Fiyat performans açısından uygun.

Antonio ile rahat iletişim kurabildik. Giriş-çıkış kolaydı. Balkon ve oda genişliği gayet iyi.

Çarşaflar yırtıktı ve eskiydi. Duş çok küçük ve pek temiz değildi. Tesis koşullarında otopark için 16 euro yazıyordu ancak tavsiye edilen otopark 25 euro aldı.

LOCATION PERFETTA

Posizione strategica ...a due passi del centro storico e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Locali e camera puliti e confortevoli. Non è compresa la colazione ma a disposizione degli ospiti c'è la macchina del caffè con capsule,bollitore e bustine varie,un forno a microonde e stoviglie . Antonio molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ed esigenza.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo..Lo consiglio veramente!

Purtroppo il bagno in camera è piccolo ..farsi una doccia dentro il box è un'impresa!!!

Non per famiglie!!!!

Buona posizione

Abbiamo chiesto una culla più di 24 ore prima del soggiorno tramite la piattaforma, l’host non l’ha vista ed abbiamo dovuto litigare con lui per circa 3 ore prima che si decidesse a risolvere il problema, continuando a dire che non era obbligato ad averne e che altre famiglie con bambini piccoli non l’avevano mai chiesta. Nostro figlio ha 1 anno e non dorme nel lettone; ovviamente la discussione si è protratta perché l’host continuava a dirci che ci avrebbe fatto uno sconto (questo ovviamente non risolveva il problema!) e poi che ci permetteva addirittura pur non essendo obbligato di cancellare la prenotazione e trovarci un altro albergo, con un bambino di 1 anno al seguito alle 4 di pomeriggio e garage già prenotato e pagato proprio sotto la struttura. Ci ha anche risposto che ci stava facendo un favore. Maleducato e strafottente, alla fine sotto minaccia di recensione negativa e richiesta di rimborso alla piattaforma (dove aveva dichiarato di avere culle a disposizione) ce ne ha rimediato uno vecchio e sporco. Vergognoso! Inoltre un salasso per la schiena, struttura con un ascensore inadatto a portare su il passeggino perché ci entrava una sola persona. 2 giorni di tortura in cui siamo stati costretti a portare su e giù bambino e passeggino a turno. Mai più!!!!

Struttura passabile

Posizione comoda rispetto il centro e la stazione

Lo stato della stanza, dall'armadio ikea non ancorato alla parete che all'apertura anta per poco non ti cade addosso, alle lenzuola e federe lise e consunte, materasso sgoduto, allo stato del bagno piccolo sistemato con opere di muratura posticce " fai da te"....

Très bon séjour, je reviendrai

Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas du centre historique. La literie est propre et sent bon (tout comme le reste de la chambre). Antonio et Martina sont très agréables et accueillants ! On s'y sent très bien. Je recommande !

First of all we liked the location. Also employees who met with a smile and offered coffee, cookies. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend you this place 😊

Excellent view and location. Tiny shower, uncomfortable bed and payment method isn’t as agreed on the booking.

Excellent view with balcony - this was the best part. Option to use kitchen facilities. Private bathroom. Great location! Good price for such a good location and view, however, there are a few negatives.

Bed wasn’t the comfiest as the mattress had slopes in it, the sheet provided was very thin and the frame was so noisy it woke you when you moved. Coffee machine was broken. Shower was very tiny! Staff seemed pleasant but made it very uncomfortable with payment. He wanted bank transfer and not credit card even though it was booked through booking.com with credit card. When a bank transfer wouldn’t work, he was asking for card details over WhatsApp instead of going through booking.com. As solo travellers, we found this really uncomfortable but wanted to ensure payment was met so that spoilt the stay.

Antonio was super helpful, responsive,,, The room was clean, with towels and sheets, You can find everything in the apartment

Some facilities did not work, elforno and the coffee machine.

Not far from Central Station very convenient for us as we arrived in Naples late at night. The property is clean and big room with great showers and AC. Staff was very responsive and very helpful during our stay.

We didn’t like Naples, it wasn’t really the property.

Good choice for solo travellers. I'd book this place again

The room and the whole apartment were very clean and nice. Comfy bed, AC in the room, well-equipped shared kitchen. The owner was most helpful and very friendly, always available on whatsapp. Great location. Very close to famous pizzeria da Michele (5 minutes), but if you don't want to queue, there are some other good places for pizza and pasta nearby. Supermarket Conad is right across the street. Napoli Centrale station is less than 10 minutes' walk

Be prepared that the street is pretty noisy even at night. Although closing the balcony door helps solve this problem

Great stay in a very well set up b&b appartment.

I loved the location and the balcony. The cleanliness of the shared space was amazing as well.

I didn’t like how the shower did not have consistent hot water.

Not bad considering price

Great location, spacious rooms, clean

No physical staff in the building, had to communicate via this site entire time. Two broken door handles, including the room entry door felt a little bit sketchy.

The location is close to the center, has a supermarket across (but keep in mind that it closes early)

It is very loudly, you can hear everyting from the reception area and from outside. The bathroom could have some upgrades.

Very good information about the check-in process from the host Chiara. The room was clean and had a good bed.

The lift up to 4.floor is very small and "claustrofobic" for me. I took the steps. Seen from the bright side; it gave me a little exercise!
