This was the ideal home for our large group of bridesmaids and their spouses. Plenty of rooms and a large kitchen/dining and living area for the group to gather. My wife and I plus our three children (including the bride-to-be) plus her four bridesmaids had plenty of space both private and public to hang out. We didn't use the hot tub or sauna (hot weather) but they looked good. The billiards, air hockey and ping pong in the garage was a surprise bonus. The home is ideally located close to both the Noble Ridge Tree Deck and the Washougal Motocross Park. The hosts were responsive when we had trouble with a TV that wasn't working at first, and took my notes on fixing a couple items that should be ready for the next renters. Our daughter lives in the area now and if we find we need a space for a big gathering we won't hesitate to book again.

We traveled all the way from Nevada for our stay and it was so well worth it. The house was absolutely wonderful and clean.
My only frustration was not having a check-in or check-out procedure sent to me, and I felt bad having to bug the host for the information but wanted to make sure that we left the house in good order.
The hosts responded to my questions quickly and kindly. My only recommendation for them is to forward the check-in/out procedures ahead of check-in, especially for guests who have to travel a long way to get to the property.
Overall, 100/10. Would do again and again! We absolutely loved the area and are now considering moving to Washington in the next few years.

My family of 19 came to stay her for a Christmas Vacation and the house was so peaceful and we all enjoyed every moment here. The house had everything we needed and more! They are very accommodating in the kitchen. It was a joy to be here for Christmas and we cannot wait to return again.

Overall the place was beautiful. Could have been a little cleaner for the 500 dollar cleaning fee and yard was overgrown. But the property fit the family of 17 beautifully. The children had a ball exploring and would book again if needed. Never got the sauna to work. Thank you for this wonderful home to call ours for the week.

This house was a clean, well-kept vacation stay, located on a beautiful property with great views outside. Being rather secluded, the area was quiet and peaceful, offering a great place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The hot tub was a really nice way to enjoy the outdoor area, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with cooking utensils. One of the best Vrbo homes we've been in, and would love to stay again!

The house itself is amazing. It is a bit off the beaten path, which we liked, but not quite as secluded as we had expected. That said, the house is still very private.
Our only disappointment was the condition of the grounds. The grass out back was not well kept, and the were a lot of areas where thorny vines were sprouting or completely taking over an area. Had the property itself been better taken care of, I would have given five stars for the condition.
With this said, we very much enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this property, especially for someone looking for a place to.accomodate a large family gathering.

This property was ideal for our family get-together. We had 8 adults and 10 children, ages 1-14. There was lots to entertain the kids during the daytime: swing set, trampoline, treehouse, and plenty of room to run. After kids went to bed, adults had a great time visiting around the campfire and in the hot tub. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids particularly loved the room with all the beds which they immediately dubbed as "the kids room". They had such a great time with their cousins. The kitchen was large and spacious giving us plenty of space to cook together. The home is located in a place where we could easily go on many excursions throughout our stay. A definite "yes" on our list of places to stay!

As soon as I arrived I found a dead bird five feet away on a couch outside from the back door where you enter the home. There were hundreds of bugs, and I mean literally hundreds all over the door and the home entirely. As soon as I entered, I realized the door is not sealed around the edges and bugs have always just been crawling inside the home. I spent the entire time at this home spraying bug spray that I went and bought and killing bugs inside the home. This home although looking nice is not well kept. Drawers are being held closed with tape, door handles do not lock to bathrooms, and even toilet seats are completely broken. I was dissatisfied with my stay as this was not expected from the listing. I expected 17 other individuals from across the entire west coast as I was hosting them this weekend and I was extremely disappointed. Will not be booking again in the future.

Overall the house was wonderful for a large group. There were 18 adults staying in the house for our wedding weekend and we spent a ton of time at the house because of all the amenities and space. Ping pong table, air hockey, pool table, jacuzzi, a big grass lawn in the front of the house, fire pit, grill, etc.
We also hosted an event with the owner's approval + and additional fee, and there was plenty of space for parking and for people to sit, hangout and enjoy the beautiful view of the sunset and forested area.
The house seems well-lived in and used. A few things were broken and/or stained but nothing that impacted the stay. It is well-stocked with a full kitchen, towels, and toiletries. We couldn't find a single remote for the many TVs in the house, but we didn't have much time for TV anyways.
Wifi wasn't awesome for the amount of people connected, especially because there is no service out in the area wifi is a must if you need to find your way into town or need access to call/work.
Communication with the property owner wasn't great. Although she would respond quickly, there were multiple times I asked questions that were never answered. We also never got check-in instructions on how to get into the house. I had to reach out during late hours from traveling and was lucky to hear back before we completely lost service. The listing also was not completely true on the amenities included when we booked. They look to be updated now.
Overall the house is good for a large group. It's a beautiful area + property, a very big house with plenty of space and beds. Theres a ton of toys and other amenities for adults and children to enjoy. There's not much to do in the area but it was perfect for our wedding party since our venue was only 20 mins away and we spent so much time at the house.
There were two kittens that spent the weekend with us. Not sure if they live at the house or if they belong to a neighbor but it was a sweet surprise and they were extremely friendly. There was also a wild ferret that lives under the wood in the backyard who made an appearance once or twice but seemed friendly when it came out!

