The apartment is spacious and very clean, overlooking a park with playground and with sea view. It's very clean, both the apartment and the building. Well equipped and near to bars, restaurants and shops. Bedroom with large, comfy bed. Swinging chair is a great add-on. Easy to park a car in front of the building.
We booked the apartment for four pax, however the dishes, cutlery, cups, mugs were counted for three and although we asked for more, we weren't provided

Large bed. Generally clean. Shower good pressure, warmed quickly. Building in good order. Swinging chair. Sofa fold up large.
Location, not ideal for travel using public transit, esp. northward to Las Palmas. No kettle for boiling water. No soap provided in bathroom.

For the price listed the space you get is good and with car it is a good location from where to start exploring the whole island, however, there are more than a few points of improvement we list separately. The bed was comfortable, there are sun blocking curtains. There is a kitchen area equipped with a large fridge that wasn’t noisy at all (good for those that might sleep on the sofa-bed next to it). The fridge was cold on the arrival, which is not always the case. There is a washing machine. We travelled with our 8-month baby and were offered free of charge a cot. Fan was provided as alternative for the broken air conditioning but it wasn’t enough considering the temperatures and the presence of a baby (see below for the negative part of it; for the record, Booking.com met our request and did what was right and not taken care of by the property). There is a rack to dry clothes and an iron. Free public parking available on the street.
The pictures online don’t match entirely the place. Without a car the place is not close to any of the island attractions. The apartment was on the 2nd floor accessible only by 5 ramps of stairs, 38 steps, which wasn't convenient at all. The entrance door is heavy, cannot the blocked, and it is sometimes difficult to (un)lock. We lacked a proper welcoming from the hosts: keys were collected not in person, we met them only by chance on the stairs. No welcome drink, at least a bottle of cold water in the fridge would have been appreciated/expected. We didn’t have AC the first 3 days of our 1-week stay as the remote broke the Saturday of our arrival; we weren’t informed proactively and found out about it only when asking, later they refused any compensations not considering the discomfort caused. The kitchen: equipment is very basic; no sugar, salt, oil. No detergent for the washing machine, which leaked water when running (reported, they said they will fix it). The bathroom: towels were new but quite rough; not possible to take 2 consecutive showers with hot water. Water leaking from a shower corner. The tap of the shower was very low. Nowhere to hang the big towels in the bathroom. No amenities provided even though shown in the property pictures. The communication was fast but could be much better (we had to insist to get extra pillows and the AC fixed, we asked for rubbish bags as only 1 was provided for a 1-week stay, they were never delivered). The bedroom: the curtain needed to be rolled up manually because broken. Rubbish is collected right downstairs in front of the window at 5:30am every day and it is very noisy. When we left we blocked the entrance door with leaflets for the time to bring the luggage to the car and left small rocks next to the door step (they couldn’t know it was us) and the owner threw the papers and rocks directly on the street (not nice at all!).

Apartment has one of the best locations in Vecindario, overlooking park and side sea view. Very clean throughout building. Very quiet. Very friendly owner/ staff so had great holiday overall, despite comments made below.
Although plenty of hot water, pressure was very low, meaning shower was very poor. Problem with initial access to apartment, as was expecting someone to meet us at apartment, as indicated on Booking.com confirmation. Later found out access was by code entry, only made available on day of arrival, via message online at Booking.com. No reply to numerous telephone calls made to local contact number, so had to make international call to Booking.com call center.

Spacious and very clean flat. We'll equipped and near to bars, restaurants and shops.
Could do with a coffee table, could get noisy in the evening with bin emptying.

It was a great apartment to stay
Host don't know any English - it was so hard to explain everything taking help from others from street. It took me 30+ mins to get the keys just because of language problem. Host must know a basic English - don't expect every traveler to know Spanish.

Friendly owner, good location close to the airport and to the highway. The parking was just outside next to the square. Clean and neat appartment
There is public garbage just in front of the window and every morning around 5 am we heard the car coming to collect the garbage which made quite a lot of noise. Not something the owner could do about but it is good to mention for those who are sensitive with sleeping.

Great value for your money, the apartment is very good and clean, and the hostess is very nice and helpful.
The location is near a Mercadona supermarket, and near the big Atlantico Shopping Center. and it is a little walk
away from the main street in Vecindario, where you can find lots of restaurants, shops and cafe`s.
