Two bedroom, one bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. Large private deck/patio with expansive grassy common area. A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, central air, skylights, cable, DVD players, wifi, gas grill and all linens provided. Step out back to relax and barbecue on your private patio.
Part of a small complex of only nine condos in two separate buildings with plenty of off-street parking. This offers a friendly, low-key way to experience all that the Saugatuck/Douglas area has to offer.
From the 'Fremont Street Getaway' you can stroll to the quintessential American towns of Saugatuck and Douglas… full of great restaurants, galleries, unique shops, performing arts center, piano bar, comedy club and waterfront parks. Walk to downtown Douglas or the beach, bike to Saugatuck, meet friends at the marina, hike the dunes, golf top-tier courses, or take a ride on the only hand-cranked, chain ferry operating in the USA. For the adventuresome, hop on the Harbor Duck (a WWII amphibious landing craft) for a water/land tour or ride the sand dunes at the nearby dune schooners. Plus, the local interurban bus service provides door-to-door service with ease of a phone call. This community offers endless seasonal events and activities appealing to everyone’s interests.
