This RV sleeps 4 . It has 1 queen bed , a set of twin bunk beds .
It has a fully furnished kitchen with a refrigerator , stove , microwave and a coffee maker. Including coffee , seasonings , flower and oil . All Cook ware , plates cups and serving utensils .
There is a private property guest swimming pool surrounded by tropical beautiful palm trees and flowers . The pool area Has is a gas grill , charcoal grill several tables with colorful umbrellas and many chairs and a stereo ! Makes for a great , all day party by the pool!
Walk less than 100 yards down to private lake access on Lake Buchanan for fishing and swimming.
nearby are hiking trails,mountain biking, waterfall cruises, cave tours and many wonderful wineries.
Launch your boat at Black Rock Park less than a mile from your RV . We have plenty of room for your boats and trailers.
This 2 1/2 acre property also has 2 awesome cabins and an additional RV for rent .#1553666 our large Texas Cabin sleeps 7, #1554926 and our Charming guest cabin that sleep 4 plus another beautiful Rv #1554936 that sleeps 3.

We got away for the night and the kids wanted to stay in a RV. Really enjoyed everything from swimming, fishing and s’mores. Judy was so sweet and made sure we had a great time. The kids want to go back soon!

The RV was super clean and comfy. Loved the fire pit! Fun for sitting out and star gazing (even in the summer heat) and small gas grill which was covered. Host is definitely the most! Attentive and accommodating. The pool area is really clean, shaded, well maintained, and has everything including floats. I gave it a 3 on accuracy because the pictures make it look like it's directly on the water but it isn't. Because of the drought, the lake level has severely receeded. However, it's a short golf cart ride to the shore where there are 3 kayaks, chairs, and fishing gear to use. Overall we had a wonderful time and would go back again.

My fourth time with Ms Judy, always amazing. She goes out of her way to make you feel absolutely at home! Very peaceful, worth your money and wonderful host. Heads water is low but Ms Judy will make sure you know all of this because she's the best!!

We were so grateful to have a place to get a good nights sleep before our Spartan Race. The RV was a perfect place for that. It was clean and cool. Judy was wonderful and communicated very clearly with us to make sure our needs were met. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at the RV for 2 nights and loved every minute of it! Judy is super friendly and very responsive. RV has everything you need. it's super close to the lake with kayak & super close to the pool which was perfect on this hot weekend we had. we will definitely stay there again next time we come to the area.

We LOVED every minute spent here. The RV was immaculate! Super clean and cozy and stocked with everything we could ever possibly need (pots, pans, dishes, spices, utensils, extra linens.....EVERYTHING)! There are even games, movies, and a stereo in the RV! Judy is an amazing host and has thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and fun for all ages. We enjoyed nightly campfires, daily kayaking, a dip in the gorgeous pool, playing games, and exploring the state parks in this beautiful part of Texas. The grounds around the RV are well kept and beautiful. The kids LOVED the bunkbeds. This place is amazing!!! Communication with the host was incredible! We had a blast! Our kids are already begging to come back!

Perfect Stay for a Quiet Getaway
What a great experience we had here. The weather WAS NOT ideal (hello 7in of snow in Texas!?!?!) what-so-ever. Due to this issue, Judy was willing to allow us to reschedule. When our schedules wouldn't allow this she was generous enough to give us an upgrade. This was our anniversary weekend so when we came into the "cozy cottage" she had decorated, left a bottle of bubbly, cookies and kisses along with having music on as we entered. There is so much more that I can say that was wonderful about Judy, her property and hospitality. To keep it short and sweet....whether the weather is kind on your trip or not it is worth staying here. We plan on coming back again to take advantage of everything that was frozen (firepit, pool, lake/kayaking and more) or simply not available due to mother nature having another plan. OH WELL! We truly are blessed for our experience. THANKS JUDY!!!!! xo

Great weekend stay
Cute setup with everything you need for your stay. We took advantage of the kayaks and enjoyed a fire by the lake and fire to make hot dogs and s’mores by the camper each night. Host was wonderful and a text away if anything was needed.

Judy & Rickey were the best hosts and attentive from the time of our reservation until checkout. We loved the lake and pool. Great fishing and swimming. Kayaks were perfect for our family of 4. The trailer was immaculate and had everything we needed.

Mini-Vacation at the Lake
Lovely mini-vacation to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We were looking for a place to enjoy the water, with a pool, not far from Austin, where we could social distance and feel safe in this COVID-19 time, and this place fulfilled our needs. The hosts are super friendly and attentive. RV had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and serene. Even though there are a couple of other rentals on the property, they are spaced out enough that we had our privacy and distance, and we were even able to have the pool to ourselves. Our daughter had a wonderful, memorable birthday, and we all had a nice, little vacation.

Awesome pool with great hosts. Three kayaks and water access 100 yards from the RV. Pool area has lush landscape, multiple grills and all the RV has all the necessities (coffee, pots/pans, plates/silverware,etc.

Great Lake weekend with my son!
We had a great time, the owners were very accommodating. We had something come up and had to check in late. The rv was very clean and comfortable for my son and I. It had everything we needed. The lake is very close and Ricky even took us fishing . Had a great time and thank you Ricky and Judy for your hospitality, we will be back!!

Enjoyable, Relaxing Getaway
My parents and I enjoyed our short stay at the beautiful, well landscaped resort. The property owners, Judy and Rickey were most hospitable and it almost felt like we were family. We had a blessed outing - swimming in the beautiful/sparkling pool, catching a nice bass off the bank and enjoying the best of RV life. We plan to visit again. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!