This is a beautiful home! Lots of beds for people to sleep! Quite neighborhood.
I wish the landscaping was better and maintained better. Our group had so fun here!

This place was exceptionally stocked with all things to make a great family vacation. The kitchen has everything you could ever think of, plenty of extra towels and sheets, large bedrooms and a giant kid area upstairs with too many toys to count.
However, this house is a bit "lived in" which did give it a homey touch. We did not allow the kids to play on the playset or tree house both were leaning and unsteady. Also, this location is about 25 mins from town- you are definitely in the rural part of WA which is what we wanted so it was perfect for us!
Nonetheless we loved the giant yard, hot tub, and outdoor fire place for relaxing day and night.
We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic family getaway
We spent the weekend celebrating my daughters graduation with family and friends. The house was perfect! Clean, plenty of room for everyone, fully usable kitchen, and plenty to do for the kids! Everyone enjoyed spending time together away from the hustle and bustle of the city and regular life. Instacart even delivers groceries to the location so no need to venture out unless you really want to! Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you Inna for allowing us to share your beautiful home!
**note for future guests, cell reception is spotty that far out but the internet kept us with us pretty well. Just remember to set your map destinations before you drive away from the house to go on any adventures 😉

False Advertising
Before we came, we asked very explicitly whether the amenities listed in the property description (sauna, tree house, etc) were all functional. We were told that they were, despite the sauna being innoperable and tiny, and the tree house being a legitimate safety risk.
When we left, we were told that we left a huge mess and scratched a table and were charged $300, but after our request to see receipts, all communication stopped immediatly. Although we'd happily pay for any property damage we may have caused, this behavior from the property owner feels very shady.
Overall the house was large and in decent condition, but I can't recommend it in good faith. The property is overrun with weeds and we encountered plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms; all in all, the place felt run down.

Great place for a big group.
We have an 11-13-large family reunion each summer, and this was one of our favorite properties to date. All the interior spaces were clean and well thought out for large groups. It was especially nice to be able to seat the entire group at one table. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard seating areas, and had a number croquet games in the very large yard. It is fairly remote, but that wasn't an issue at all for our group. The only suggestion I would have is that wifi access/speed could be improved. Overall, though, we'd be happy to return.

Family vacation
Overall the house was very nice and great for children. There was a huge playroom with a ton of toys that was not clear on the listing which was a pleasant surprise. The area is very pretty. Inna was responsive to questions.
Negatives-this is far from anything! 25 minutes drive minimum to any groceries, restaurants etc. At least a 45 minute drive or more to Portland. We were not expecting that, as prior to getting the address we just knew it was in Washougal.
The internet and TV did not work most of the time we were there as it is on satellite internet which doesn't work well for streaming TV. We couldn't watch any tv while there. We were also only supplied about 1/2 roll of paper towels for 10 people for a full week. With the store being so far this was difficult. The house could use some additional comfort amenities, like board games or cards to play since you are so far from everything.
Overall we enjoyed the house and the hot tub and it was well equipped for kids and a baby which was appreciated. Just be aware this is a rural get away! If that's what you're looking for, you'll enjoy it.

Great stay in Washougal!

Perfet for a Large Group
This property worked out well for our gathering of 13 people. Two bedrooms on the first floor were great for grandparents who find stairs difficult. We all enjoyed the outdoor space--basketball hoop, hot tub, sauna, firepit and the grill. We were celebrating a wedding, so having the large table set up in the dining room for the wedding dinner was perfect. the white tablecloths and chair covers made it elegant. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful setting
We enjoyed our time in this beautiful area. Having the play equipment for the kids, the hot tub and fire pit allowed each of us to enjoy our time there even more.
