning to end. My family was impressed by this delightful chalet, fully-stocked with essentials and lots of fun things to keep folks occupied. From the high ceilings to the warm fireplaces to the twinkling Christmas tree - not to mention the outdoor scenery as the snow gently fell - my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of comfy seating, comfortable beds and much more. Our holiday getaway was simply wonderful!

Had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Specifically the game room with air hockey, pool, and foosball was really fun with the kids especially when it rained. Also has ping pong table outside. Firepit area had good setup which we enjoyed. Outside covered porch with table was fantastic to eat at and hang out. Really liked that feature.

The house was comfortable and was well equipped in the kitchen and with fun toys for the younger crowd in the play room. The property is in a quiet location that is still easily accessible to several beaches and playgrounds. The owners were very responsive and friendly. The kids are all eager to come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed. The layout allowed for us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms on different levels (3 levels, each with its own bedroom and bath, plus an additional bunk room that we didn't use). We loved the game room and the fire pit, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool table is in need of repair, but we still enjoyed it. We didn't have small children but it would be a great house for kids because of the toys and games. We were really happy there.

Perfect for Families

This house was perfect for our family four and our friends family of three for a quite vacation at a lake house. We had three little kids with us (two 2-year olds and an 8 month old) and this house had just about everything we needed for the kids. There are also lots of different playgrounds, beaches and pools in the community so it kept the kids occupied and stimulated. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. I would highly recommend having a family vacation at this house.

We loved our stay! We visited after 3 long months of COVID lockdown and this home provided a wonderful change of scenery for our family. The house is beautifully maintained and was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies and even a fresh bag of ice in the freezer! Our boys (2 years old and 9 months old) loved the toys that the owners provided! The community is awesome! We loved visiting the lakes and pools. Everything was super clean and close distance to the home. The owners made sure we had everything we needed (including an extra propane tank for the grill) and answered every question we had immediately! I would highly recommend staying at this property!

We went away for my brothers 30th bday. We were 6adults and 3 kids. We had a blast. The place was so neat spacious and peaceful. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the option of all the dvd movies. Ann was a great host and very responsive.

Family fun within Arrowhead Lake with numerous beaches and pools. Owners Ann & Kevin are very responsive and good people. Excellent location within 20 minutes to Hickory Run State Park and Mt Airy casino. Went whitewater rafting and hiking and enjoyed s’mores at the property.

This house was a great for for our family. Lots of room and toys and games for the kids to play with. The house was very quiet when the kids were downstairs playing in the basement we could barely hear them upstairs which was great. We also appreciated that bikes and beach gear were left out for the kids.. Even though we had packed our own. House was in good condition and clean. We had no problems or issues with our stay and plan to be back again!
