Very quiet location near all amenities. The marina in your back yard where you can watch the porpoises. Will definitely be back!
Stove burners were all not working

I liked the size of the apartment, it was clean enough but a little more attention to detail would be even better.
The shower curtain had mold on it, the second bath shower door wouldn't stay closed. The washer was extremely loud but worked. Doors could be wiped down. The pool needs a good scrubbing. Not as close to the beach as I thought.

Management was responsive to a few issues with quick responses.
The bushes have grown and this unit no longer has a water view.

This is a very nice room! The pool out back in front of the bay and a dock going out to the bay is very nice. The parking garage is very nice to keep the car cool. The set up of the room and the supplies of the room were very good. I would of liked if there was some kind of mat at the front and the patio doors to help with keeping the floors clean. I hate to have to clean when I am on vacation. The walk to the beach is not bad but further than I would of liked (across the street would of been more ideal for me). The upkeep of the building is poor, the pool is dirty around the edges and nobody seems to tend to the garbage by the pool, and at the dock on a daily basis. It's more like a weekly thing and that's too long if the people staying here do not feel like they need to clean up after themselves or that they can throw thier room garbage on the pool garbage can. And the debris from the trees needs to be swept off the pool edges daily. The cleaning of the room I did not feel was a very thorough job. There are plenty of areas that could use a good scrubbing. And it would of been nice to have a bottle of cheap cleaner to clean the floors and the toilets and sinks since we did stay for 2 weeks. Also it would of been nice to have more beach items in the room. Many of the other units had a closet they could form to to get beach items but we did not have a key to our closet. That was defiantly a bummer! Overall it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything is within walking distance. The neighbors were friendly. The ocean view is beautiful.
