Unwind in comfort on the brand new High End Outdoor Furniture on both Balconies while you watch the Sun sink over the Bay. This Kitchen features every appliance you will need from a high end coffee maker to a Blender for Margaritas! Don’t feel like cooking on Vacation? No worries - enjoy a stroll to one of many excellent restaurants within walking distance, including Fager’s Island, Bad Monkey, Macky’s, Dead Freddies, and More! Don’t like waiting for elevators during the busy season? This 2nd floor home is a breeze - 2 short flights of stairs and you’re on the beach!
After reading a good book on the Beach, take a dip in the outdoor Rooftop Pool and let the breathtaking Bay Views sink in. Then return to your luxurious home away from home and sink into the oversized, comfy Living Room furniture - Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV/DVD, Free Wifi and Central A/C. This home also has new carpet and fresh paint throughout! Gorgeous custom artwork throughout will relax you and make you think you never left the Beach. Did we mention that while lounging on the Oceanside Angled Balcony you can actually see the Waves breaking on the Beach?! The perfect place to sip your morning coffee and listen to the Gulls play. And Oh, the Sunsets you will see from the Bayside Angled Balcony!
Each Bedroom also features Flat Screen TVs with DVD players - perfect when the children need some down time. Games are also provided - nothing like family game night to reconnect with the whole family. The Master and Jr. Master both have access to the Furnished Balconies, allowing the sound of the ocean to lull you into a deep slumber. Even the 3.5-BA will make you feel relaxed and pampered with huge glass showers and an oversized soaking tub in the Master. Meridian 206 East also features a full size Washer/Dryer in a large Laundry Room with an Iron/Ironing Board and tons of storage. And don’t worry about parking being a problem - this home comes with parking for 3 cars!
The Meridian Condominium sits on the oceanfront and 60th Street and features two buildings. The views in every unit are enhanced by a glass railing system that wraps every oversize, Happy- Hour worthy balcony. Meridian Guests have access to exclusive amenities, including the Outdoor *Seasonal Rooftop Pool, Huge Fitness Center and outside shower for rinsing off after fun in the sun. With easy access to the Route 90 bridge and in an excellent, quiet mid-town location, The Meridian offers every extravagance you could want in your Ocean City vacation in a quiet location, yet convenient to everywhere you want to be.
Please note that while this building is oceanfront, this unit offers partial ocean views. This unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Seaside Vacations strives to ensure the accuracy of the property descriptions, amenities, and photos above, but they cannot be guaranteed.
