The property fit our purpose. We happend to pick the hottest days of the year to come to Big Bear and there was no A/C. We had to deal with an ant problem, but someone came over to assist us with that.

Great trip in spite of issues with the property
Issues with the Management not with the property itself. Not as clean as a VRB should be and not in perfect repair. Major issues with the parking which was enforced with fewer parking spots on the property than initially represented.

We had a blast!
The location was perfect. The house was so much bigger than we expected and it was super close to all of the activities we wanted to do. It was great for my dog because the backyard was so big for him to run around in. This was the perfect stay for a big group of people. The game room was fun and they had a lot of fun options for our group. I would definitely recommend.

Worth the stay but well worn
The house holds a lot of people and has great separate spaces for gatherings. The bunk room was a hit with the kids. It has definitely been well used and was a little dusty. We would go back

Awesome game room
We had a really good time playing in the game room. Pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Some of this stuff is getting a bit worn, but it all worked well. The hot tub water looked dirty, but after running the jets before we got in it looked a lot better ( running the jets circulated the water through the filter). Some instructions on that and the TV would have helped. I never got the TV in the living room to work. No instructions for it. The deck was great, lots of room and chairs, sitting out there in the morning and the evening was great. The kitchen pots and pans and knives were sub-standard - they could use a knife sharpener - but that is unfortunately the norm at VRBO places, probably because they get mis-treated so often by guests ( one of my pet peeves). The bathrooms were not as clean as would have liked, and the carpets have a lot of very old stains. Overall, the experience was really good, and the game room was fantastic!

Nice place
Nice place with comfortable sleeping accommodations for party of 13 young adults/adults. Game room was a little disheveled, there were no darts (broken) for the dart board, no complete deck of cards for the poker table, needless to say we left it looking better than we found it. Oven was a little sketchy, bottom was a makeshift rack so we only used the top rack. Charcoal bbq’er had no grill which we discovered after getting charcoal. Gas bbq’er was old and didn’t heat evenly enough to cook a few tri-tips at the same time. Small details, nothing to hamper our good time! Property mgmt was great, attentive and quick to reply to questions. Parking was also perfect for 4 large vehicles. Thank you!

Family trip
The house was very nice and close to the lake and the snow summit . We all had a good time and the place was cozy . I do recommend updating the tv / cable situation . I could not get any of the tv’s to work all week . I ended up plugging in my tablet with an hdmi cord to watch movies at night . There were multiple tv’s , cable boxes, WiFi towers and remotes but nothing worked . Looks like things have just been randomly added but not replaced . Other than some basic needed maintenance on the places appliances the house was a really nice place to stay .

Wonderful home
The place was great and perfect for older kids and young teens, lots for them to do when we weren't on the lake. They loved the game room and the room with all the bunk beds. Great outdoor deck as well. We really had a wonderful time. This seems like it's run by a management company, which is fine, they just weren't as communicative as they could have been, but there were no problems whatsoever and again, really enjoyed our stay.

Fun in Big Bear
Overall this was a great trip! We Had a group of 8. The kids loved the game room and the bunk bed room! We only stayed a couple nights, but made the most of it. We spent one day at the lake, swimming at Boulder Bay Park, which is a 5 min drive from the cabin, had dinner at Oakside and walked around the village and took walks with our dog near the cabin. This is a nice and fun property for a short visit!

Super Fun Place to Stay!
The property was a bit dirtier than I'm sure it normally is, but I guess that can be expected after COVID-19 quarantine. The hot tub needed cleaning and maintenance but the property management company was right on top of it and got someone out before the night we used it. The game room is missing the basketball game, but the room was really fun for both kids and adults. The bunkbed room was awesome for the kids. They loved staying in the same room and had a blast. Very nice place to stay, but the best part of this location is the management company. They are SUPER friendly and jump at every request. A+ service!!!

Great time in Big Bear
Our group of 9 adults spent 2 nights at the Tranquil Bears Den. There was plenty of room for all of us and this home could easily accommodate several more. We enjoyed using the BBQ, hot tub and game room The beds were comfortable and it was easy to get a good nights sleep at this quiet location.

Great place for a group
This place is bigger than it looks. It was great to find a place that fit everyone comfortably. They accommodated both early check-in and out and it was a breeze.
Would recommend and would stay again.
