La ubicación fue fundamental para alejarnos del ruido del malecón y tener acceso directo a la playa. Quedamos encantados con lo acogedor del hotel.

The location was very quiet and tranquil. The rooms were set in a garden area which was very nice and there was plenty of space in the rooms. The AC worked well. The staff was super accommodating. We had a medical emergency and they did everything they could to help us. The food in the restaurant was tasty. Secure parking on the premises. The beach was right across the street and in a not crowded part, away from the bars and club noise.

Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and super clean! There was also a lounge and microwave/fridge on the shared terrace.
The café next to the guest rooms was also really good!

I absolutely loved this place!
From the moment I stepped into the room, I was immediately smitten and didn't want to leave. The room was clean and cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The proximity to the ocean was a major plus, and having AC added to the overall comfort. I especially appreciated the tranquility of the location, as it was free from the noise of Puerto Lopez center. Exploring the excellent restaurants in Puerto Lopez and taking part in the thrilling snorkeling and fishing tours were definite highlights. The restaurant at Casita Madam impressed me with its stylish ambiance, and their mochaccino was simply perfect.
Walking to Puerto Lopez center may take around 12-15 minutes or you can take a taxi or a tuk-tuk, which typically costs around $1.
Ensuring the door is locked might require extra attention as it is not always immediately clear if it has been securely fastened.

Everything is really nice kept, beautiful area & location. The room had everything we needed plus a outdoor area to eat and prepare some food. The owner was very helpful wil organizing tours etc. We would definitely come back ☺️

Very clean rooms set in a beautiful garden. Sophie met us and offered help and advice any time we needed it.

very beautiful room in a even more beautiful & relaxing garden with extra area to sit and make coffee/tea (available). Great restaurant on the property with the best coffee of Ecuador (my opinion at least ;-))
It is a little out of the centre at the end of the boulevard. Easy and nice walk (max 10 min) but in low season it feels a bit far off. In high season you might be happy on this end of the boulevard.

It was quiet, clean, cozy and well organized. The owner and staff were very invested in making sure everything was going well with my stay. you can hear the ocean from the room, even with the a/c on.

Sophie was a great host! The room was ready when we arrived. Sophie booked our fantastic tour to Isla de la Plata for us and everything went exactly as planned. Also I needed to get my nails done and Sophie arranged an appointment for me. Wow! $5 for a manicure. The restaurant was good with good service! The property had a great place for us to shower off our wetsuits and gear. We also had a little patio outside our room to dry our gear. I would definitely stay here again! The property was far enough from the main restaurant/bar area to be away from the noise but close enough to walk.

We really enjoyed our time at Casita Madame and in the beautiful garden in front of our room. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner with ocean view at the café is also very recommendable. A short walk or tuk tuk ride along the coastline leads to the bars and restaurants of Puerto López. Even the tour for Isla de la Plata was organized by the B&B - and it was great!

Clean comfortable room
Quiet location
Helpful owner
The decor is a bit 1970’s - chocolate brown bedding & a bamboo headboard - reminded me of Trader Vic’s
Hammering next door at 8.30 each morning
No curtain on the back window, so room gets bright around 7am

Located well away from the business of the Puerto Lopez boulevard, this guesthouse is a little oasis of peace. The rooms and outside area are beautiful and inviting to relax in.
Some insects do get in the bed, so do a sweep before you fall asleep.

Room decoration was nice.
There were a lot bugs in the room at night. Also I believe the sheets had some cat dander on them as I was having an allergic reaction to the blanket.

didn't try breakfast, room lovely, very clean, beach clean and almost like a private beach, not crowded at all at this end. We live in very close to Salinas and Chipipe beach, but prefer Puerto Lopez and Casita Madame ( a 2hour drive).
NOTHING we did not like
