Spent a relaxing week at Christopher’s house. Everything we needed was there! Christopher went above and beyond as a host. We will be back!

Comfortable property with attentive but unobtrusive manager.
Comfortable and well equipped property. Nice touches on arrival with chocolates and flowers. Kitchen had all things needed and quite a few bits and bobs that otherwise you might find yourself having to buy during a stay. Quiet street, walkable to town centre shops and restaurants in Northampton. Northampton is an interesting if a little quirky mixture , it made for a good base to explore the area. I’d suggest the town needs to do something re it’s homeless / beggars -as it seems to be a bit of a magnet given its liberal image - but that’s no doubt just an unfortunate illustration of wider social problems.

A+ . Christopher is great.
The house was clean, well appointed, very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils, cookware and dishes. We loved the grill, and outdoor seating in both the front and back porch complete with ambient lighting.
The location is ideal and it is a nice neighborhood of other charming homes.

Great home in lovely neighborhood. Nice for a family gathering
We had a lovely time at Christopher's lovely NoHo home. Our daughter got married and we hosted a day-after wedding brunch at the home. We had guests from Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois and Germany. They loved the backyard with water feature as well as the beautiful front porch. This is a great home that is comfortable and a wonderful place to enjoy family and friends!

Great home for active family
Comfortable and nicely updated home in a great neighborhood, blocks from downtown and Smith College. Every aspect of stay went smoothly. Less than a mile to grocery store and ymca, dozens of restaurants and running trails. Also enjoyed short drives to Amherst and basketball hall of fame in Springfield.

Wonderful family vacation for Smith Reunion
This was our 2nd stay at Christopher’s wonderful home. We enjoyed 10 wonderful days (and beautiful weather) in and around Northampton. My son also enjoyed his 2nd birthday here, especially the rocking chairs on the porch. The house has everything you need and superbly equipped. Christopher is a warm and gracious host and we will be back next year!

Wonderful family home in the heart of Northampton close to Smith College
Christopher was an outstanding host from beginning to end. We visited from the U.K. and spent 7 days at the house. The flowers and chocolates upon arrival were a wonderful touch and very much appreciated. The house is incredibly spacious and every feature and detail in the property has been thought through. The house was an excellent base to explore the nearby area and after a day out, we were always excited to return ‘home’. We loved cooking in the kitchen and we our local family popped over, they commented on how splendid the house was too. Our children (1 and 3) loved exploring the house but their highlight was the visit from three bears (a sow and two cubs) who were roaming the neighbourhood. We can’t wait for our next trip to Christopher’s house (in May 2019).

Property was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Thirty years ago we lived on Crescent street before moving to Chicago. So our visit was a trip down memory lane. The house was very nice and more than met our needs.

well equipped, lovely home in a charming neighborhood.
We had a family wedding in the area so 5 of us stayed there. It was a very comfortable house with everything we needed. The furnishings were all in good shape and very attractive. The kitchen was well appointed. Since the weather was good we also enjoyed sitting in the backyard which is small but very nice. We found everything we needed, sheets and towels all good quality. The beds and pillows very comfy.
Very conveniently located and walkable to Northampton's shops and restaurants.
Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Clean, curated, convenient classic home ...
... within walking distance of Smith College, close proximity to downtown Northhampton and easily accessible to the rest of Pioneer Valley, Chris has crafted a true home-away-from-home. Two families gathering for a momentous reunion weekend easily shared this home. The only thing that would have made it an absolute 100 would have been a second full bath 😉
